Fair... Works fairly well for skimming through ads, coupons, and Kroger pay. The main issue with the app still exists: terms and details for coupons are very minimal and always have to log into Fry's on the web for any accuracy. Do not understand why the same details are not listed in the app and this makes it very difficult. Creating a list can be difficult. If I add something to a list on a previous ad, I am not able to remove it on the new ad. Shop now button does not work path not found

Difficult to navigate - takes numerous clicks to do anything. Scanning digital coupon QR codes on the shelf NEVER works. lt always reports an error and you have to scan the product UPC then find the coupon to clip. Also difficult to see all options at the top and have to scroll right instead of having an option to make the buttons smaller or in multiple rows

Absolute garbage! I've been shopping at frys with the same loyalty card for 15+ years, I get coupons mailed to my house, I use it at the gas station, etc and it always works. But the app won't accept either my loyalty card or phone number (which it claims is invalid!) yet it used the same phone number to text me the verification code! Only option was to sign up for a new account, therefore losing my points and purchase history. Also there appears to be no way to upload digital or paper coupons.

When trying to clip coupons, If you click on a specific coupon for details, when you go back to the coupons it makes you start all the way at the beginning! Argh! Makes clipping coupons take too long. Also, always have to check preferences. They may change without you knowing and then you miss out of 5x events. Also, all the best customer coupons s are at the end. Coupon limit should be as many as you want. Oh!! And cannot send cash back to shoppers card! Been trying for a few months.

Would love the app if it actually worked! But, this app is difficult to navigate, cluttered in appearance, and crashes nearly every time I use it. I also have never successfully been able to use the Cash Back feature and I'm starting to suspect maybe its just for show. Very disappointed because I have used other grocery store apps in the past and found them quite helpful!

Way too confusing to use, and the constant need for updates to a grocery store app is ridiculous. I don't want to place an order..... I do my own shopping and always will. I just need the coupons added to my card, and would really appreciate if you would save us the hassle of having to go thru and individually click hundreds of coupons..... just as them all to our cards automatically or get rid of them altogether and lower your prices. Save us the time and hassle.

It wouldn't open, kept telling me "invalid user." Mind you I've been on the app a couple of years now. Went to log in screen, once pressing "ok" and it would glitch out. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it was working again, momentarily. Now it keeps telling me it needs updated, yet there is no update for it! I'm beyond annoyed.

the app is a bit confusing. can't tell there are notes until almost to the end. no way to save notes on items and hard to locate to enter them. such as not wanting a whole lb of deli meat. should be able to chose by weight. instacart has better interface. adding seems ok but not sure why if you say ok to substitute, it makes you take something out of cart if not in stock. whole process over and over until you find something that is in stock to ensure you get item. in my case, eggs.

This app is terrible! It used to be easy and I loved using it. Now I'm considering shopping at Safeway because their app is quick and easy. This app is incredibly slow to load and forces you to start all over if you try to view details on digital coupons. Just spent 2 hours trying to schedule a pickup order and fill my cart. I could have driven to the store and shopped in person in less time! Please Fix!!

This app is too confusing to navigate. Deals in ad don't appear in app. The individualized section isn't much better. I hate having to deal with it and would rather just not get the deals. Also, the option of scanning item at store to add to list NEVER works. All I get is a message to try later. The reward points should have option to use for free grocery items, as well as gas, like Safeway does. We will never buy gas there and lose all the points we've accumulated. That needs to change.

Some where in the front page you have the option of switing between delivery and pick up. I selected delivery and proceeded to make my purchase. About two hours before the scheduled time I received an email stating that my PICK UP order was being gathered. This preceded about 20 minutes of trying to get through to someone at the store to have my money refunded as I could no longer through the app. The front page delivery selection has some issues. Not worth using in current state.

When I click on weekly digital coupons I get an error "No coupons match your search criteria" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. I have emailed and sent feedback and have had no reply. A casbier at the store was also unable to correct it (it was working on other customers phones). I don't understand why after all these years this is happening now.

Still hate this app. Unfortunately, still have to shop at Frys. 100% not user friendly. My dad cannot figure out digital coupons at all so I have to log in as him to load them for him. The default to add to cart instead of add to list is maddening. I create my list only to find half of it in the "cart." The keyboard in the search function disappears after the first letter is typed. You cannot change the store location within the list. It does not save previously shopped locations. I could go on.

I like this app a lot, but it could use some features tweaks - for example, the Weekly Items is a great way to store the things you use all the time but you can only add from that section to the Cart, not to the List. Being able to load coupons directly to the card makes checkout really easy. And the fuel points are awesome. So the app is great in general and really helpful, just could use a little tweaking to be even better.

This app used to work. I used it in tandem with a meal planning app that would send the list to Fry's. About a month ago, the apps stopped communicating with each other correctly, causing the list to either not transfer at all, or transfer several duplicate lists into my Fry's cart. I tried entering my list without trying to transfer between apps, but it keeps deleting my cart. I thought this was a bug in a recent update, but it's been weeks with no improvement.

This app was difficult to figure out at first. I had to have my mother show me how to clip coupons because it was confusing to find. Additionally, for the last three weeks the app has been unresponsive. I cannot search for products because it loads endlessly. I tested my internet speeds repeatedly - they are fast. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it's stuck on the login screen- refuses to load after I typed in my email and password. So frustrating.

This app has never worked well. It either lags terribly or it crashes while opening. We actually hardly shop here anymore because I cannot access the coupons or ads easily. Navigating the app, with how much it freezes and lags, is far too time consuming, especially if I'm trying to pull up a coupon I missed while I'm in the store. It's been like this for a couple years. Would really really love to see this app too finally function smoothly. 🥺

I hate using this, takes too much time, you have to go through all the list of every item in the store to maybe find what's on sale what a waste of my time. Fry's do away with these apps do away with the ads to away without all that stuff save that money and just print on each item would it cost forget all this other stuff. Thank you loyal customer, make it easier on me I don't have the time to waste looking up every item that's in the store on this app a waste a waste
