I have already made over 20 purchases. This app is great but thing is it keeps cutting out. Gives me a black screen during streams. Keeps freezing. Also when I go onto streams sometimes it keeps telling me to verify my number. It's a great app don't get me wrong but all these technical issues is a bit irritating.

Could be better had someone buy a few items from the Buy It Now when I wasn't doing a live and ended up getting different tracking numbers for each item even though they were all going to the same address had to box every time separate. Why wouldn't you guys just combine it? Doesn't make sense to waste material to ship stuff that is going to the same place.

Very disappointed. I signed up on a referral, and was supposed to get a 10 dollar starter credit. This did not happen. I sent a customer service request, but have received no response for several days. I also won 2 small auctions, but nothing had shipped to date. The whole setup comes off very sketchy. Like a back alley deal at 2am. Edit: Got an email stating my auctions shipped about 30 minutes after my review. With that in mind I added a star. Just pray you don't need customer service.

Nice site! The prices are a little high, but sometimes things are also really cheap. Also, the selling format isn't the best, for example, on my phone, the camera makes the item look way too wide when I take a photo, so I have to hold my phone at a certain angle. I do like the fact that it tells you your payout, and the weekly grail drops.

Whatnot is a very cool but highly addictive auction if you're a buyer. The auctions are live and you bid and buy right that minute while the seller is showing the auction. The program does need some serious upgrades on receipts for the items you win. You can only see a lot number for each item you purchase, you can't see a description and photo like eBay does (#1). That makes it impossible to figure out what numbers go with what when you buy multiple items. Help buyers, give a decent receipt.

I love this app. I'm almost done Christmas shopping because of the great deals I've found on everything from toys to jewelry and pet products. And I've met some amazing sellers who are kind and friendly. However, the last update made things hard to navigate. It's easy to accidentally scroll out of an auction, I can't find my watchlist, and the main page is cluttered with auctions I don't care about. I've also noticed it says I've entered the chat but I've been there for awhile.

I swear this app takes 1 step forward & 2 backwards. Now they took out the seller payout. Now you have to list & hope you don't sell below costs. If someone buys your stuff you won't know how much your getting until they get around to paying you. Sucks for buyers too. Used to be able to tap on pic and zoom in. Nope. Also the new UI crops the pics! Guess I didn't want to see the bottom of the item after all. They cont to push the live shows even though there's a backlog on apps months long.

like most vendors, auctions, definitely find hard to find books, great packaging most of the time. don't like the method of the way orders are documented. very hard to verify what I've purchased. pics don't come through. mostly black squares show up. we purchased stuff so fast it's hard for me to keep track of what I've bought.

Very cool app that lets you immerse yourself in the collectibles space, however I've had several issues with the app not giving me video when switching from feed to feed as well as randomly not opening and I've had to reinstall three times total now. Also bugs in the chat feature, when you are typing and a bid is made it takes you away from your keyboard. Work out those bugs Whatnot guys, great stuff still!!

The App doesn't work well for Android users. I create an account and it runs fine for a week or so and then it just simply won't load the app on my phone anymore. It's happened twice already, so I deleted and reinstalled. Sometime this works and sometime it still won't open app or let me sign in which is currently what is happening. It's great when it works though.

This is a super great app for Funko collectors and Resellers. However it doesn't let you know if your items were delivered. Resulting in have to reach out to them to be paid. Would be great if this feature could be added. Also it would be awesome if they opened it up to world wide shipping. Other then those few things I think it's a solid app, and I can't wait to see how it grows.

New updates are really annoying. The menu to see your orders is now overly complicated instead of being on one easy screen and the swipe up feature to switch shows is irritating. I'm trying to scroll through comments and it changes shows. Now the main screen doesn't show my bookmarked shows anymore. Why do you keep changing the interface when it was fine? You're trying way too hard to make what was a good app way too complicated

Video constantly crashes. The bid button is close to the corner of the screen and is one-click to bid, so I can't tell you how many times I've picked up my device and see I've accidentally bid creating a hassle for myself and the seller. Shipping is already excessive and some sellers charge more than others for the same shipping service. I'm guessing the seller's shipping rates are based on weight and some sellers are intentionally listing their items at a weight much higher than actual weight

The sellers are good, but the app issues are about to make me delete. Please move the bid button to the top, so I don't hit it when I'm typing in the chat, it's right under the enter key. Private Messages don't always go thru. You can't delete convos with other users. If you have a problem with a purchase and need resolution, the "rate purchase" screen comes up EVERY time you open the app even if resolution can take days. Minimizing the app can cause all the text to get smaller and screwed up.

Using it for the first time I can already tell there is a lot of problems. #1 there is no confirmation on bidding. Meaning you can fat finger the big button while holding your phone and boom. You're locked into it. You may also mistype a custom bid and boom its to late. No confirmation is an awful system. #2 If such a mistake occurs you are punished for trying to cancel the order. I understand why cancelling is bad for the seller. However accidents do happen and with a rather shotty system like the one in app these can happen more often then not. Not to mention they make it incredibly complicated to cancel any order. To the point that their own support page has very little information on it about how to go about doing so other then "ask the streamer" in an app with my PM system.

This app is addicting and awesome, such a great time and fun community! My last review was lower because of bugs and they do still have a few. The biggest one on my pixel 6 pro is if I close the app without backing out of the video first or else the audio will continually play and I have to reopen the app, click any stream, then back out of the video before I close it.

Great idea but lacks control. The live auction timer is a complete disaster during the last few seconds. Everyone tries to snipe the auction last second which is to be expected but the system just keeps adding everyones bids instead....example 5 ppl try to bid at $60 with 3 seconds left, the fifth bidder wins but wins at $75. Also there is no way that I have found to contact a seller if I have an item that hasn't shown up or been shipped. Easy way to lose money if items are lost or not shipped.

There needs to be a way to disable the bid button while using the app. I find myself interested in bidding on some items during a stream, but during other items don't want to run the risk of accidently pressing it. So either a temporary disable feature or a 2 step bid process. Kind of nuts that my 2 year old can walk up and blow a few hundred dollars just by bumping the screen.
