Make the most out of your shopping experience with Meijer's app using the following features:

GROCERY DELIVERY and PICKUP
– Shop online & place an order for pickup or home delivery to skip the trip inside the store!
– To get started, select pickup or delivery from your home screen and use your personalized grocery & shopping lists to start building your cart.
– No membership required, no markup on products, and you can use your mPerks coupons and rewards!
– All your order details are in the Orders section, where you can review, edit, or cancel your order.

IN-STORE SHOPPING
– If you're grocery shopping in store, remember to scan your mPerks barcode at checkout or link your mPerks to your credit card in the Accounts section so you never have to worry about it.
– Use Shop & Scan to scan items to add them to your cart, clip associated coupons, and skip the checkout line!

I enjoy using the app. But at times, I have trouble finding certain items that I am searching for. I would get an item not found message. Items will sometimes not show up in my cart even after me adding to the cart, and the app would glitch. Other than that, I do appreciate the service provided through this app. I would love to know how to be able to add items to the order before shopping begins if i forgot to add an item once the order has been submitted.

Ever since the new Shop and Scan part of the app updated, I have not been able to use it. If I scan a product, it kicks me back to the app home page. It does this every time I try to scan an item. I emailed the support team with no reply. And yes, I tried to uninstall/install the app. Very frustrating! App and Scan used to be convenient.....

Shop & Scan is almost useless now. It crashes multiple times during a trip, sometimes does not scan items, other times it puts multiple items in your cart from a single scan. This is the 2nd time they have tried to roll this update out, and it is still just as broken. They supposedly have Beta testers... They don't seem to be doing their job.

Since this last update, Shop and Scan has been a garbage mess. Scan an item, it spins for about 5 seconds and then crashes. Go back into the Shop and Scan and it shows the item trying to be added. I was able, after many attempts, to get it to scan three items and just added the rest at the checkout. I used to love the Shop and Scan part of the app. Thankfully, the rest of the app appears to be functioning but Shop and Scan was the most useful part. Not anymore.

This app constantly has problems and we are unable to use our points or clip coupons. This whole system is very user unfriendly. First we have to clip the coupons which take a big chunk of time and is cumbersome to use. Next we make the purchases and we accumulate points. Then we have to go into the system again and clip the points to use, that is if the system is not having some type of issue. Now the system is not recognizing my user name and password and wants us to call a phone number.

Since the latest update, this app has been TERRIBLE! The app constantly crashes (sometimes 15-20 times per trip) and wipes out my shopping cart. Often, when I scan items it will not read and stay in search function, but when I delete and rescan, it will double and sometimes triple my items. I have to constantly recheck what I've scanned. There have been numerous times already, where I've had to go to customer service for overcharges because of the apps mistakes. PLEASE FIX THE BUGS!

The update for this app is horrible. It's too easy to delete things you've already scanned, crashed more than once in a single attempted shopping trip, and kept trying to add in an item that should've been no problem as it's not a new product for meijer. Before the update, everything worked fine and seamlessly. I like meijer, just go back to what it was before.

What did you do??!! It used to work. Worked great. A couple weeks ago it started having issues with the shop and scan feature. I went on vacation, came back and now it is useless! I can basically see the ad. NOTHING ELSE! Cannot even log in to my account. Can't see coupons. Can't even pick my store. For a store literally across the street from kroger, I'd say fail. Fail fail fail. Sadly, I like your store better. But only for the features kroger doesn't have!

I started using the Shop & Scan feature during covid lockdown. It made shopping easier b/c I could verify prices on the spot & check out was faster. HOWEVER, the updated app is NOT usable. It drops items from the scanned list, crashes often, scanned items go into a "checking item" mode long after they've been scanned & don't seem to recover, I've accidentally removed scanned items by unintentionally swiping the screen. The worst was needing to uninstall/reinstall while shopping to get it to work

Use the shop and scan every week. Last week I noticed it looked different. While using it wouldn't load an item after scanning it, then would close the app after crashing. I Uninstalled and re-installed and it appeared like the previous version. Today I went shopping and again is a different version and kept crashing while trying to scan my items. Now at home I uninstalled and re-installed yet again and started scanning items at home. Still is crashing, especially when using continuous scanning

Update: I had trouble getting anything to work so I uninstalled and reinstalled. I had to turn off my VPN to sign in. Not cool. Edit: The app now shows when items are out of stock, which makes it much more useful. If it could stop asking for notification permissions every time I open it, that would be even better.

The latest updates have made this app useless. Shop and scan used to be super easy and convenient, now it either won't scan an item or it will add multiples when it shouldn't. Items that have been removed will somehow show up when you check out, coupons won't be applied even though they've been clipped. The app will randomly close itself. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, etc and nothing fixes this. Looks like I'm going back to Kroger unless this gets fixed.

I finally got the app to function properly, then another update knocked it out of whack again. It won't lock on continuous scan, when I go back to check my list I have to select shop and scan again. Once it starts working leave the damn thing alone. I am ready to start going through a regular check out again. Total pain!

I have used this app for quite a while. The last 4 weeks that I have tried to use shop n scan, it scans an item and then blacks out to the home screen. If I try to scan again, it adds 3 or 4 to the total. I have even deleted the app and re-downloaded. So frustrating, especially when there are mperk points you can earn for shop n scan transactions. When is this going to be fixed?!

This app used to be amazing for Shop and Scan. I didn't have to spend a half hour looking through coupons because they would pop up in my cart as I scanned my items. It was so easy to use my points and use coupons. Now I can't even get the app to stay open long enough to complete a shopping trip. If I can't use the coupons or shop and scan I have lost all my reasons to choose Meijer.

The current version of the app keeps glitching. When using shop and scan the items are prone to be scanned twice - itwill pend to try to find said items for ten minutes, then when I go to delete the item and rescan I now have two of them. When swiping up and down, it's far too easy to accidentally delete something. This app keeps freezing after scanning to the point where my phone prompts me to close the app or put it to sleep due to the crashing and battery usage. The older version was better

The app is wonderful. My only complaint is ever sense the shop and scan feature has been updated with a different format its been terrible. Either the thing won't scan, will scan the item but stays in the loading form, scan multiple times even though I did it once or boots me out mid trip. I'll still use it because I like the feature and it saves me time, I would like these bugs to be fixed please.

Every time you try to update your app, it has nothing but problems. Halfway through a shopping trip, I lost my cart and when I reopened the app it was to the new way of shop and scan. This new version always fails. It closes for no reason, the camera freezes, it won't clip coupons, etc. Please stop trying to push this update. Leave it alone.
