This site is impossible. DO NOT BUY THE INSURANCE BC ITS A RIP OFF AND THEY LIE. Second I accidentally canceled an order bc I had an error on my card info and even though it's been charged I cannot cancel the cancel. Well in the meantime I guess I'm going to look around elsewhere since I cannot reorder it for 3 effing days. These ppl are not friendly. None of them are.

The phone arrived but charging became a serious problem and I was unable to get the customer service link and the phone was used for two days and was not charging at all. I need to send it back for either full refund or total repairs. it's urgent

Not good. My phone got so hot, started glitching, part of the screen stopped working. Purchased Apr 20, 2023. This happened end of July beginning of Aug. I contact to send back, do so Aug 12. The person receiving did not receive it until Sept 8. Then says it's a screen issue and out of warranty and informs me I need to take it to a local shop for repairs. Back market customer service informs me nothing can be done. Do not purchase from here.

My 1st order was refunded, with no communication about why. There's no way to contact anyone about the order, my only option for help is to request an invoice. Back to Ebay for me, exactly the same products are available and I saved a tenner.

I tried purchasing a galaxy watch. My credit card kept getting blocked so I emailed backmarket and was told I needed to send a clear picture of my ID just to make a purchase. Sounds like a scam to me. I've never had to send a copy of my driver's license on purchases anywhere else.

It's good, but i think there are some biases towards some brands of devices. If i click iPhone, it gives ranges all the way to the 5. You click samsung, and it shows one phone. Click show all under phones it gives everything every brand under the sun. Same thing for laptops. Why is macbook its own thing? It's a laptop like every other. But i got great devices from them when specifically searching for what I want to buy so 4 stars

Horrible service!! I paid $430 for a Note 20 ultra 5g, only for it to get hot while charging and it cracked the glass on the back and it blacked out the screen. Mind you this is within 5 days of getting the phone. I contacted BackMarket to only be told they couldn't warranty it and they would give me $43 on a trade in. I have never been so discouraged and disgusted. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They might as well be in the robbing and stealing business. Pilfering our hard earned savings.

VERY IMPORTANT!!! Buy with credit card or PayPal so you can get your money back. 50% of you will need it. Bought a phone that didn't work. 6 hours of my life wasted on 20+ messages. Finally got a reply after 24 hours just with return label. Phone is American so won't in Europe. Advertisement said unblocked but it wasn't. Haven't got money back yet. No phone, bad service and still paying in time and money to send back. No offer of replacement or discount.

Good deals, great electronics, excellent customer service. While I wasn't impressed at first; back market quickly changed my mind with their customer service and took the uncertainly out of buying electronics refurbished.

the prices for items are decent, however, the customer service and overall experience is not good on the slightest. i oreder the wrong phone case model on accident and immediately requested a refund. i was told they would try to stop the seller from shipping it ans refund me but they couldn't. they told me to message them once i received the case and they would assistme with a return/refund, when i did it took over two days to get a message with nothing about a refund or return.

I've had a 5 star experience with Back Market itself, however I wish I was able to click my order and it take me directly to the actual device page as if I was going to order it again. A couple times I have wanted to look at the specific features on the exact device I ordered and it only shows me order history. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Regardless I highly recommend back market and would only consider my issue a small oversight that doesnt take away from the products

I have had 2 phones from Back Market now and both have surpassed my expectations given the price I have paid for them. They come looking brand new and, if you didn't already know they were refurbished, you would never guess. Also, the ability to pay over 3 installments is brilliant as many of us would have difficulty paying in full. Excellent service, Excellent products, Excellent prices. 👍

What a nightmare! Waited forever for my order. They provided me with a tracking number that was invalid. When I finally got the phone it wasn't what I ordered. Good luck reaching customer service! There's no number to call. You are forced to leave a message in the app and they never check it. I get a response 2 days later. I just want my money back! I'm starting to think this is a big scam. If they don't give me my money back I'll have to dispute it through my bank.

Risky. I've ordered 2 things from here - one is a cheap smart watch which isn't very good. The other is a laptop which never got delivered. The problem is with DPD messing up the order and delivering the wrong parcel. But the issue resolution with backmarket is ridiculous - the hoops they're making me jump through just in order to solve a problem which is not my fault. I even had to make a police report (even though I don't suspect a crime). The whole fiasco is ridiculous. Don't take the risk.

I've recently made my second purchase on Back Market and have been overall pleased with the swift delivery and buying process. However, my latest order from Zexton had a large white label on the black phone mentioning "warranty voided if removed." This detracts from the aesthetic appeal of the device. It would be beneficial if there was a consistent labeling method across all providers.
