Pretty decent hardware and a functional but pretty basic app. While I do like the system and the app - it needs some love to take it to the next level from basic data to information. Consider bringing in some UIUX experts with a design flair. I'm excited to see what the future holds

could you please make the graphs accessible in portrait mode? having to turn the phone sideways just to view a graph is ridiculous. it's 2022, graphs shouldn't be an afterthought. also, maybe show more graphs on the same screen (e.g. all room graphs in one place, looking similar to the forecast view)?

Nothing wrong with the app, but if you're thinking about using this weather station with additional indoor modules, don't bother. I've tried it and can confirm that the wireless signal between the additional and base modules cannot pass through a sheet of uncoated 4mm glass or three layers of corrugated cardboard. If you live in one of those new trendy houses with walls, you stand no chance.

Has a bug on my S10+ whereby the first graph I view when I put my phone landscape does not load, then when I go back to portrait without doing anything else, it says "Server under maintenance". If I change the first graph to a different metric, the graph then loads up fine.

I like the netatmo weather station, but the app should be improved, especially the graph feature: The y-axis scaling is often not ideal or changes for no apparent reason when you scroll. And when you zoom out to cover a wider time range, the sampling is too coarse.

Since latest updates I have lost connection with the app. I have to synch station once every other day, but the strange thing is that my third party apps still receive updates. I have not have had any issues for many years, but now it's disconnecting all the time.

Oh no... Ok, let's talk about the signup process. I'm a new user. I just got my device and I want to create an account. DO NOT LIE TO ME ABOUT PASSWORDS REQUIREMENTS. Asking for an 8 char password and then change your mind to make it 9 is the best way to break my trust. What else are you going to lie to me about? I guess I'll never know since couldn't even complete the signup process. The signup button on the last page doesn't do anything. You can even tap it without accepting the terms...

Have been asking for years now! Please please sort out the widgets so you can rezize them smaller without the widget cutting down the information it displays! This is a very easy fix. It's extremely irritating! With the resolution and size of the screens we have these days it's not I unreasonable to do this. I'm mostly fed up as have put in numerous requests to do this now but they just cannot be botheted. I'm sure I'm not alone as everyone else will have the same issue!

This overpriced sensor won't work without a wi-fi router. If you use a wi-fi hotspot, you have just wasted hundreds of euro as this is not mentioned in the item description. It doesn't even have Bluetooth LE (or any other version of Bluetooth). How is this meant to work with your smartphone if it won't connect to it directly??

Works quite well, but needs to update more frequently. I want to know what the weather is doing now, not 20 minutes ago. Wind sensor not that accurate. It would be better if results could be multiplied in the calibration settings, height adjustments not really good enough. Feb 2021 rain sensor gave up

Love the weather station and online web page (Weathermap) but the Android app is not great. Slow to load on a Samsung S10+ and the graphs look awful compared to the web based graphs which show a lovely record of the daily outdoor metrics for example. There needs to be a daily graph available in the app which looks like the online web page and the performance needs to be improved to get 5 stars.

I generally enjoy my Netatmo system, but man, what a nightmare to add another indoor module. Impossible to add it via the Android App. I had to connect the base station with a cable to a Windows PC! Also latest App does not react properly to rotating phone when you want to look at the graphs.

Two bugs are for years. One is that if app was closed in horsntl mode and closed in that way, after a while, if app is opened again in vertical mode it still starts in horisontal but emidiatly flips to vertical. Another bug is even more anoying. I have purchased additional second internal thermometer. When I open in horisontal to see a graph of my second thermometer it shows an empty graph with no data. To solve that I need to open another graph of my first thermometer, zoom it and return back

Good Weather Station for integration with home automation hubs like hubitat. All works as expected and is robust, I've had my weather station which includes the rain and wind modules for 5 years and it's still working well. Just recently I noticed the app doesn't display the battery levels correctly though. It used to doesn't now.

Don't waste your time with this line of products. App UI/UX is rough and unintuitive to navigate, doesn't allow you access to all features of the weather system (considering the system modules are flakey at the best of times work, probably not a surprise) lags with updated weather info, when the modules work well enough to report anything and the help section sends you to incorret links on the company website. Filter for 1 star reviews to get an accurate sense of how bad this product is

7 June edit: Below issue was fixed with help from Netatmo support, using a different connection method. Thank you! 6 June: Since I updated my 2 Weather stations to latest firmware (I have 2 instaled in 2 different locations), the 2 connected Rain gauges are not connecting anymore to the main modules. I cannot add them again because the main modules doesn't find them anymore. Nothing else is changed in the placement, enviroment, locations, obstacles etc.

Please stop this completely misguided attempt to create 'homes' across your various apps. I don't want this, no one wants this. All it does is confuse people with non-existent or empty rooms. Terrible idea!! The app is getting worse with every update. What's wrong with one menu item Settings? Now I have to chase through room that may or may not have any devices in them. What a horrible interface

This mobile app is quite ok, but for the price of the gadget. It is quite frustrating that I have to go to the site to check info from my local weather station... What if I will have network connectivity issues? Why shouldn't I be able to check data from device while offline? Guys you should really think on this subject... Without internet connection your gadget is just expensive decoration. Co2 sensor shows totally messy data, I think it'll have to calibrate, so let's hope it will get better accuracy in nearest future.
