Overpriced and suspicious activity when looking for items. Unable to sort from low-to-high which is criminal. Good priced items are sold out. Quality is that from China yet triple the price. The app will lose its place at times and completely clear filters until I'm starting from beginning. It is frustrating how criminal Zulily can be when it comes to providing discounts and promo codes they promise.

Check recent reviews first. Zulily is going down hill fast. They were ok in the past but customer service is becoming abysmal and products are arriving damaged. They rarely accept returns. When the app didn't work I contacted customer service, they essentially said too bad. My dash for the deal that was suposed to be$0.99 ea. was charged 3x's the standard shipping costs. I was told it was an oversized package but it was smaller than a shoe box(A carrot peeler and a folding doll chair) I am done.

This app is so aggravating if you're looking for something specific. I searched for something that had 429 results. After scrolling the results, I saw something I liked, so I clicked on it. When I went back to the results page it took me all the way back to the beginning of the page losing all of my scrolling progress. I was already at least half way down the page. It's annoying enough that I went to a different shopping app and bought there. It's been like this for a long time. Please fix it!

The clothing I ordered myself was cheap, and fit HORRIBLY. I returned it, but it all had to go back as the individual orders that they were placed, at an $8.95 shipping and handling fee PER return. I waited a few months before ordering again, mostly out of anger. Well, I recently fell in love with a pair of shoes, ordered them, and they are an entire size too small. The shipping I paid was $5.99 when I ordered them. They want to charge me $8.95 to return them! Horrible company!

They are upfront about the long delivery time so that wasnt a problem for me. I ordered the same size on 3 outfits for my daughter. One was way too big, one almost too small and the other had a broken strap( was able to sew it and fix it myself and fit perfect) but the hassle of returns doesnt seem worth it. Cute clothes though.

Sign in doesn't work. It won't save my account information and wants me to sign in each time. When I go to sign in, the password that was working a day ago when I signed in is no longer accepted. I go thru the new password process and can get in for the day; however the next time signing in the experience repeats and the new password won't work. This happens in the app and if using via browser. I'm done and uninstalling. Eff it.

I loved this app at first, and ordered a ton of stuff, which was a huge mistake, and it has turned into the worst shopping experience of my life. Some items arrived broken, some were nothing like they were advertised, and shipping took so long I almost forgot about it. They charged and sent me the same shirt twice, and are still charging my card for remaining smart pay balances on items I have already Returned. And they are charging $30 for me to return items, which is unbelievable.

Buyers beware. Items take about a month to receive once ordered and they are sometimes nice and sometimes not nice in quality. You really take your chances when you purchase from this app. They offer to allow returns but you have to retain all original shipping materials in order to do so and it's at your cost. It's usually not worth the hassle to return something. I've gotten some really bad items with poor workmanship.

Every few days I need to uninstall the app because the "new today" items won't load. "Ending soon" and everything else works fine. It's extremely annoying! I have tried restarting phone, closing all other apps and nothing works except uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The low rating is not a reflection of the store itself which is awesome, just the app.

Constant spam emails that can never be stopped, lackluster customer service options (don't have a "chat with us option" with hours of service if you don't have the ability to chat a rep), and poor app design and navigation. I opened an account forever ago, got an email about a security breach only to find there wasn't one. Seems like an attempt to bring back inactive users.

Terrible! False advertising on their products! They only offer partial store credit if you want to return items. I ordered a 4 pack of t shirts that were supposed to come with pockets and they did not include the pockets that I specifically was looking for when they were delivered. These people are liars and crooks! Stick with Amazon, eBay, and Mercari! I will change this review if my issue is finally fixed!

Your app SUCKS for browsing on cell phones. Too often when you back out of looking at an item it takes you back to the top of the list of products in the category you're shopping. It wouldn't be an issue except a good number of your categories have hundreds of products and I HATE having to scroll through them all over and over again to get back to where I was. Not only that, but your items move, so I often miss things I haven't seen yet while I'm scrolling to get back to where I was. FRUSTRATING

Personally love that app easy to view items and great prices. The bad thing is if you buy something and need to return it they take off about 8 dollars off for shipping and the amount left over is only for credit does not return to your card. Which is pretty crappy. Let's say I ordered something for 9 dollars ... it comes and is nothing like the picture and I want to return sure I can but I'm only going to get a dollar back.

I like Zulily. So many cute clothes and home goods at reasonable prices. I had to put a child lock (password) on the app's shopping cart a few months ago. The app is a little sensitive and if you get tap happy, you might accidentally place a big order. I did twice. Thankfully I was able to go back and cancel them before they processed.

This app, due to a freezing bug, placed a large order without me knowing. I had a number of items in my cart and was trying to decide which ones to order when the app froze and my cart emptied. Customer service said they would try to cancel my order with no guarantee was unable to cancel my order (even though it was due to an app glitch). Last i checked it is being prepared to ship. Update: issue resolved

Products come in well packaged. Not a long wait. Product quality is usually right on. With decent instructions and tools to put together. Lots of choices in a product to choose from. Usually good descriptions so you know what your getting. Fair prices. Could have better sales & incentives for frequent shoppers. Questions answered. Haven't had to return anything yet. Thanks

I love shopping here BUT it is hit or miss. Sometimes the items are great and have amazing deals, other times are complete junk. I had recently had a problem where there was a delay in one item in my order. They ended up cancelling after they told me they would not and gave me 10$ credit which is not acceptable as it was an outfit and they didnt sent the most important peice so I spent 100$ for a incomplete outfit. Customer service did not answer the phone though it is business hours on a wed.

I have not had any real issues with the app so far, and it's been easy to navigate. I have shopped on here for a while now and have loved every thing I have bought.....until a pair of pants recently. I received them and they were to small so I decided I'd return them because after all they advertise for store credit. However they deduct shipping fees from the balance of the item you are returning and in my case the pants subtotal was $7 and some change, well the shipping costs for the return were a little over $8 so I did not receive any "store credit" towards a future purchase. Very disappointed in this because I just lost $15 on a pair of pants I couldn't even wear. I have read their return policy and I believe it is unfair. Their reply to my email was that normally they do not offer return services and because they do not store these products in warehouses as inventory they charge for the shipping on the returns. I get that certain items are listed as non returnable however if you offer a return service for some items, I think me as the customer should not have to pay to ship the item back after I just paid for shipping. I, at least, have yet to be charged for shipping return items by other companies. So if I just got shorted $15 and they do this to everyone, how much money are they pocketing off of this system and their customers? Very disappointed because I love shopping on here. I feel like I should have just taken those pants to the Goodwill had I known I was wasting my money and time to not be reimbursed for an item I had paid for.
