The last time I was trying to put in an order for their sale, it was stuck on reloading. Until I missed the sale somehow 🤷‍♀️. 2nd review update: The app clearly needs some work done. Loading time takes way too long, it seems stuck. It also needs to make it easier to remove/delete multiple things at the same time. 3rd review: app still slow to load when something is deleted. It defeats the purpose of having an app for ease and convenience.

This rating is for the app only! I love BBW, and after multiple stops, they finally convinced me to download the app. Well, first, the app runs ridiculously slow. Every time I went to check out, it would just freeze. then send me back. Second, I swear the app doesn't remember my password. Now, I only say this because I can log in on the website just fine, but when I'm logging into the app, it says I have the wrong password. And I've tried everything updating it, uninstalling and re-downloading.

Allows you to add items to cart although they are sold out. The location feature SUCKS. Most times it doesn't load, doesn't allow you to search inventory at different stores, doesn't easily switch to the buy online pick up in store option. Yes there are toggles and links for these actions within the app, but they don't function properly. Ever.

I pretty consistently receive errors with this app. It freezes looking for nearby stores. I can't ever find it in my apps -- I have to go to the play store to open it. Ordered a large order for my local store pickup, and slowly but surely every single item was cancelled over the course of about 2 weeks (even though they say it would be ready for pickup within 2 hours). I spend so much money at the store that I'm quite sure I could single-handedly pay for someone to fix this app.

just leads to confusion with offers. it was better to get coupons by mail, then you would hand them in when used, and that was it. now, you get digital ones that may or may not be accepted And they send different offers to different customers, and you know when you miss out on a good offer. the app is random to log you out..often happens in a store where you are trying to redeem an offer. Really needs improvements.

Update- this is possibly the single worst app I've ever had. I've been trying for three days to place an order through it and it's not loading at all This is a terrible app. I can have full bars or be hooked up to fast wifi, and this app still takes forever to load. But the worst part is that the longer you try to use it, the slower it works until it crashes, so nearly every time I end up going to the website instead (which isn't much faster IMO). Even after some updates, it's still slow as heck

During the bigger sales, the app constantly freezes and eventually kicks me out. Other than that, it shows me everything I want to know broken into sections and allows the same filters as the website does/did. The 4 stars comes from the location data being wrong. All the time. When I'm not familiar with where I am, I should be able to rely on the recommended location to be closest, but I can't. With the additional step(s) of having to Google search and Maps every location, it's inconvenient.

The website and app kept hanging up on the billing part. It took me 2 days and countless hours to order. I ended up removing items from my cart to finally get it to load so I could take advantage of the sale. If it wasn't for such a great sale, I would have definitely given up on it and am wondering if it's even worth it to try and order what I had to remove! *** I tried from 3 different computers and from my phone, so it wasn't a certain device, it was the BBW website.

Wish I didn't HAVE to confirm that I want to continue to shop after I add an item...its a bit annoying! Also, I wish your cart would automatically update itself when increasing/decreasing the number of each item instead of having to go to the "update cart" button at the bottom. I'm sure there's a reason for it, BUT I hate it! Other than that, the site is pretty easy to navigate.

The cart is the most maddening thing ever. Takes 5 minutes just to remove an item and by the time it loads again then they're like oh this item isn't available then another 5 minutes to remove it and this repeats multiple times. Seriously took me almost 2 hours to even place my order. I wanted to throw my phone (which is new and not my phone being slow). This app sucks! I hate it.

Like most businesses' apps this has rewards for frequent shoppers, the whole catalogue of products, online exclusives, neat deals and sales, over all it is very nice to have for scent-y people. The only problem with it that I can see is you have to make your whole transaction in one go. If you are on a page looking at something and then leave to check a text, the app will not load back to the page. You have to exit and start over from the home page. Same with checkout.

Mysterious overcharges when you buy something from the app! It is adding an extra $15-$18 to my total when. I am checking out, manually adding together the price of the items in the cart plus the shipping cost does not reflect the total I am being given. Upon researching this, other users on a B&BW reddit are reporting the same issue. Do not blindly check out or buy on the app, make sure you are being charged the correct amount first!

Needs serious updates. It is unbearably slow and takes forever to load, or it the app just crashes altogether. When you have things in your cart, you have to remove single items because they may have sold out and they don't automatically remove themselves, but the process of removing items is excruciatingly slow. Wish things that were sold out would automatically come out of my cart. I also wish I could remove items multiple at a time from my cart.

Unsure how this app has a 4.8 rating. It is horrible!! I have to sign in every single time the page refreshes, or I want to check my points, etc, I continually have to set my store and worst of all, my cart clears out every time the page refreshes or I close the app to come back to it later so I have to go and do it all over again. I have the biometric sign in option on but it has NEVER worked. Still doesn't. The whole app is very irritating.

App and especially website are always excruciatingly slow with every click there's always buffering that seems to last forever. So much so I've always had to call in my orders. Every time I've described the problems to them but, their it department has never fix the problems. It comes down to a lack of servers and server capacity with them which would solve the problem.

Using the online site was frustrating. It took me forever to place my order and check out. I didn't think it was ever going to happen. In the cart it told me everything was available that I selected until I put all info in, including credit card info and pushed pay then it said it wasn't and I would have to remove. I then had to start everything all over!!! Everything was slow loading. I had to go out and refresh the site. I almost gave up. What I really wanted was what was out of stock anyway!

This app is only really useful to find current deals and any new products that are out. Updating the cart takes way too long. Upon checkout, the total randomly jumps to a much higher price for no reason. The product total amount & tax doesn't add up. I recently tried to purchase using the app. The final amount was about $40 more than what was previously quoted. I don't know how this amount was calculated. I just use the app solely for browsing.

It constantly freezes and forgets what I wanted it to do. I went to a different app without closing this one on my phone, but when I returned the screen was just frozen and I could not proceed to my cart. I had to close the app entirely to get it working again. This happens regularly and does not happen with my other apps.
