AVOID DEPOP. Depop Support sucks. As a seller, for the last couple of months I have been trying to sort out payout problems, and support has only given me generic replies and have been going in circles. I have since been unable to retrieve the +$100 they owe me, even after doing everything correctly. I would give them less than one star if it were possible.

I've been able to sell and purchase a handful of items in this app which is good. My main issue with this app is it's not user friendly compared to similar apps. The fact that you can't upload pictures or edit your items from a PC is a huge pain. It's so much slower of a process to do this on the app and when you have hundreds of items to list you find yourself going to better apps instead. I also have had an issue when buying items. There isn't a set time sellers have to ship items by.

The App needs a lot of work, it's a lot more user friendly to buy stuff but the searches usually either freeze or take a while to load. There should be more cropping options for the photos. When someone screws you over and doesn't ship an item Depop really doesn't do anything about it and pushes it off to PayPal then you have to wait a month for them to give you a refund.

Its an awesome app, you can search up different things, get some deals and whatever. But every time I go to pay, I choose my method of paying, put my information in, and then it goes to this loading screen and stays there. It has happened before and it fixed itself, but the second time doesn't seem to want to fix itself. Quite annoying.

Absolutely love the app! Great sellers, great format, just issues with the like button. I go through my saved items everyday to unlike the ones that have sold. Each time I remove an item, the page completely refreshes taking me back to the top. Also, as of yesterday, when I go to unlike an item, it tells me I don't have it liked and won't let me remove it from my list.

I'm honestly obsessed with this app. Though it's other people selling and the price is based off what they put, if you look around enough you're bound to find great deals and really cool/unique items. However, I do wish finding plus sizes were a bit easier. When searching XL I have a lot of trouble finding what works for me. It'll say XL but they all look very small.

Pretty good, could be much better. It's very buggy, I get notifications for messages exactly an hour late, never get notifications for tags, and any and every page get stuck in a permanent loading screen and you have to close and open the app again to make it go away, or until you're lucky enough that the page you want to visit isn't stuck loading forever again. Also, there are a lot of scummy sellers jacking up prices, scamming people, as well as making bids on items. Needs a lot of improvement

I've had a good experience as a buyer on this app. I like the way it looks and functions for the most part. One thing I wish they would change is spamming my home page with bundles people I'm following have sold. I don't care and there's no way to not see them. It'd be cool if the explore page showed stuff only in my size, or if there was a small icon on the image showing a size in the corner so I don't waste my time clicking on stuff that won't fit me.

I enjoy this app, I get a lot of clothes I enjoy off it. However, there are a lot of bugs that they have not fixed and it makes it very difficult to use sometimes. I've had collections not open for months after moving items into them and when moving stuff between the collections the same thing happens. I just want to be able to look through my collections without them not opening. And you can't change your username or remove addresses which I think is a little weird but thats not the main issue.

Great platform. Super easy to use. But shipping prices are expensive compared to other competitor apps. Also shipping labels aren't consistent, sometimes it is Priority Mail, which comes with free boxes, and sometimes its Regular Mail. Don't really know why that difference is. I have also experienced some issues with the shipping options switching from 'Ship with Depop' to 'Arrange my own shipping' causing some issues with purchases .

Using the app and was suddenly logged out. Tried logging back in then suddenly was given an error message of "too many tries. try again in 60 minutes". This message is odd to me as I only tried to log in once. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same message. This is NOT GOOD. As someone that has items on my account, if something sells and I'm not able to get in this will be a major issue. Please fix this ASAP!

I would love to but and sell on this app however, the UI makes it impossible. I want to sell items but I can't do that until I add my PayPal. The problem is the app will not let me. I've redownloaded the app several times, I've forced quit multiple times and I even sent in a report. They never emailed me back. The UI needs to be completely scrapped, the app is completely unusable and very very glitchy. This has been going on since the last time I first downloaded it around a year ago.

I'm on depop a lot. I buy and sell. Visually it's great, and the UI is pretty intuitive. But it's buggy as HELL. To the point where sometimes it's just too frustrating and I just don't want to use the app. Also, they could improve on adding some more sensible features like when you're shopping on someone's shop, being able to filter the shops items by size/color/item type etc. At the moment you just have to scroll thru literally every item on someone's shop which is not respecting the users time

I love the concept of DePop but the app itself is extremely unstable. It hangs constantly, fails to load, graphical glitches and errors all the time. It's discouraging as a seller when you have to take 5 tries to perform one action on the app. It seems as if the server is perpetually dropping. Please work on app stability and server connection. UPDATE -- Thanks for your response, it helped. The app still gets stuck but this always fixes it! UPDATE -- Random features still breaking. Oh well.

After downloading and re-downloading the app, updating my phone, force quitting the app, I still have the same problems. Technical support has only responded to my reports once, and they had trouble loading the documentation I sent them about the problem. The edit profile page wouldn't save any of my profile information or profile photo. It just won't do it, and many other users have said online that they have the same problem. I don't get an option to edit in a web browser on a desktop.

Love this app, love the experience and the simplicity. The only thing is there seems to be a glitch on android when I list an item and try to type into the item description box: the character count lags so far behind the actual text being entered, and I can't perform any actions or post the listing until it catches up. It takes about 5 minutes for the count to finally catch up to around 300 characters. The only way I can bypass this is by typing the text somewhere else then copying and pasting.

Downloaded the app right before major update... no major problems. Especially loved how it displayed the cost of shipping calculated right under an item's price so I knew right away how much I'd be paying (you know, TRANSPARENCY??). Update removed the feature! Now have to go all the way to CHECKOUT to see how much I would be paying. 🤮 Plus, my style edit doesn't even seem to factor in my likes, saves, and the price range I clearly prefer. The user experience is just worse.

I've gotten great deals, unique pieces, and sell consistently. But the app has a couple glaring faults that can be frustrating. My go-to example is that they don't filter out items from people you have blocked! It doesn't happen a lot but it's frustrating to look at a post then realize who is selling it. I've blocked for a reason and obviously won't be purchasing from them!
