Terrible. I tried checking out items and it keeps telling me to enter a code. But I don't have any voucher code, so I'm unable to checkout. And I didn't experience this the last time I bought something here. You guys should fix this issue!!!

I enjoy using this app but the their delivery charges are very high. my main problem is, they should consider whenever one person order two or more items and it's going to the place but you still charge the fee separately.

very user-friendly app, and does not consume memories like other e-commerce apps I have used before. I upgraded the apps today, it was a seamless process, a fast upgrade with no cons. The arrangement of the product categories page makes shopping a good experience. The account session is well arranged, am able to track my transactions, order status and many things not seen in most e-commerce apps. I don't have to check my emails for voucher availabilities. I am able to check from the app

the delivery isn't great at all. the delivery agents sometimes are so slow. Plus Jumia's refunding is very bad the worse have seen so far. I applied for a refund for a good I was unable to purchase due to the page refreshing. till now I haven't gotten anything neither did they call me back. aside that it's okay for mediocrity.

The app is really good, and it's actually my favourite online marketplace for various items. The prices are moderate too. But I wonder why I have to pay the shipping fee per item considering they're being delivered to the same person. That's quite discouraging! Please, something should be done about that. Perhaps to encourage people to buy more, you could make shipping costs per 3 items purchased rather than per one item.

I've been an avid jumia shopper for years. There service and swift delivery has been a very top notch, kudos to them. But, the only issue I have with you is the delivery fees on eash product when someone order goods from you.

So Jumia, I'm back again o. After I finally got the blender, 2 months ago or thereabouts, I decided to use it on Wednesday 4th of Oct and guess what, the blender got stocked and refused to pull out. I forced it out the next day and discovered it was burnt. Vtcl blender, needs to be looked it. I can't spend such amount to get a blender and only for it to go bad after one use. Nahhhh. You people should find solution please. The cartons are still intact

When you can't meet up d customer's expectations & satisfaction, why run a business? I mean, I placed an order, it's confirmed, shipped, and should be delivered, yet not, the dispatcher you assigned to me, never for once called, I've been the one making effort to reach him, if he even picks his calls, he gives u a false story that he's almost at my location. For over 3 days, he's always at my location, so he said. Customer service, incompetent, neither reliable. So what credibility do I owe you?

Bad Products and experience. I bought a Smart 7 HD 6.6 and a nokia 110 Africa edition as at exactly on the 18th of August, 2023 and just yesterday, both phones packed up in less than two months. I called jumia, and no helpful solution was made towards the situation. Please avoid buying anything phones or other electronics on jumia. To avoid stories that will break your heart in this hard 💔 😔 😢 Nigeria Economy.

I requested for an item to be done as door delivery and it's three days after the delivery date and no reasonable explanation for the delay to the point the customer care line keeps ending my call. It's very bad. Don't know why I didn't rate them One star.

I am so disappointed for the first time of placing an order and it got cancelled on my behalf without notifying me. But I do get a message confirming my order is going to be delivered giving me number on different occasions to contact the delivery agent, but the delivery agent both said it's a wrong message and my order got cancelled on my behalf.

It's very easy to use .. I've never hard any issue with the app or delievering of my goods or items. The only area i will like you to look into,is those selling wigs, or dresses, most of the wigs they deliever are usually different from what they posted. Thanks.

Is been good using this app but I wish more stuff could be added so when you search for something and you don't see it by the next time you come it would be there because they would have seen it on search history from their end and add it . So far so good jumia has been good.

I do not like that I have to pay delivery fee for each one of the items I bought in duplicate. Likeee? I bought the same item, from the same vendor, at the same time... but I should multiply the delivery fee with the number of items? It makes no sense... at all!!!!

I like shopping on jumia, but you people should add the option of selecting specific items in the cart for order placement. Every shopping app has that. Lack of that function makes things difficult for some of us. Where you have to remove all other items in the cart leaving the one's you have money to order, then later searching to cart them again. Understand that there is window shopping everywhere

I'm a regular customer of jumia Ghana.The delivery time is okay,they also have a wide range of products,but one fact is that most of they products are overpriced and very expensive compared to similar products on other online markets.Wanted to buy an upgrade case with L2 and L3 trigger buttons for my ps Vita 2000 only to find the product's prices ranging from Gh¢500 and over which is ridiculous ( I mean it's just a mere plastic case not even a device), same product sells onAli express for Gh¢120
