Used to be very good but now that i have to verify that im not a robot,even tho i have 2 orders,its very hard to look at shoes and other things because i need to verify that im nit a robot and a lot of the times it isnt even working,sometimes the captcha doesnt even apear but when it does and i solve it,the verify your not a robot screen apears again

The company is trash horrible customer service. As long as they take for authentication they don't even bother to check whether or not the size is correct. I've never in my life experienced such horrible customer service now I'm stuck paying for shoes too small. It's the loopholes for me. TRASH

Garbage app. They allow the buyer only 2 hrs to cancel an order but the seller can cancel days after the order is put in. Level the playing field and do better. Horrible experience and would give zero stars if it were an option. Do not use goat!

This app has become something else now. For 2 days now it keep giving me that 'reCAPTCHA' nonsense asking me to confirm if am a human. You need to work on it asap coz it's frustrating. I have so many orders and sales to make you know!!

I have tried and tried to like goat but as far as selling it's a 1 star. it takes forever to get paid. they use this ACH system that takes forever to actually get the $ in ur bank acct plus they charge a 2nd untold fee for the ACH transfer. why no instant payout option goat? it's like dial up speeds at goat

I am in love with this app. I got a pair of shoes from that horrible place called stockx. I got terrible shoes, they aren't even close to the originals. So, I found a reliable app called GOAT. I've always had troubles ordering Yeezy products ever since adidas discontinued the product. But GOAT saved the day, I got amazing looking yzy 350's and I'm certain they must've came straight from adidas. I don't know how you guys do it, but keep it up. Thank you ❤.

The app itself is really clunky. As other reviews mentioned, the search results are not the best if you're trying to do a general search, and it will take some time to learn to navigate the app. The purchasing experience is wonderful. I highly recommend it for this reason.

It took a month to get my shoes only to find out they have defects. I sent pics like they asked showing the defects and they offer me store credit minus shipping charge. I wanted the money back or a good pair of the Marvel Jordans i ordered. I dont know who authenticates these sneakers. How do you have extra leather that hasnt been trimmed off? Why would i want store credit if a pair i paid 280.00 dollars for a messed up. Never again!

I have been using GOAT since 2018 and really dissapointed that their services seems getting worse, i hope they make more protection for their buyers as they will definitely lose them in no time. To share my experience my order was in pending for a long time and when it finally update it got cancelled, the stress from waiting and dissapointment when receiving that mail because with all those wasted days waiting the prices fluctuated and so. I really love GOAT, but now i think its time to move on.

Always bugging. Never loading properly and the authenticators are way off and sold me a fake pair then never wanted to admit it was their fault and I never get reimbursed. Got back and forth with like 6 of them because they were never dealing with my problem, always making me wait until the time was up to exchange my shoes and used that as an excuse.!! NEVER buying anything from GOAT ever again.. horrible experience, they actually laughed at me at the end and told me to resell them on their site

I really tried to sell my shoes but everytime I tried to sell a used shoe they always rejected it. I retook the pictures well over 10 times and every time one would look a bad to them. I would have to retake the picture over and over again but this is the final straw. When trying to sell these white air forces worn once, I got rejected for everything, issues that did not relate at all. They are practically brand new and have no ware to them, so how could I get rejected for scuffs, torn knit, ect

App crashes alot. The seller images fail consistently. It's an Android only issue. The Apple version of the app doesn't have the same issues. Please correct as I have just started a new seller account.

Calendar not currently working. Would also be cool to have a cart and but multiple things but whatever. Has been extremely buggy as of late. Constant errors. Also the want list can't be viewed online so that sucks. Needs to be fixed soon.

Worst App ever. I tried to contact customer service but they didn't even reply to my email. I needed to return an order which they only give you 3 days to request a return. Also they don't clearly show which size you are choosing. You might think you are buying a men's size 11 but it's a youth size 11. They didn't even put a y in front of the 11 to indicate it's for youth. But they hide the word youth way up in the app where you won't even able to see it at first.

Ordered sneakers and the app says I recieved them, which I haven't... You want to call and no phone number is provided . You go into ask help and they have fixed questions. The customer service is terrible. I don't recommend this app at all.... Don't purchase from this app. Sent an email and still waiting for an answer.

I don't care what anyone says, This app is great. All apps have bugs, but all the shoes I purchased from this app were clean and legit. They would never sell you a messed-up sneaker. The app will literally notify you before you buy the product that the shoe has defects, and it's up to you to choose if you want to spend the extra money to get the better brand new pair of sneakers. They give you multiple options to buy shoe's in many affordable ways.

GOAT is better than StockX but that's not saying a lot. GOAT recently open shop in Asia and I have to say I'm disappointed with how long the shoes take now, I hate that 4 out of 5 come from Asia (or so it seems) now. Even when u do instant ship, which used to take a few days, sometimes 1 day, u have no idea where the shoe is coming from and your paying extra for fast ship and if it's in Asia or Europe it can take a week. lots of shipoing issues when opening to other countries. Ebay is easier.

First order went great, so I was optimistic. 2nd order arrived with a hole in the material on the back of the Jordan 1s. I noticed it in the first 5 seconds of picking up the shoe. What were their "checkers" looking at the whole time? They should've stopped it there. Instead, I'll be out 15 bucks cause they won't cover shipping for the return. Last time ordering with Goat.
