Consistently laggy, never remembers my payment info so every drop I have to put it in again, and recently straight up didn't load the entirety of the drop. For a few months now I haven't even been able to enter the draws, let alone have a chance of winning with all of the bots. Nike, please fix these bugs, the app is nearly unusable and very frustrating.

Had to provide a new review after this morning. Apparently SNKRS asks you to input your shipping address, even though it's been saved and selected as your preferred shipping address for years. That extra minute is all it takes to shut down any possibility of getting your item. The app shows you in line and your order pending for roughly 15 or so minutes before it comes back completely sold out. It's definitely by design. SNKRS has been horrible for the last few years.

This is ridiculous..... This is the third or fourth time I have not been able to try for a shoe. I tried for the lost and found Jordan 1s. First my system was moving slowly, then when trying to sign in, there was an error message. Anytime I went in to try for the shoe it would send me to a black screen with an error message. I went out the app and refreshed it and when I went back in, it wouldn't even give me the button to join the draw. I could see the time but I couldn't try for ANY size....

As many have mentioned, technical issues consistently plague the app, particularly on release days for higher profile releases. There have been multiple instances where a release immediately reflects "sold out" and I've even seen this occur when the release is a draw, which prevents the user from even entering. I'm sure the volume this app attracts is a factor, but I think it's time to think of new ways to hold these releases. Possibly having phased releases by region to control volume.

Notifications for this app do not work. I have all notification settings turned on both in app and on my phone and it still does not notify me of drops. In addition the app is slow to refresh when I open it, often requiring multiple restarts of the app before I can see the new feed. All of this isn't even mentioning the frequent crashes during drops. Unfortunately this is basically my only option for trying to get hype shoes so I am stuck with it

Recently not able to check out on drops. Also could not watch any of the videos when using a Samsung S10 5g. Also when getting in order to go through on a big drop, I never get notified as far as the "got em" notification that is given to iPhone users. The app takes a while to load as well. Even after clearing the cache and what not. Could be a lot better on android.

I have to keep installing & reinstalling every time a drop occurs because Nike doesn't update the app for it to say when it opens or closes. Also, I dont get notified when something is about to drop. Update: not only is this still an issue 2 months later, but this is the worst app to rely on tp get the hottest sneaker drops. I waited for 10 minutes before being notified I didn't get a drop. Add to it that I keep having to close and reopen the app in order to try to make a purchase. 0/5 stars.

The app makes you submit for a purchase several times before selling out before you can make a purchase. And even though each time the "purchase" button says "pending" after you submitted a purchase, it switches back to "purchase" over and over again. And then after you have submitted for a purchase so many times the product you submitted for is sold out. The best part is, there is no incentive to change anything wrong with the app because it isn't hurting them in any way.

The app is even worse with the update. Now everytime I open the app I have to log in each time, I have to go and turn my notifications back on, AND change all my settings back. Whenever I try to enter a draw I either get an error message or I have to re-enter my password and coincidentally it always says it's wrong. If I actually get to checkout ALWAYS tells me my form of payment is invalid. This only happens with popular releases. It's not a coincidence that this happened every single time.

Horrible the last few months This app. has been a nightmare. I am a true definition of a sneaker junkie. This app. started off great. I was able to purchase releases when they dropped and everything was cool. Recently, the last 6 different times I've tried to purchase a new release, The app has a way of freezing, asking me to re-enter all my info again or mysteriously being sold out in a matter of 3 mins. It's a negative five for me.

App constantly logs me out. I have to go in daily and look for what shoes are dropping when. I have never been able to buy a single pair I wanted from this app. I understand not winning a "draw" but every time I want a shoe that's not a draw its sold out in 30 seconds. I've got screenshots still at 9am telling me it's gone. All in all I'd rather just pay a scalped fee a few days later than waste more time on this app. Total disappointment.

Trash. It amazes me that everytime a drop is scheduled and you hit the button to request a notification, said notification NEVER seems to come through. The application also has a tendency to make you re-enter payment information when it should already be saved under your account. Also very telling that user reviews going back 3-4 months ago discuss the same issue over and over, yet nothing is being done. Clearly development doesn't think there is a problem. Count your days.

It never updates so I miss all the drops. It seems like it's always 2 months behind for drops. I don't get it. Like right now it's not showing the restock drops for the SB Dunk "Viotech" or "Plum", also the other 4 restock aren't showing. Kinda pointless to even have this app if it's not working. And it's pointless for you to keep it going if you're not going to fix it.

Barely works most of the time. Long load times for any page (sometimes 5-10 second) which often seem to need to refetch the same data rather than simply rerendering when switching tabs. When you do get "ENTERED" that's often the end of it—not even a notification that you lost these days like you used to get when the app first launched. Acts like it didn't even happen. No trace other than the screenshots I make sure to take.

So annoying to get logged out almost every time I start the app up. I get an error message and then have to sign back in and every time that happens, I have to go into settings and re-enable notifications and fast checkout. Because of all this, I missed a surprise Jordan restock notification and couldn't even try getting something. For such a big and lucrative company, this is just a shame to see. Please work on a fix for this.

When I first started using the app I think there were a lot of issues with bots. It seemed as though I would never be able to hit on any of the draws, or of it was a straight up purchase/"wait in line" item there seemed to be issues with multiple errors. Lately (as of early 2022) it seems to have gotten somewhat better because I've actually been able to get a few items, even some of the hyped drops, but I'd say there's still some improvements that could be made. Just have some patience with it.

Every time a shoe drops, the app gets buggy. One example is the buttons stop working no matter where I tap. In addition, even if I click to buy the moment a shoe goes up, seems like bots are always getting all the shoes. Or, it processes then nothing happens, or an error messages pops up. App seems to work more smoothly on iPhones. Extremely frustrating to use on Android devices.

The sign in experience on Android is complicated for no reason. To purchase something I have to enter my password 3 times and each time is met with a 1-2 minute load time. This app doesn't work with Google passwords, which means you have to pick a simple password. The entire point of this app is to purchase something quickly when it "drops". They put so many obstacles in the way of the user, it is impossible to accomplish. The user just gets frustrated and gives up.
