If you have more than one location saved, you cannot tell it which location to report on. So for example if you are travelling to another city and you add that in, it may warn you of rain because your home base is rainy instead of using whatever location that you want it to report on. There needs to be a way to sort out the multiple locations and tell the app which one should be the current setting.

One of the few weather apps that let you actually get rid of the things you don't want, AND arrange the elements you do want, in the order you want them. Except that turning off notifications and alerts, doesn't turn off all the notifications and alerts. They still hit you with some inside the app, that won't turn off.

The best weather app for me and I've literally tried them all. I wanted something, quick, easy to use and understand, no waste of space visual picture of the current weather conditions, (why do apps have this useless "feature"?). I like the ability to choose different weather sources. Rain/snow alerts is customizable. Temp or weather conditions in the status bar, widgets are great. Most importantly is that the dev is super responsive to any issues that you may run across.

I usually hate most play store apps, but this widget is very nice. Being able to select text and icon color is also great. The weather app itself is very simple and easy to navigate too. It shows me just what I want to see (the weather, lol) and nothing else. The radar/map is easy to navigate to, and most importantly, has an easy to access cloud cover button, which is very important to me. I might pay for this app just because it's so simple and convenient.

Refreshing to view, customizable to no end, change the order of the content you wish to scroll thru. Remove content you don't want to deal with. Pretty . . very pretty. I am an AccuWeather user but after using Today Weather for 10 min., I think I like it more. I don't understand the performance complaints I've read. I'm using this on a very underpowered Moto G Pure and it performs perfectly! I must emphasize that I don't like notifications or weather alerts intruding on my experience . . and they don't! If I had one wish, it would be to downsize or move the big fat ad that appears in the middle of all the beautiful weather info. Stick it in settings or somewhere else. It's a major distraction. Pay for it if I don't like the Ads? I have to say, the fee structure is whacked! I think most folks, if they pay for an app want to pay once and forget it!

I love the graphics, but the app no longer changes location when I go to a different place. I'm in an area where the weather can be radically different only a few miles away, and the app doesn't even show information for where I am, but instead for a town 22 miles from here! I was going to upgrade to Premium but I won't unless more accuracy can be guaranteed.

this review would be 5 stars however there are a few important things missing. The widget background transparency is not adjustable so if you have a light or busy wallpaper it is impossible to see. This may be fixed by simply added the ability to change font colors, but it is also not available. That being said it's still the best weather app I've used.

4/13/20 edit: Dropping to 2 stars since it gets hung up on loading more often than not even after reinstalling. This really is a good app . . . when it works. The interface is clean, gives the info you need (from NOAA) in a simple format, and you can control what is shown and hidden on the page. However, is often won't load and gets hung up on launch on my Glaxay S9. I really like this app, so I hope this gets fixed. It would be 5 stars for sure if it would just run most of the time.

I mostly like the app, great layout, I like the options, etc. My only gripe is the "feels like" temp is always wrong. It's not the data source either, as I've a) switched the source with same results, and b) checked the data source website and their number is different than what the app shows. So it makes the widget pointless to me. App has great potential otherwise though, I really do like it

Great app, horrible support. I've emailed the developers about annoying "small craft advisory" notifications as I drive through different cities on the highway, but got no reply. They are part of "severe" weather alerts and cannot be disabled individually. I get them daily. I want severe alerts, but not pointless ones. Edit: after many tries, support got back and fixed the issue. Small craft advisories now appear in the app, but a notification is not sent.

I travel a lot and have loved using this app to see the weather at my upcoming destinations. But suddenly, I can't add cities without a paid subscription. No notification about the change, just gone. I think that's pretty crummy to take away a feature I've been using got so long. UPDATE: they gave this feature back, so I'm happy again!

One day in and so far I'm really liking this app. I was looking for something to replace Weather Underground since many of my favorite features were removed/put behind a paywall. The only thing that I wish was there is the ability to report if weather is different than what's displayed (like saying it is raining instead of just cloudy). But being able to choose a data source, having tons of detail in the persistent notification, and all the customizable features totally make up for that lack 😁

I have been using AccuWeather for a few years now, but it has been consistently getting worse and worse, between getting slower, notification bar weather constantly breaking, and a progressively clunky UI, I had enough. Switched to this and love it for the customization and simplicity. It just works, and can make virtually everything the way I want it. With a lifetime pro version under $10 compared to other apps like The Weather Channel that want $30 per year, this is a no trainer for me.

This is the weather app I've been looking for for years. It has a clean, simple, beautiful interface with the option to arrange information however you'd like. You can also choose your forecast source from a long list of sites. I paid the $3 for the ad-free version and it is very worth it! My only complaint after a few days of use is that the app sometimes doesn't load or only loads partial information for a weather location. If this issue is fixed, I'd easily give it 5 stars!

I like the app interface. It's clean and laid out well, plus I enjoy the customization features. BUT, my biggest criticism is that the widgets (which is why I primarily selected this app) were not very good. In particular, often the weather icon on the widget didn't match the actual forecast conditions for the moment...for example, the forecast might have a rainy thunderstorm cloud, but the widget will show that it is sunny outside. The app developers need to remedy this.

After this Dark Sky thing, I tried just about all of the more polular weather apps on the Play Store. This has the cleanest, most attractive interface, and is easiest to navigate. The main screen is packed with just about any information you might need. I turned off the photo; it looks nice, but wastes space. Love the app. Subscribed immediately. Very happy that I gave it a try.

I really like this app. It has a lot of great info. I like the widget because you can click on the clock and it brings up your alarms or click the weather and it brings that up (without going to the web). Unfortunately I have a new wall paper that is white where I have this and I can no longer see the widget. The stock weather widget has a semitransparent gray background. This one does allow for showing pictures but it takes up an extra row which I don't want to do. I'd come back if fixed.

The layout is not intuitive and does not display the most relevant or useful information at the top, so you are forced to scroll down past several embedded ads, and then without warning a timed ad with video and sound will cover the whole screen and you will not be able to pause or cancel the ad. This causes the app to be completely non-functional, especially in situations where you don't expect or want your device to play a video at full volume that you cannot pause. Inconsiderate design.
