App works to tell you part numbers. Don't order anything from their online. They don't actually provide the overnight shipping they advertise. 3 days and I still have yet to even receive my tracking number... Just got to the stores or somewhere else.

i think our warranty info should be on the app as well. some new workers cant find anything. it would b nice to have it in a format other than receipts. other than that. the app is amazing. the guys at my local autozone dont have to answer the phone to customers who need prices and can help people purchase their parts more

I have to reset my password every time I open the app and it doesn't work just takes me to the website I don't think I have actually ever even been able to sign in to the app

It'd be great if the loading and refreshing times weren't so excruciatingly slow. Also, why don't online purchases register for points?

Can't use points in the autozone rewards program to purchase items through the app. What a joke. Why have a rewards program for points if you can never use the points?

I love going to AutoZone I was pricing windshield wipers but my car needed a certain kind I didn't think they would have them went there they had them installed the windshield wipers in almost 30 minutes before the rain came and the guys at Auto zone installed them it was a great experience and I do appreciate my local AutoZone Thank you AutoZone

Fail! I ordered from the app with next day delivery. I only saved around $35-$40, but I missed two days of work. All because the app kept updating the delivery date and time. I would ask for some sort of compensation, but we all know that's not gonna happen. when it comes to AutoZone I only recommend picking up. I would not waste my time or lost money from lost wages and not being at work with this app. I guess if you don't live in an apartment it's a good idea.

Honestly I only got this app to help me find my receipt for an AC compressor to return it, but after I found it I started looking around the app and I'm more than satisfied with it. For starters, I'm able to save my vehicle and search for parts that fit it. However I can also look up ALL my vehicles specifications like Torque values and fluid levels. I am able to edit the service history on my car to help keep track of oil changes and other servicing, and I can get email reminders to service it

30 years and so far, no regrets. I even worked for autozone as a second job for a while. No regrets there either. Warranties are great and I especially like the loyalty program. I can't even begin to tell ya how many times I've cashed in on that. My 2002 Dodge Caravan has over 306,000 miles and not a single warning light shining on my dash because I keep everything in working order with the help of these guys. Hell they should do a commercial with the 'ol girl. I'd be down for that.

The app has prices clearly marked up front, so you aren't going from page, to page, to page hunting down a price like a wild banshee. The ads are not overbearing. I love the choices and the filters help you weed thru the nonsense you don't need in your life. All-around a spectacular app. Kudos to the developers.

Works great.. in retrospect, I now wish it would let you select Automatic transmission for the specs on the car, as opposed to showing parts for both manual and automatic. Would have saved me lots of time ordering the correct part.

AutoZone is generally my go to place for automotive needs. They are hands down the lowest price when compared to other automotive suppliers. Only complaint is thru out the years you will get a dud part that's remanufactured. They will always replace the part but you have to eat the time and labor which can be extremely frustrating. My biggest positive is the new manuals available on the AutoZone App. When buying an item there is a manual option specific to the car your buying for. Great App

Love AutoZone but this app is garbage. Have to manually select each item for pickup or delivery instead of just one button that let's you choose, maybe other shopping apps have spoiled me, but if they can do it, so can you. Could not get the app to take my card info even after entering, re-entering, checking double checking and everything was right. Signed in on the computer and it took my info no problem at all on the first click. Uninstalling.
