The discount prices were displayed in the shopping basket, but I was charged with the original price. Boohooman customer service told me to return the items and ask for a refund, even though I contacted them right away about the issue.

decent selection and decent prices but some images are deceiving when it comes to size. anything that's muscle fit= go one size up from what you would normally get. most annoying thing is the app!! no scroll tracking - so when you view an intem, it takes you back to the beginning of the list, whether you use thier back arrow or your own. it's so annoying, made me be way more selective about the number of products I could be bothered to view. jeans are also way out when it comes to sizes

I have spent all day browsing through the app adding to my basket, tried to pay via PayPal, and after being asked to log in and authorise five times, the app eventually gave up on my order and cleared my basket with no warning. Thanks for the wasting my time😊

The search results really need fixing. If you search, let's say 'oversized shirts' it will only show a few items. Even though there are 100+ because they come up in 'similar items' or other search results (and those items literally have the word oversized in the description). It really sucks, because it really limits what i can choose from, I have to rely on the 'similar items' or visual search, which takes so much longer. Please fix this 🙏

very good app love it! but if I may suggest a feature to add that would be great is a sort of "find the outfit" or "get the look" as there's some outfits that go great with the specific item you're buying that look great with the models. So instead of scouring for the others it'd be good if there would be an option to scroll down and see the rest of the clothes they're wearing.

Excellent service and variety of quality clothing. Brilliant prices and prompt delivery. App works extremely well. Use it regularly without any issues! Only 1 gripe, and that is that there NEEDS to be a 'buy the look' feature added. Eg: a model is wearing a full suit with all the whistles, but my only option is the trousers. What if I want the blazer, the waistcoat, the shirt & shoes? I have to spend too long trying to find the look! Other than that, I highly recommend the app.

Very convenient site...a lot of nice fashions and I like that the items run true to size...have yet to be disappointed in my shopping experience...I recommend, especially for bigger men like myself, who can find it hard to get clothes in our size that actually look good...

I've tried to order twice now and it doesn't go through! Going on holiday next week and I can't buy the clothes I want! App is very slow keeps saying error. Not impressed 1st time shopping with boohoo and can't even buy anything 😒
