Too many clicks to get to the search. UI has you clicking the bottom for search, then multiple times at the top to activate the text box, then back to the bottom for the keyboard. There is NO good reason not to activate the text box and bring up the keyboard with a single press of the search button. Very poor design. Also tired of it censoring my search results. Give us an "allow NSFW" results option. Easier to just voice search google at this point.

Can't change or move text when trying to create a gif. No options for it anywhere. So it just throws large text that won't even fit the screen smack dab in the middle of the image. No settings menu either. Very unfriendly

Wide selection but it would have been cool to be able to take existing GIFs and edit them as though to create a custom GIF.

This program is very interesting and it works very well. When I first got it I was using it constantly it does exactly what it's advertised to do. At the same time my new Samsung phone has many gif and emojis that are changing daily. Because of this I deleted it because it's basically just taking up room. If your phone does not have this feature then I recommend it highly.

Terrible nowadays. It takes /minutes/ to load more than 10 gif thumbnails. The app crashes after browsing a few pages. Saving gifs is unresponsive; sometimes the buttons and long presses work, sometimes they don't. The GUI used to be blazingly fast, but those days are gone. The app is now useless for my needs (quickly finding fun gifs to share). I'm blacklisting this app.

the jury is still out since I just installed this yesterday but so far I haven't been able to send many of the gifs with my text messages because the image is just too large! I wanted to send one of the dragons from Game of Thrones along with a text and I can't do it. I can't see where there's a way to minimize the image. And I feel like they're ought to be information on the gifs as to what size the file would be if you tried to send it. I do like all the choices you have to search

I wanted to uploud a gif to use it on Instagram but the uploading terms are stupid because u need to uploud a sticker on to a gif to publish it. Also the app lags crashes often

Can't login Put in username password, password is incorrect. Change password, email hits, click link, takes me back to the app and puts a windows up about the privacy policy and to click continue. I click continue and nothing happens. No matter what I do I can't login. Can't create a new app, Can't do anything.

I love love love giphy. My favorite thing to do in the whole world is to play with pictures. I'm good at something and maybe I don't get all the rules, for reasons unknown to man the stars aligned I thinking to have a few lawyers to get disbarred because unlike m&m's I do EXISt. Do not use apple or Facebook to login read the privacy policy and do a better job sticking up for yourself then I do. Sandboxed; is testing I want software that works you don't pay me to test malicious software.

Java errors trying to register, so trying without registering I just get a black screen when I try to choose a short video from my phone. Uninstalling straight away

You create a gif that will never be found on any Meta platform. But you will probably be able to find giphy gifs you created in the Google Keyboard, again not actually available useful if you want to out it on Instagram or Facebook but at least Google allow you to use it on WhatsApp

this app is ridiculous. don't they test these things before shipping updates? I can't create an account - I hit an error. the rest of the app is unusable since the "accept terms" button isn't functional.

Im unable to sign up... It says jawa script problem.. i don't see any problem... Even i have 4G strong network, it says network problem. And takes time to load gif... Also I can't save gif files in my phone... I didn't expect this...

Installed the app was exploring how to use the camera and create GIFS Often my camera wouldn't open on the option choices and then suddenly my phone went dark and wouldn't respond to anything I tried to get my screen back until I shut off my phone and restarted it to close the app which I uninstalled immediately after the reboot. I'm sure it's great for most. I have a Nord plus one 300 5g and plenty of memory and storage.

You can upload GIFs on PC browser but not mobile??? Why do I need an app for it. Website's good though but this is just a waste of my time.

Decent functionality but lacks any settings. High data usage and performance can suffer the longer you scroll, things that could be mitigated by some config settings. Whenever I hit a share button I also get a severe drop in playback performance and it takes some time to open the selected app to share with. Overall good and updates have improved it but it's still lacking in a few areas.

What's the point of allowing me to upload my own GIFs if they don't come up in places that support Giphy? Why can't I use them without going to my own profile? I can use them without the app if that's the case.
