I ordered a two piece bath suit and there was no way to take the two pieces part. They put thr top and wired the underwear together where I had to cut it🤦🏽‍♀️ I tries to contact them for weeks I ended just sowing it back together and it took the order over a month to get here. Won't be ordering from here again.

Bad experience. Bs total scam. This is a joke. I'm just as frustrated as the rest of the ladies give them bad reviews. It take soooo long. Still no updates, no tracking, just total bs. Waste of time and money. Canceling is a joke. Feel like something has to be done for all their shenanigans. It's basically steal/fraud. Criminal offense in my country. This is wrong. Just don't waste your money. If you have monet that you want to waste give it to charity.

This company is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I placed an order with them once I completed payment my order did not move from the cart to the processing stage, however the funds were deducted from my card after providing proof MULTIPLE TIMES the only thing they can say is they can't find an order have a good day. Where the f is my money that you took. Nothing about the debit from my account over and over again we can't find an order. Guys DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SISTER COMPANIES.

Currently they wouldn't even get the 1 star if I could give them lower. 1st time ordering. They send me a ticket telling me to correct my address. Didn't understand, because on your website you should say you don't ship to PO Boxes. Finally I go to the message chat, they say they can't. I give them a regular US Address. Literally saying USA. When the person puts KR, I tell them NO, Not Korea! United States America.... The person says they fixed it, I checked back today still WRONG country Korea!

A nightmare...My package was stolen from my address..It' was United States Postal Service fault. But when they needed to know the information about how much it was worth from Chic Me so that they can refund me, Chic Me never responded back to United Postal Service, and will no longer respond to me as well. There is no business address nor phone number for them in case anything goes wrong

Just received an order for the wig I purchased. It looks nothing like the picture. Tried to contact seller, but it is not easy, and it is difficult to figure out how to. I'm trying to cancel the order I placed yesterday, again, no luck. It only takes once for me, and I am done. No more ordering from Chic Me. I'm closing my account today. I'm on a budget and don't have money to give away.

I had a bad experience they sent me the wrong two dresses the wrong sizes and I can't get the address to send it back within the 14 days I'm hoping I can if someone would pay me some attention I'll buy from you all the time I'm not trying to get the money back I'm trying to refund it for something else when I was supposed to have in the first place please respond to me immediately

Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! I ordered about $90 worth of clothes and shoes and none of the items were like the pics. Poorly made and jst looked weird. I had to pay $30 to send the items bk so no free shipping label for returns. Than they only gave me hlf the $ back and said id get the rest in 2 wks and i never got it. There is no live agent and you have to wait 24 hrs for a response. You cannot jst sent the items bk, you have to wait for them to tel you its ok to send bk.You hve 1 day to send!

Placed an order about a week ago, just checked to see if it shipped yet, low & behold it's still processing. This was the first time me ordering from them and it definitely will be the last. I just hope my clothes are here before I take my trip.
