App is not functional for the last few days. It is simply not loading, so it is useless.

I like the app, works fine. Offering wide range of products. Delivery could be faster, one-day delivery instead of 2-3 days. Product reviews are mostly accurate, except the ones where companies like L'Oréal buying the reviews. This I can figure out from the review tags where it's added "free gifts". Those are usually fake reviews but at least they don't hide this information.

Very poor user experience! The app is crashing soo often that is frustrating. I tried to buy something from them the other day, but the order wasn't even registered because the app crashed; but my money was taken and I had to call the bank to get it back.

I don't feel like this is the most user friendly this app could become. It moves fast, but I have trouble moving across different sections of the app because you can't guess where you should go to. 4 stars for the overall speed and look of the app

It was fine until recently, now the app constantly logs me out of my profile and the wishlist is erasing the saved items there all the time, I can't save anything anymore, because after 2 hours it's gone and I have to start adding products to my wishlist all over again, very dissapointing and frustrating ...

it's a user-friendly app where you can easily find the products you are looking for. I have placed a couple of orders and it has been an overall pleasant exprience. I wrote to Notino team once in their working hour and got their reply in less than three hours, which was pretty amazing. If there's anything needs improving, I would say I hope the filter could be refined a bit so that users can search for multiple brands at the same time.

Worked fine until recently, when it started to log me off. I can see some of my profile info, but a lot of error messages when trying to access my wishlist, delivery address is no longer saved... I cannot trust a purchase via the app itself, I am reverting to the website. Please help check this connectivity issue

unclear pricing -overnight changes to pricing without clarity which price you are billed at the end - especially in case of using coupons. coupons not added automatically, you have to search for them and make sure they don't disappear from the basket before you finish shopping. especially during sales they adjust base prices several times a week.

I use it in Bulgaria so I could only speak to that. I have bought from this app many times in the past and loved it 👌 BUT from a few months I notice them doing cheap tricks to sell - like overpricing something A LOT to begin with then putting it "on sale" on a price that borders the average across the board OR labeling products with "free shipping" but at check out there's no free shipping, even with 2 free shipping labeled products in cart and so on. Really ?! 🤨👎👋

I have tried to complete the purchase but for some reason it is giving me an error. I contacted the helpdesk but the nice lady says to contact the bank, which I did, where they say it's down to the app. I have also tried with another card it doesn't work either. I have tried to make several unsuccessful purchases. I will keep you informed of further attempts.

Not user-friendly. You pay more in the app (website - free delivery, app 4.99 delivery). Now disconnects constantly

I cannot use the app in English. It is difficult to translate every word from Czech to English before placing the order.
