Description of Amber Weather

Amber Weather is your personal weather station providing current weather for today and daily & hourly weather forecasts based on your current location or any location in the world. Amber Weather does not only offer real-time forecasts but also comes with different features for you to customize the weather as you want.

The app features the following:

i am giving 2 stars cause ive been usong this app for years and years and i would give it 1 star but hey. since a few updates the location is broken and i have to manually set it. PLEASE FIX ITTTT when i restart my phone i have to remove and readd the app because it wont start. PLEASE FIX IT!! I am hating it so much yet you were my favourite climate app. ENOUGH OF THE POP UPS EVERYWHERE. i set it not to pop up with the weather and i get bombarded by it. i hate it.

I used to love this app,now i stray people away from it. The amount of ads is disgusting. And even when i click out of the app,it still re opens for ads. And the weather forecast isnt accurate either.

I had checked device maintenance to see if it had Amber in hibernate, which was not listed as such, so I blamed Amber developer for bug causing App to freeze. Apparently even though it wasn't listed as hibernate, it still was. Amber developer provided patch. New battery hibernate fix worked. App runs again. A few less ads and it would be ideal.

I'm looking for a weather app that up datesthe time minute by minute . It doesn't have to update the temperature , that can be hourly is enough. But the time is always running behind the real time.. I like it I like the 7-day forecast I like sunrise and sunset

Why does your clock widget not stay updated with the current system time? Edit: I don't want to add it to my white list since your app is such a horrible bloated mess. Regardless, I finally found a widget that looks fine to me so I am happy to report that as of now I've deleted your crappy adware off my phone.

Showing my location to Mumbai or sometimes others which are 2000 km away from my location. When try to detect my location, it fails everytime through GPS or network. When I manually add my location, then time is moved by 1 hour like it shows 11 am at 10 am and so on. Really frustrated with this behaviour

All of a sudden, this thing decided to start showing completely incorrect cities on the other side of the world as my current location and I cannot shut it off or correct the error. Stinks.

Best weather widget IMHO, but they offer no option to remove the annoying ads that pop up constantly. You can't even just buy the app to remove the ads. For this reason I will most likely remove this app completely. Damm shame.

widget no longer updates, has to be removed and reapplied to the home screen to refresh correctly, which is very annoying and deems the app unusable for me until fixed. edit: Archer, I've tried these steps and no change, widget still does not function properly.

Doesn't work with latest OS! I had to Uninstall due to force closing constantly. It has beautiful clock/weather widgets in real time and lots of themes to choose from. I couldn't enjoy it though due to force close messages. Please update the app for newer OS and will reinstall!

Good selection of free customizable widgets. Gives paying and non-paying users ability to choose widget layout/style, widget fonts, font sizes, & more. Pay a fee for endless options. I purchased a widget 6 years ago and have had no problems adding it to each of my devices.

Current city even with location on keeps changing to cities nowhere near my location in some cases hundreds of miles away. Find location isn't working and when manually changed it automatically switches right back to some random city in which I've never been and in most cases never heard of.

Mostly Clickbait. The app shows so many promises, mainly with its widgets and "awesome" weather service, but it's just another fake app that doesnt even tell as much as the weather correctly. Refrain from this app as it's just to get downloads and ad revenue. Speaking of, I have never used a weather app that literally slaps a 30 second long ad in your face. What if someone needs to check the weather to get to work, app developer? What if someone is in a hurry, developer? You just want money.

Updated version is soo bad! Ads, pop ups. I have used amber for over 5 years and loved it! After this last update, I keep getting weird pop ups over my screen. I also see weird notifications even though the app has notifications disabled. Shady! Super upset this developer decided to ruin a good app. Un-installed.

Good Application with best functionality. Cons: to much adds, sometimes accuracy is not good. Have problem with Widget : some times is not synchronized time and weather are freesing , After last Update if phone is restarting wiget stop working. To Get It Work You need Remove it From the Screen and get it back.

The first versions were awesome. Now there is way, way, waaay too much advert. In addition, the widget is crashing constantly. The temperature is off by several degrees. Brutally incorrect. Moving to Google weather. Shame 😕

Loved the widget for this app and have been using it for years, but a couple of updates ago stopped working correctly. It never shows the right location. If I have to reboot my phone ever, I have to delete the widget and re-add it again.

It was 5 stars until this week. It keeps crashing. And restarting and uninstall is the only way I could use my phone. I have had the app since galaxy s5 in 2014. Now I think your update borked the app. I have multiple addins. I paid for many and it keeps crashing with a notification. Others have this problem too. Uninstall reinstall did not help.
