Fantastic app!!! I really love the video option. This gives you a real sense of movement and flow of garments. I love the gallery too and closeups, reviews of sizing and descriptions. Great feature to hold for 1hr in bag to give u time to think about purchase and or continue shopping. Love the notify when back in stock option. ASOS is the best. It's so easy to make purchase. And return with no fuss and no cost. Awesome.

I like using asos on my web browser as opposed to the app. It sometimes doesn't have a proper home button and I have to turn off the app to get it to go back to Home. There's also more errors on the app that I don't deal with when I'm purchasing on the web browser. Maybe it's my phone but I don't have these issues with other shopping apps.

It's very easy to navigate. The styles are quality and they even have a video to show you the dress in motion and they even list the models size. They have a size suggestion that usually on point because we all know some clothes fit differently from others. I personally love it for their tall styles, they have a huge selection and I can always rest assure it's long enough, I wont get camel toe from the rompers. There's much more but another favorite that returns are EASY!

Asos is a life saver , from the alerts on sales or promos to saving my favorites, from the click and collect options to the very reliable 2 day shipping. The style is exceptional for male plus size. Great cashback rewards, pleasantly affordable inventory especially with the klarna option at the checkout. It's a challenge not to look into the "new in" section on a daily basis.

Love the videos along with the gallery would love to see them for all the items, and also wish that all items feautured on model or a similar match would be recommended every time. Also would be great for ASOS to include a more useful sizing chart. Other than those things, browsing & shopping was fun, transaction easy and an app I'll be using again many times for sure. 👍

Both, good and bad experiences. Bad: lost parcels, and then they asked if I wanted them to resend it or the refund. I asked them to resend it and then they said "sorry, item not available anymore," but I can clearly see it is available online (????). I feel they just don't want to respect the (lower) price I paid the first time argh Frustrating.

Great selection! I love how there is a size guide and it will automatically select it for you when browsing. Delivery dependability SUCKS! Packages kinda trickle in and they are always pushed out 2-3 weeks..so I dont recommend ordering something if you need it fast odds are you won't receive it in time... I made my first return (will be placing in the mail this weekend) I just hope my refund doesn't take as long as their shipping.

I've been ordering for many, many years and the customer service this year has been terrible. I had to email 5 times before I finally could get a real response. Had packages missing twice and both times response was limited and barely helpful. I ended up missing multiple large sales bc of issues. When I was finally given discount(a very small one) the code didn't even work. I know we are all going through very tough times but can't believe the lack of help from such a huge company like asos.

I've been shopping on ASOS for 4 plus years. Styles are always up to date on trends, quality on part with their prices. App is incredibly user friendly (love the videos) and the best out there compared to other big popular shopping apps like Zara and H&M. I've never had an issue, refunds and returns are quickly processed.

The app was wondering fine before. Now I see screen telling me to update the app to be able to use it. When I click on it I am sent to Huawei store website. My phone is Oppo so I don't have Huawei store on it. When I go to Google Play the app is up to date. So it's impossible to update it. It's impossible to me to use Asos now as the website is opening the app, and the app just show this update prompt. Edit - Thank you for your response. I reinstalled the app and it seems to work fine now.

Great website but don't use the locker facility because my parcel was stolen so just get click and collect. Also because e bay users use the lockers sometimes they can't deliver either because there full so bear this in mind especially if you need your items quick. Website is great saves time scanning individual websites and the variety is great

Extremely disappointed from the customer service ! They take extremely lomg to andwer simple questions. They keep on asking obvious things that i have put in my messages. They leave the chat without any notification. They don't really care about their customers and the problems that the app creates. I would not recommend it !!!!!

Easy shopping at any time and the products are always what you see un the photos, even better so you're never disappointed! Easy delivery and good contact. Oh and reasonably priced with great discounts too!

Really easy to use. I only wish that the reviews for items of clothing were displayed on the initial screen, rather than having to click into the item. Or even better, if there was a way to filter by rating. Buying things online before trying them on is always risky so I rely quite heavily on the customer rating to decide whether to purchase something. Seeing this upfront would save time and effort while browsing...maybe an idea for a future enhancement.

LOVE ASOS - Huge range of clothing, brands and styles. My only criticism is that some of the clothing items are not photographed well, so you can't see the clothes properly, like shirt lengths or what the actual front of the garment looks like. I love the videos where the models are walking in the clothes. The pricing is generally fair and that do have great sales and incentives. Have shopped here for a long time and will continue to do so.

Great app. Except I wish you could hide products you've already veiwed. Because I'll do multiple searches like 'black flare dress' or 'black frill dress' and it brings up ALL the same results which makes it long. If I could click 'hide item' or some other way to filter out. Sometimes I actually use Google instead to find what I want. So I'll go on Google and type 'Asos black frill dress', because it finds better matches than the app

Not user friendly, time wasting n disappointing. Not ideal shopping experience 1) ASOS shipped me WRONG product TWICE! what they sold is not wt show on website. CS promoised to give me an explanation but never happened even when i follow up. 2) System not reliable! It failed to send me return label to present to drop off place. SO I have to take a big of heavy clothes to the drop off place and text the Asos CS on the spot , it took me another 20- 30mins which is time wasting and embrassing.
