My go to for designer second hand. Excellent customer service. However the app has been going backwards recently. I keep getting told that I need to disable airplane mode, but it's not on and having no internet connection issues. Items are then not getting loaded. Also , as an Android Engineer, I can tell that startup time has increased,and you are recreating the Favourites tab unnecessarily. Please revert to a previous version.

I ordered a louis vuitton bag and a lock was included. Said bag was $550. Had bag certified authentic and bag was shipped to me. Bag arrived, looked good as described except...no lock. When inquired about, seller said it was sent with bag. Vestiaire collection could not verify if the lock came with the bag or not when it arrived at their facility. I was told 5 times the only option i had was to send bag back and get a refund. Except it was a gift. Replacement lock cost me $100. Terrible!

Costumer service is always reachable!!!7/24 and always answers me properly. İ like that filter to find something brand new and not much used and all in all it's a good application also the authentication is helpful i can see if it's fake or not coming or a bad item not matching the description. I'm happy with that app. The best i saw a hidden gem. and easy to track your parcel. And i can get 100% my money back if complications happened recently one seller send me nothing..

I like their collections but I dont understand why they made authenticity fee mandatory for a $21 cad dress that doesnt have a brand. Also, they could not provide proof of payment and verify the amounts paid to Canada custom and sales taxes. How do I know that the duties and taxes are remitted and they did not overcharge? I am uninstalling the app. There are other apps and websites that sell pre-loved items that give me more confidence.

Careful with what you buy and always make sure you ask for all the details. I made the mistake to go based on the information provided/shared not asking questions before buying. Unfortunately that cost me an expensive loss. The size shown on the sale was not accurate and when I bought my item and received it I immediately talked to customer service but they did Not honerd it or helped. FYI, Worse Customer Service Ever!!! PERIODDDD...

I love my Large Silver Telfar Shopping Bag. It is Beautiful. Just as described! The reason that I did not give five stars. The bag was advertised, as having the original storage bag included. It was not in the box. I contacted the seller. But, I never got a response!!

this site is horrible beware of the scammers not sure if there are actual buyers or the people in the company are the ones who steal your stuff. beware!!!! they buy your item then when it gets delivered they complain to say they didn't receive the right item then keep the item and send something in its place and get their money back

It's very hard to sell anything. It's very hard to find anything. The app suggests my new real sapphire ring and new real ruby earrings should be sold for 20% of what an expert says they often sell for at retail. What a ripoff. This is retail, this is a real marketplace, is it a Mickey Mouse one? What a joke. Your Calvin Klein PVC bag is worth more than my new real sapphire ring, what????

Grimey...bought an item for $600 and the seller never sent the item. VC says "we'll cancel the order automatically if the seller doesn't send by XXX" that date has come and passed and STILL no cancellation, no refund, and no item. Calling CC company to file a claim. This app/platform is no good for buying and as far as I can read about selling...it's no good for that either.

some navigation and search issues: You cannot edit search terms while you're entering the prompt, you have to delete entire search field just to change a word, also you cannot navigate to several hubs from some pages, you have to go back as many times as you've gone forward. apart from those issues, it's a great platform and a good app with much community features, buyer/seller protections and frequent worthwile deals/promotions.

Sadly there are huge problems with logging in/signing up. I tried first through the Google account, it didn't work - "something went wrong in the process". I can't also create the account if I previously tried to log in with that e-mail through Google. Can't also log in and try to reset the password that never really existed.

Vestiaire Collective, is very user unfriendly. You cannot update your listings, add photos or change content. You have to relist and have the same item in your closet multiple times.If you delete an item it impacts your seller status in a negative way. Customer Service is extremely Poor. Its by Chat Only, they are very delayed in answering when they do the response has nothing to do with your inquiries. I have found the experience very frustrating. It needs alot of improvement. I just downgraded

Not sure why I would be charged "custom and import duties" when I'm buying things from my own country. I'm based in Australia. Even if you're charging me the standard GST, it'll be 10%. The so called "custom and import duties" that Vestiarie are trying to charge on the purchase is more than 20% of the listed product price (on most stuff actually regardless of where it's coming from..) Ridiculous! Might as well by a brand new one from the actual store
