It doesn't work, I cannot register because it doesn't send an SMS. And I cannot change the country code either. The phone is blocked for a few moments after trying to use it

My user account was blocked for no reason. There is zero possibility to contact helpdesk. There is no phone number nor email address available. Sending message trough their support-page results in automated reply email. After one week no person has contacted me and my account is still blocked. UNACCEPTABLE!

App is a catastrophe since the redesign and name change. Pictures no longer load if you scroll in an ad, the related items section under each ad doesn't work at all, app frequently crashes and now I am randomly not able to send any messages, requiring a delete and reinstall to fix.

I had my account blocked that I had since 2015. I created another account and was blocked as well without doing anything at all.

can't use the app whatsoever. For weeks! It tells me IP-Range is blocked no matter if on mobile or wifi. Even with a new public ip i can't get it to work. App is updated to newest version. However, it works perfectly fine via the browser on any device. Even with sharing the same public IP. It's ONLY the app that is ducked.

I have almost never put a review in the app store but this app is so useless after the name change that it is almost impossible to use and it makes me want to throw my phone out of my window! It just randomly stops working even if I have network and can use every other goddamn app in the world without problems!

At the moment good experience. But there is that with the advertising. Also when you het a pop up message indicating an answer or a message from an user and you click on it, you wont see the bew .essage or the messages menu for this matter, but instead, the last message you read before. Kind of disconcerting issue.

Really nice market place for used things, but the amount of pop-ups and promotions is ridiculous. Nearly every time I open the app they inform me about some random new feature, deal or their name change. I'm sick of it, no matter how many times I close them, they keep appearing again and again.

When you try to enter any other phone number other than a German one, the app crashes. For this reason, it's unusable for me, as I don't have a German phone number.

Amazing way to get scammed. No way to pay over the platform and if you buy something and send money to the seller somehow, then it's on you. They don't care. Be careful when using this app.

Before, it was good, but now when you search for something, it shows you an error in the search, or it does not provide results. Sometimes I hate updates

Really bad app full with bugs! Looks like it's made by school project! The app have no other language than German! When you make account you need to give your number but if its not a German number the app blocks your whole phone

Very good for selling thing very easy. You have lots of products to buy for good price. But you have to watch out for scammers even though these accounts get deleted pretty quickly. Massages are buggy they often get duplicated or can not be sent

My account was blocked for no reason, this after I reset the password using my verified email. Support never answered. When I tried to verify phone number, the verification code just never comes... It was a great app when things worked

The last few updates have been terrible. App is very slow, crashes regularly, search features are bugged (I cannot select price limits).

Basically it is working OKish, however the UX is sometime illogical and from UI and feature perspective there is a lot of room for improvement. What is really bothering me is that there is no way to get in touch with somebody when you face a problem with 'Direkt kaufen' except a list of incomplete faqs which do not help. In that case you stuck and I do not see a way to finish your selling process.

It was a good app and marketplace. But since the redesign it got worse. So many ads! Why? EVERY 5th entry in a search is an ad (+ two on top!). The start screen represents itself as 1/5 ad banner plus one small ad. Your messages are mixed with ads. We get you "need to make money" but this is horrid. Close to beeing unusable.
