It's a great site. But it is not reliable. I mean that if you order something wonderful in the picture shown on the site, you will receive something completely different...for example, I ordered random makeup. But it arrived to me smaller and of lower quality, worse than I expected........

Very very bad app. I recommend y'all to never ever use this app at all. They don't care about customer,all they want is money. Delivery service is so bad, delivery time is always late. Charges too much and forget about their products,they are so so bad you will regret it for buying. And if you give them bad reviews they will scold their customers. Forget about the products they won't even refund your money. So i will tell you all not to use this app. Its just a waste of money and time.

Way too expensive!! Like fake expensive !!! Shows triple or more than half the actual price!! And they give many coupons which still doesnt bring the product price to the correct value price!! Many cheap quality stuff!!

This is my first and last worst experience in fordeal that i ordered 14 items and after the time of opening that parcel i count the items it was 13 and one was missing but they charged me for 14th item in invoice and then i sent a mail with invoice to fordeal but still i didn't get any reply from fordeal. And i surely knows that fordeal dont have any alternate. So guys please be aware that kind of situations.I will never buy again from this website. First expression is the last expression.

One of the worst. Order items then one item was cancelled (As they said it's out of stock) but if u go to the same item you still can order it!!! So now the whole order less than 350qr so they want to charge me 50qr for delivery!!!?! I told them it's not my fault that u cancelled one item . So kindly cancel my order I don't want it any more so one helps no one gives clear answer!?!? So no more Fordeal (fakedeal) you guys out Wish u good luck

Everything I bought was created for short and small people. I ordered xxl and still it barely fits a medium who is sooo short. Everything I mean it everything was at least one foot shorter than what it is described to be. One pants was a at least two feet shorter than described. I wasted my money and time on this app. Don't be cheated by the cheapness. Ridiculous!!!

Updates of the orders are changing automatically without proper update and informations. Also, there is no any contact to the team for to get the response which is completely missing. I don't have a choice to provide zero. Hence I made 1 star. Also some of the order are cancelled by them after 5 days of ordered. Wasting the time and cost of the people and they are bluffing the people by showing low price for items. Request people not to believe such guys and don't waste your time and cost.

Loved it! They have everything you may need, with affordable prices. Some of their products may have mediocre quality so always remember to check the reviews. But most of my experience was very good. They have trustworthy after sale service, returns and refunds are made easily.

Garbage and worst application.. not genuine in their approach with their Cash on Delivery service in spite of the mobile number verification. My orders were cancelled twice with the reason 'not responding to mobile call' where else I did not receive any call !!! They don't want to encourage the Cash on Delivery .. Let them take it out and ask payment with cards.. Garbage garbage...

The app is good it shows different varieties of product. I've placed my order last August 4 2021 and I've just received it today August 15. But I was bit disappointed, it's incomplete.i paid full COD. But not all the items I've ordered was not in my package. I ordered six pieces only 5 was in the package. The packaging was so disappointed. One item was missing.

Very bad experience... When i submit my order I have facing many problems like diffective goods .. Delivery time too long and charged to much money against goods. I have very bad experience. When Difective goods returned to fordeal and applied for replacement product I again pay delivery charges..it's not good 😞 I'm gonna to be uninstall this app its really useless.

Disappointed My first order was last year and it was cash on delivery when it came it was missing some item on the delivery. I told the delivery guy I won't accept it. Then try I did was today where in my app a free item for you is there but when I add it I'm my cart I end up paying for it so I decide to message customer service but they only said it was not added sorry. But I send them a screen shot of the item clearly saying gift for you 0qr. This is only base on my experience.

Hey guys! i finally received my army bomb and it's great if you guys are kinda low on budget like it will do just the work. The bluetooth works and the colors are good as well. although the mini beads inside it do not move like they are stuck to the bomb. The photocards are good as well jungkook's spelling is fine thankfully. the bag is good as well. over all i think it's worth it if you guys are in a hurry and can't afford to get the real one.

For now i just give 3 stars though their customer service is reachable anytime. But hopefully they have to be strict on their sellers by delivering the exact product that has shown on the site. Coz they cannot replace the product that they delivered instead they'll just give you a refund but the thing is you have to order again amounting to 350aed so u can get a free shipping and to be able to used your refund money in your account. Doesn't make sense right? You have to spend a money again.
