The app is great and the clothes they sell look identical to the pictures which I really appreciate, BUT the reason why I'm giving it 3 stars is because they advertise free shipping for orders over a particular amount of money, making you buy a lot only so they can arrange them in packages in the worst way possible, making you pay the biggest amount of taxes that you can physically pay for that order. They would always send one miniscule package and the others would be massive, stuck in customs.

I liked the app overall! It is easy to contact customer service through the app in case of any questions or issues. It is also convenient to use for shopping wherever you are. The payment options were also convenient for me. I live the huge selection of merchandise! You can find literally anything☺️

I love shopping for my favourite fits on the app. It is super efficient in terms of categorising its items. I always find the reviews of items I'm interested in to be very useful when deciding on whether or not to purchase a certain item. I would, however, love to see more trendy clothes for plus size women.

I love this app! All the clothes arrive as described and as shown in the pictures and the sizing is spot on, everything I have ordered has fit me very comfortably. They are made of really comfortable material and look lovely ! All the deliveries arrive quickly with each item in its own individual bag to keep them from getting creased in travel. I highly recommend this site!

I love the many choices you have; you can be cute, sexy, professional, casual, dressy and list goes on and on... I haven’t really had much experience with their shoes. I bought the blue plastic Cinderella slipper like and it was so tight my foot barely fit... I just placed an order for 8 outfits...

Has such fashionable stuff at INSANE prices. I don't even find this in shops near me!!! And it's so trustworthy and provides a fun experience overall with all mini games and extra points and cupons. I can be browsing through hours and hours through this and my wish list... well... it's getting a bit out of hand. I just can't decide what to get! Definitely recommend it to anyone

I had a great time shopping using the Zaful app. Everything's in order so it's very easy to navigate. The products were so satisfying and worth the price. Anyone will have a hard time not adding a lot of things to their cart. Also, they deliver earlier than expected which is surprising but a good thing actually. The parcels were in good shaped and you will even love the packaging (I have kept mine).

The app itself is fine however it's the service which is lacking behind. I've ordered multiple items and received only half, sometimes less than half. Clothes sell out too quickly and the suppliers don't do anything to combat the issue. If you order an item and it gets sold out, even though you purchased the item when it was in STOCK, expect to not receive the item or at most recieve the item after months of waiting. Still waiting to receive 1 top after 4 months of waiting! Communication is POOR

Your FB ads link to the app rather than the website. This means having to download the app, which then prompts to you make an account before showing you the store. When I finally got to the page of the item I wanted, it wasn't in my size. A lot of effort for absolute nothing. Make your ads link to the website and it'd be a far easier and more pro-costumer move. As is, I am left associating your brand with "frustration"

Really easy to use service, with great products that come surprisingly quick. They also have a very large array of clothing for all people which makes the app well-organised due to the categories it provides. The only downside is that it is complicated trying to track your orders as it uses a 2nd source. However, great products with nice packaging also👍

Ordered for an outfit for my birthday, was thin material but lovely. Everything was packaged nicely. There was a chemically smell coming from the clothes but I assumed that was because of the warehouse so I washed everything as directed and it was gone after that. In terms of my actual shopping experience online, everything was easily navigated and easy to find. I had no issues finding what I wanted. The clothes arrived when due. Overall a satisfying experience.

Pretty quick delivery, the (cotton) jumpers are really comfortable, the polyester/spandex tshirt was not nice to wear but now I know. The jeans I got one size up and fit perfect. Prices are quite cheap and there's designs you just can't find in shops or on Amazon. The notifications are annoying but I don't like any app notifications. Like I'll come buy stuff when I want to. The tracking of orders is a nice touch. I can definitely see me using the app again in future.

Clothes are nice but Goodluck actually getting them to ship. I placed an order under local bank transfer and the payment would not go through. I tried contacting them directly, and after they took ages to respond, they said I could cancel my order. Went to cancel my order on mobile and there was no option to. I was waiting a month for these to arrive before I realized that the payment hadn't even gone through. The app is set up weird in comparison to others. Don't waste your time on this

Very easy to use, you find the items you like and add them to a wish list or to your basket. There are real people reveiws on most items for fit and sometimes pictures to see how it sits. Easy to speak to someone in customer services if your silly like me and pick the wrong size despite detailed sizing guides at the click of a button. Highly recomend them and the app.

When it comes to refunding your clothes, the service is REALLY bad. Got told to pay for shipping and that I'd get that refunded too later on, never happened! Won't order anymore.

Takes too long to arrive, cheap for a reason, bad materials with cheeky ways of processing them (images are plastic stickers that have been glued on). Not worth the money
