I would give it 5 stars, but the new update is just not good The area I live in is not an option, so I can't order anything. And when I could order stuff, the shipping was very late I love to shop at daraz, but these things just aren't good and well... I can't order anymore due to the area options

i'm trying to pay my utility bills through credit card but it is giving error since many months. When i place my issue through chat, the chat API gives useless answers. Daraz need to work on this feature. After 5 months i'm again editing this review. I talked to chat Help of Daraz and lodged a complaint as well but all the team of Daraz was unable to solve my issue. Very incompetent staff. I talked to bank but they said there is no any issue from our side. Daraz is worst as per my experience.

Daraz as an app is very good. I can buy anything here because everything is available here. And various vouchers offer better products at lower prices. But sometimes bad things can happen That is entirely the seller's fault. You don't have to face this problem if you buy by looking at product reviews.I say Daraz is good as an online shopping app.

Of there would an option of minus stars I would give them -10 stars . Its been more than 20 days I did not receive my refund from daraz wallet I did dozens of calls and dozens of emails, but they dont even care about customer experience they just care about their own business. Will never daraz again and I have also shared daraz fraud on all my social media apps, including whatsapp groups. 😒

Pathetic customer services. Never order from them. They have similar named multiple items and no one knows who the real seller is. Lol. When you get the wrong product, they'll never accept the return! 0 stars! Not even a trillion times close to Amazon!

In terms of delivery, Daraz does not disappoint. I often receive my orders well ahead of time. Although the items vary depending on the sellers, it's still a good place to shop at the comfort of your home. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Daraz search engine keeps on getting worse day by day, if there was the worst search feature on any app, you'll find it in daraz, if you search apples you'll get oranges, you just can't find what you are looking for using daraz search, for instance i was looking for a phone cover and daraz decided I wanted to buy a phone instead, if you search for one model you'll be presented with others or something so absurd that it wouldn't even make sense!!!

I have been using this for some years never got a problem but after the new update I have got a problem that when ever I go to place order this showing that your address is incorrect but when I go to edit the address there is nothing incorrect and they say you have reached the maximum items but I am ordering only 3 items. What's the problem please sort it out.

Daraz is a popular e-commerce platform in South Asia, I have been associated with daraz since 11th November 2020, so far I have purchased 69 items from Daraz, Daraz has updated the App several times, I have a request to Daraz, it would be better to have Choose theme option. , such as system default, light, dark, the reason for the request is that we browse apps for a long time, light is causing eye damage, this is the reason for my request, thank you

Worst 😔experience. Please it's my request never buy anything from daraz it is worst online market.i faced this fraud from daraz. I have purchased a printer in place of printer they send me a box of colour. There are several online market but website please go for them but it's my humble request not use or buy anything from daraz. I don't want any of my brother face this kind of fraud which I have faced. Very very bad experience.

This app is very nice. I think I can easily get necessary products from this app but whenever I go to apply a voucher in my voucher list, it says that theres a network error. But I can place order without any problem then why cannot I apply a voucher? this can be fixed.

Pretty Good Among the Competitors... The main Problem is that they don't have so many locations. As of My opinion, Daraz needs to add more locations so they can attract more users.. Personally I knew so many people who didn't prefer Daraz beacuse they can't order anything in there home instead of their relatives.

The sellers are great but daraz delivery experience is the worst. They take more than a week to deliver and then mark it as delivered but no one came to deliver. Then they take two weeks to refund. Always select cash on delivery if you want to avoid such situations. On my next order 10 days have passed and it's still not delivered. Upon every complain they ask you to wait 5 working days which is more than week after already waiting for 10 days. Very poor delivery experience.

I can't help but express my immense disappointment with the delivery service provided by Daraz. I have placed orders on their platform twice, and on both occasions, the delivery carrier inexplicably canceled my order without any valid reason. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, I called their helpline three times to complain about this issue, but to my astonishment, they didn't take any meaningful action to resolve it. It's deeply frustrating.

Daraz has been my go-to online shopping platform for a while now. I appreciate the wide range of products available and the convenience it offers. However, there's still room for improvement in terms of delivery speed and customer support responsiveness. Overall, I'd rate it 4 stars!

The App is average. It still looks stuffy and confusing and not very user friendly. Too complicated to use some times that I just give up ordering. Management at Daraz is really lacking. I have ordered in total about 5 items and 3 items of them were either the wrong item, incomplete (missing parts) and not as specified in the advert. I have complained separately for each these instances but nothing seems to be fixed. Today I received a hopper pan instead of string hopper maker I ordered.

I am not a regular customer of daraz. But when I download it on my cell phone it's always saying that your address is incomplete when I go to edit it there is no problem in it. I am very disappointed.by the way it is very good app .but please solve my problem as soon as possible. Please....
