So firstly I am so much obsessed with korean fashion and skincare and I am from India so I was looking for a app like this, and I got many but in them the currency was in dollars so I wasn't able to buy anything but I got this app so this app allows u to choose your currency by which which u will be buying things directly from Korea to India in your own currency. this is a superb app!

It took so long for order to be shipped and never arrived even when it was shipped. It is so hard to contact their customer service so I never got my refund.

use it for buying sunscreens. have not had any problems with shipping in two countries (India and Germany) although the delivery times are slightly longer.

The app itself is okay, but I am having issues trying to make an order. A few years ago I could buy from this store as it had my country on the list, but now I cannot and I don't know why they took Puerto Rico out of the list. I really really wanted to buy makeup, but because of this silly reason I have to search for another app, which is sad since I downloaded it thanks to Edward Avila.

The app on it self is OK. But i really want to buy skincare from Purito but its not an option for Germany. And i can not pay with Klarna somehow. Im very scared that this to scam me, and i really dont want to do that. And you need REFUND POLICY !! I think the most people wouldnt care just the products needs to be closed... and thats it, just like amazon . Thats not hard! 🤷🏻‍♂️

The newest update got rid of most of the product images? Now for makeup like lip stick shades, you cannot even view the colors through the image slideshow. This applies to alot of other products as well.

Updated: As long as you don't buy clothing and expect that all jewellery is nearly costume quality, it's one of the most reliable online stores out there, especially for skincare. Old Review: Shipping is high, and clothing is expensive/limated in sizes.

Photos don't appear anymore! This app was fine, if a bit slow, until a week or so ago when the product photos became unavailable. I can no longer see any of the product provided photos which means I have to go to other sites to see shades. Might as well buy from there while I'm at it.

App itself is a little buggy but I love this store so much! It's practically the only place I buy clothes and beauty products and everything is relatively inexpensive. I really wish they would organize the saved items into different categories or different lists like Amazon and AliExpress does because sometimes I can't find the things I want to buy 😭 overall tho if you are on a phone it's so much better to use the app than the website
