Overall, good. However, the discount was removed from by basket twice following my visits back into browsing the shop. Also, it is important to have the ingredients clearly accessible. There is too much toing and frying. Thanks

I tried the app die to a promise of 15% off on certain brands in the app. Only the pop-up that should give me the coupon does not appear. On top of that the bag of 10kg kibble that's 80 euros on the site is 90 euros in the app! Update, re-installed, got to pick a region. Prices are now the same. However, apparently there's hill's science and hill's prescription, so I still don't get to use the discount...

This app is a pain in the back: No way to set country after you missed it after installing (I am in Switzerland), even after logging into my profile with my address saved. It then say at checkout that I need to change my address, while their Swiss website has no issues with delivering to me. After reinstalling I managed to pick Switzerland, but then I can't use it in English. Terrible user experience.

There is no confirmation pop up before you send an order. This is the second time I've sent an order prematurely because I'm trying to return to another page but accidentally press the half hidden order now button. There's absolutely zero confirmation checks to even make sure the address or delivery method is correct, nothing!!! I'm never using this app again because zooplus customer service won't help you to cancel wrong/accidental orders!

Please give an option to select a language first. If you live in Belgium, you have to navigatie throu french menus to select the .nl store. The mayority of Belgium is Dutch speaking.
