Terrible customer service. Trying to return the product because of wrong size. But when it arrived at the warehouse and got rejected, the app didnt give any notification or any resolving messages. Trying to reach to the customer service, the chatroom keep closing because i didnt reply for 1 minutes. THEY KEPT ME WAITING FOR THEIR REPLY FOR MINUTES & CLOSE THE CHATROOM IMMIDIATELY IF I DONT REPLY INSTANTLY.

App is user friendly. I'm just disappointed with the said discounted price. When you go to a physical store the product is actually cheaper, and it's not even discounted.

Prefer the old version. Used to love this app cuz of product details wore by the models so that i can imagine how if the product is on me. So hard to found products with details model's height and the product size wore. Zalora used to be such a classy marketplace, and now, no differenciate to other! Lost that classy thing.. advertisement (offered products) in the middle of search result is so annoying.

This app doesn't helpful at all this isn't convenient for those who likes to shop online. Why ? Coz your order will be pending on there hub as if there's no one working on it, and there customer service which will give you the same response over and over again which will be based on there tracking update, where you can also check and see on yourself the track update! So doesn't make any sense asking for customer service at all. And up until now my order wasn't delivered and still pending!

"FORGOT PASSWORD" UI is not working. Upon clicking that link, I received some email regarding it. Upon clicking the link in the email, it redirected to "create new account" which says "the link is not available anymore". Planning to buy something here again, but I forgot my pass. Your app is not working. Fix this.

it's difficult to purchase online when sizing chart info are not provided since every clothes has different cutting and sizes.

The posb $ reward redemption is a scam! After successfully logging in to posb and accessing reward $ for entering redemption, the app throws up an error message "there was a problem processing your order. Please try again or you may contact customer service" the checkout does not go through at all. Customer service is useless and nothing they propose resolves the error. Such a waste of time. I suspect this app is using fake reward program to collect posb account access data for fraudulent use!

Omg worst major shopping app. The shoes don't always have a sizing chart and the sizing charts that are available come in different, confusing formats. The app also doesn't allow SSO login for existing users. I remember deleting the app before but wanted to give it another try. Now I see why I deleted it.

Very disappointed with this company. They scammed me of my money! I bought some aldo shoes to try for my wedding. But they didn't fit well (size too small, too high to walk), so I just tried once at home and returned it. Then they send it back saying they were already worn and cannot be returned!! They say the soles are used but it was obviously clean (I have picture proof but they insist there are stains). Just basically forced me to buy shoes i can't wear. Please be careful of them! There's been a problem with your delivery worker. The delivery driver delivered the package in our house without a call or message. The driver should notify the receiver to inform the details but I receive nothing. We are not in our house that time for I wasn't informed that he will come. I can't cancel the order so you need to take action and tell your workers/employers to work properly so you can address the problem and I can receive the item that I need to pay. Do something.
