From a guys point of view I find this a great shopping experence. I can get anything and everything I need tires,collectable coins and tools. I do my xmas shopping from my home. Clothing I find that most of it are mostly cheaply made. So buyer beware on this. I never wrote this

I have to sign in every single time, even if I just closed the app a minute before. On top of that, it doesn't save your searches or recently viewed so the moment you switch to a new app, you'll lose your entire history if it's not put into a list. Seriously lame for an app to be this behind in technology.

Everytime I go to order something, the app doesn't work. I constantly get errors when I try to checkout.

I'v been trying to change my address but I keep getting an error message. I'v order for items twice but had to cancel because it won't let me change my address. I even texted with a rep from the store but -nada-

I absolutely love the pavilion. However, the recommended man power was 2, and it took at least 4 men to raise roof panels into position. We were shorted hardware and had to go to the local hardware store to purchase.

App doesn't load. I've used Overstock alot. It's sad with the acquisition or merger, I can't anymore. Wish you all would fix it.

Will not allow free returns! You have to pay in order to get free returns!!!! Out of country customer service! Also, you have to pay for shipping to return their paper thin sheets that are 100% polyester, NOT COTTON!!!!! WOW, DONT ORDER FROM THIS APP!!!!!

app works very well. EASY to navigate. it moves quickly thru pages. checkout process is easy, fast. the app moves you to different areas of the app very quickly.

I was able to buy a very nice expensive chair during the Labor Day sale with a very large discount. I use the bed bath & beyond app. it may shopping a little easier and because I installed it I got the big discount. very nice customer service agents also. thank you 🙂

All pictures blurry on both app and website. I'm on Galaxy s21+. I previously rated this 4 stars. I have done everything on my end, cleared cash, reinstalled, turn phone off/on. I contacted developer, hoping they can solve.

I love catching sales, I'm never disappointed with quality. Warning, a scam duplicate sites for BB&B.store, it says it's liquidating but it's unrealistic pricing! It looks so real, trust me, it's not.

So many great finds and deals! I love that BB&B and Overstock are now integrated. The points add up. Just wish the sight had double point promotion periods. I would.most definitely shop this sight much more often. could be my new Amazon🙏🏾

I ordered lamps and got them yesterday. The packaging was just awful. Little bits of styrofoam everywhere. It looked like someone returned it and it was sent to me as is. I'm getting ready to return them. The app is nice though. I will order again but if this happens again then I will stop.

Keeps crashing. Can't enter my former BBB email username, or make a new one from scratch. It says unknown error and shows a restart button, which flashes the screen but doesn't work. Wait to launch this until it's been beta tested properly!

I originally wrote a review about coupons. I am now writing about how I ordered a toaster oven and it was being shipped to an address I hadn't lived at for over over 10 years. I called, spoke to a "specialist", was assured the issue was resolved and that my item would be sent me. The next morning, I checked my account, saw the item had shipped and was STILL headed for the old address. I called another "specialist" and was told I had to call the carrier and tell them to ship it to me!

I don't need to make another purchase I need to be able to track the order I've already purchased. All I have found is bed bath and beyond trying to show me your inventory. I order from Amazon quite often immediately I can track my order you all are failing in that area. It's not a good policy to make a sale and walk away from the delivery responsibility.
