My last two orders each had items canceled. The last order's item was a birthday gift for my grandson, so I had to order the canceled item from another vendor. But then the remaining item was delivered 3 days later than I was notified, and late for the birthday. I will no longer order anything through this app. I should be able to chat with customer service instead of winding through an endless faq. JCPenney and I go back more than 50 years together, but no more. You did it to yourself. Boo!

I have a screenshot of an outfit I saw from a JCP ad on Facebook and when I clicked on it to be directed to your website it didn't take me to the items I wanted to buy. Do you think I can find any of the items? Unfortunately NOT and there's no way of trying to find out how to purchase the 3 items. No one to reach out to. Super frustrating because it's my birthday and I want to use my coupon. Someone read this so I can send you the picture and find out how to order. Thank you.

I made a purchase online, and the order said it would be canceled because of a coupon validation. I called customer service and talked to some fake name person who said yeh their was an issue with the coupon, and he was going to cancel my order and could charge me full price. I told him to cancel my order, and then I wasn't paying full price. I hung up. More to the story, but it can only use 500 words. Will never buy anything again from JCP

I've paid my bill almost a month in advance since I got my account. I had some credit issues and in response, Penny's took away my credit limit and cut it down by about 2000.00 or 3000.00 dollars. The credit issues were not with Penny's. It was an entirely different account. No wonder Penny's is going downhill. No loyalty to customers.

I had trouble with the app making payment. I had to try about 6 times before it would take the payment with my saved checking account info. That was the first time having a problem. Seemed like some type of glitch.

Unable to cancel an order more than 30 mins after it's placed. Ordered on a Saturday and paid $25 extra for 3 business day shipping on 2 shirts. Order is scheduled for delivery in 4 days (Thursday, the day that was also shown as the FREE shipping option). Why did I pay? Also, I was charged the shipping rate for on an order over $74.99; although most of my order was store pick up. My shirts that were not delivered on time totalled $63.98, which should have qualified for cheaper shipping

I can't add things to my cart. I have bought this multiple times. Now everytime I try and add this conditioner to the cart it just spins. This has been going on for weeks now. I thought it would work it's self out but apparently I can no longer buy this item from your store. I'm just going to get my conditioner from someone else because this is crazy. I should not have to fight with you to take my money.

Nice but very slow and error prone. Today half the items i click on say "uh oh! we are having trouble loading this content." Also, the website is not available from outside US - I wanted to buy and receive my purchases by the time i return, but the fact that i can't even browse, from app or online, is weird. Anyway, i hope you can fix the uh oh.

Links don't always work. For example if I want to apply a reward at checkout it won't do anything. I have to go to a different page in the process to apply it. Also if I want to turn on in store search option it won't let me, it will go to some random item I didn't even ask for.

I made and order for same day pick-up, it said that my order would be ready for pick-up at 2pm. I get here at 4pm, the order is not ready, not even in the system for that matter but I have my order number. When they put the order number in it shows that one of my items had been canceled and the other had been put to ship to my home with NO delivery date and time. I NEEDED MY ITEMS FOR TOMORROW!!!! I HATE JCP! WITH A PASSION!

I really Like Penney's, they have quality clothing at great prices. But I gave 2 stars because their shipping sucks. Never arrives on time as they say in their emails to you. Disappointed !!! Looking at tracking, p/U by UPS (United Parcel Service ) than another UPS and than the USPS (post office) than back to UPS and now with post office again.

Still paying for shipping! I'm a platinum card holder, and yet, I'm still being charged for shipping, which I thought shipping was free for platinum cardholders. It's free to order from Target(regular) and Macys(Gold card). I don't order alot because of the shipping charges. I just purchased 2 throw blankets, to be delivered to the store, and I'm being charged $9.99 to get it to the store because it's oversized! And of course, they are not available in the store. I'm not a happy camper.

It is a basic app. I have a suggestion for the app: •When you scan an item's barcode to price check with the app it would be convenient to include a online link to the product that you scanned. Sometimes a store doesn't have the size or color of a certain product that a customer wants and being allowed a convenient feature like this opens up more freedom for the customer to make a purchase. • If interested in improvements look at Target's app for inspiration. Theirs is relatively user-friendly.

The JC Penney apt is very convenient and useful for purchases. The only change I would like seen done is the option to sign up for automatic payment. I'm surprised this feature is not offered on this apt. I had to call customer service to automatically deduct the minimum payment from my checking account. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with both this mobile apt and J.C. Penney as a whole. One of the more convenient apps and easy to follow. 6-6-2022 Still going strong!

App is great to get the coupons and extra discounts that are always available but using the price check scanner is extremely hit or miss, mostly miss. I've tried it on 3 separate devices running 3 different versions of Android and the problem is always the same... Open the scanner and the camera view is solid black so it can't "see" the tag to scan for a price. Clearing app and systems cache doesn't work nor does restarting app or device. Other than this issue the app is great.

I've been a JCPenney customer for years, never had issues with app before, but new updated app version is terrible. Often crashes, I have to open and close to look for what I need. Being trying to reset password and haven't been able to do it, my account was locked, called customer service, no one helped. Most of my purchases are on line, hope this issues be resolved soon , hope I'm not the only frustrated customer. But despite this bad experience JCPenney is my favorite store, amazing deals!

Really it's an awkward kind of app. The bone structure is good but it still feels awkward, no clear starting point it's all thrown at you. Too much all at once. I think a big thing is to just clear it up. My main complaint is that every time I go to login to my account and my credit card account, there's always an error message of some kind from the app or system and it's a constant error. Also happens when you go to sign up for a service and it always has an error. Also it shows that the app has saved the password for the account but when you go to use it, nothing happens. Also there's no clear way to track the progress of your orders either. Add those together and it becomes a dreaded experience.

This app is great when it works. But that is only half the time. Price checker doesn't alway connect with the camera. And sometimes when it does it cant recognize the barcode it scans. Don't leave something in your cart and not check out. When you go back in to the app later and try to delete it, it just sits there but says its gone. Same thing with coupons. As an associate I'm supposed to have it on my phone to show how easy it is to use but this is the 3rd time I needed to reinstall
