Great products. Trashy app. I was just browsing ont the app and I had to make this review because of how frustrated I am with navigating through the app. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP, UNIQLO. THIS ALONE IS MAKING THE EXPERIENCE LIKE HELL.

I didn't have my receipt, and the store manager was very helpful and patient. He gave an instore credit and helped me purchase the correct size online. The manager gave excellent customer service.

The app has a lot of glitches. when you get into the shopping cart sometimes it won't let you get out of the shopping cart unless you close the app entirely.

it's an app, but asked to log in every time then said my password is incorrect and have to reset. it does that every time and I reset it 3 different times already, twice in the store, which wasting time. Please fix it for whatever problem that doesn't save customer data or password in the system.

Updated app & notification settings still do not work. Get a constant error message when trying to access notification settings in this app. IT HAS NEVER WORKED. Annoying AF.

I have never used a shopping app with so much bugs and horrendous user experience. The good thing is it saves me money due to how much the experience hinders buying.

The set up drives me crazy. It isn't convenient or easy to use. It reacts so slow and it's difficult to find specific items and impossible to provide feedback.

I edited my review coz now the app has been improved well. However, I gave 3 stars because I need to spend 99+ to be able to get free shipping. It's too much expensive compare with other brands or companies. I just want to buy two items and not available for pickup at the store near my place.

I am a former employee and am fond of the clothes. I'm used to shopping in store and that seems to be the only way to buy uniqlo because the app and website are ATROCIOUS! Since launching, this app has been extremely slow with a frustrating user interface and hasn't been fixed. It takes forever for clothes to load, and it's impossible to flip between a close look page (a specific shirt for example) and the general page because of loading times.

Constant log ins & slow like a snail. Everytime I tapped on orders/purchases, likes/wishlists, store --literally anything-- it required a log in, even though I've done the initial log in. It loads extremely slow. When I made a purchase, the advertisement states that the app receives an automatic e-receipt. I didn't receive one at all. Did my membership ID even register with the purchase? Also tapping on the cart in the app just directs you to their website on whatever phone browser you use.

This app takes far too long to respond to anything. The app also doesn't keep you logged in, which is essential if you want customers to use their barcodes in-store. I doubt any perk would be worth waiting for the app to lag its way through the login process and accessing the profile page, all while a line is forming behind you at the register.

Very slow even in 4G network. Interphase is really bad. And when you click on return button, the page takes you to the very top of the search even if you're halfway down the page previously. It sucks. I love the brand but this app seriously discourages me from buying from them. I get frustrated 100% every time I try. Its not just the app. Its the whole website.
