Very irritating and lengthy time taken process for ordering and after 1-2 days they will call and refused to complete my order. Not recommended to anyone. It's better than you may go any nearby opticals centre other than lenskart store. Very much disappointed

in the policy they have mentioned that for cod ordersyou can get the refund either in store credit or by adding bank account , when you try returning the product , there is some error showing and then when you reach their customer care they will provide you with either exchange or store credit option and when you ask about the policy , they will say they can't do anything about it .

Worst brand encounter I've ever experienced. I've only been here twice recently to get the same stuff. Due to an alignment issue, I had to exchange the product the first time. When I went today to pick up the new product, I noticed the same problem as the previous one. How could the alignment of the new product be subpar? Worst brand, in my opinion. Never advise anyone to go with Lenskart at all.

Harrowing experience with regard to refund of returned item. Refund completed status keeps changing with change of date but refund is not received for many many days. Poor refund system and policy. Returning of product on system also full of faults. Either write to support . Can't cancel on app. Time of customer and money of company waste. Make processes smooth.

There are a lot of bugs in the app For example 1. if I select first power from saved powers to apply to a frame after payment, it gives error "for input string(1)". 2. In customer care chat, it I type my contact number and enter otp, it says entered OTP is incorrect even though OTP is correct. How am I supposed to take help from customer care? 3. What if I want one of my spectacle to be delivered to one location one to another, I feel there should be a provision for that too...

After paying full amount in advance, I got the product after 8 days with a lot of fight they're not even taking care of customers if you call they won't answer . Not even get any communication via cal ,App ,mail or sms of delivery status. Do not trust them. When I found out that the product I bought was supposed to be delivered the next day and it had already arrived at the store very next day itself and they delivered it after 8days. Terrible service.

Initially i ordered a pair of frames, where one got delivered and the other they returned to warehouse. Delivery agent decides whenever to call you and you can't even call them back if you miss those calls. They gave me store credits, when i had tried to use they said that offer has expired and now you have to pay extra to order that frame. Second time i ordered using those store credits and almost paying same as before, same thing repeated and waste of money and time.

The worst UI used so far. Neither to manage account option.. nor any detail regarding the gold membership. Also, if any purchase is made with any other name. The user name in the app changes automatically to the new name. which i cannot undo.

Pathetic experience with customer service! Got to their WhatsApp support through the App. Some chappie called Prem Kumar started out with stock questions and responses, completely ignoring my question. What pursued was hilarious but disappointing and frustrating at the same time. Post 20 mins of chatting with him, I still don't know when my Gold Membership expires? Abysmally low service standards and an excellent example of how technology can complicate things rather than making it simple.

Horrible experience... as I was told abt insurance and made me pay for it, when my glasses were broken in less then 4 months, they refused my claim saying the billing name and name on adhar card was different. Although my number n pic and all other details were matching. Also while billing they did not ask for name on adhar card they were only keen on selling the insurance. And now that's rejected. So for what fun ru making us pay for insurance and this is such big fraud.

The thing that I don't like are - 1. Most of the frames are out of stock while the similar ones are available but they are for 3000 and more in price 2. Products that you buy in COD don't get in your bank account they simply credit it as store credit ( what happened with me) when you opt for return 3. They should sent their representative when their is any issue with the new product like adjustment in the home of customer

Worst experience...At first I placed an Order and It got delivered in 3 days but when I want to Exchange it and Placed a new order...The order still didn't get exchanged...It's almost a week ..The old one didn't get picked and New one didn't received yet...When I wanna contact Customer support...It take me to some AI Chat and Just 3 questions are repeating itself. I'm unable to Chat or Call with Customer Support. This is my First order in Lenskart and Hope it's last too...Very Disappointed

I went to a store to buy power glasses for my wife, ended up buying 02 - spent INR4500, when i received the items, i requested for a lens cleaner, was told i wl hv to buy one, as a good gesture you could hv provided, knowing well that a lenscleaner is required if a cust.is buying 02 glasses. It might seem a trivial issue, but such minor details matter a lot. They help create a pleasant shopping exp. By the way, do nt ask me to send details to the psreviewsupport email id, all mails are bouncing.

Worst experience from an app. Lenskart have their physical store near me, just 4 km away. But they don't even deliver product ordered online to the pincode. That's ok one can order to other pincode, but they don't even provide a cash on delivery option. Which is really really bad, my concern is even if I pay them online and choode an unknown nearby pincode for delivery, what certainly I have that the product would get delivered?With cash on delivery option this problem can be resolved, very bad

Representative reception was bad and did not give assistance when I visited attapur store today. They didn't even bother to check my details and sd service is not available. I'm came out of the store without buying anything. I suggest anyone not to visit this store until they teach how to treat customers. Having popularity and quality in brand does not fullfill until you don't have right people to deliver that.

Stop adding products to my cart automatically! Like the aqualens solution and membership. I don't want them!!! If I do want them I'll add them to the cart myself. You're sneakily adding items and making me pay for it and then refusing to refund it after I realise the tricks you've played.

Please do not go for this. Lenskart is a delaycart. They take ages to deliver the product then ship the faulty product and now taking ages to replace it. Customer satisfaction is all about delivering things at right time. You can't keep me waiting for two weeks for a pair of glasses that too when it's a necessity. This is ridiculous and pathetic services You are only focused on advertising but actually you are incapable of serving the entire market

I recently purchased lenskart blu glasses and the quality is not at all good. There are minor scratches in the lenses and in the replacement there were stains in the frames and edges were sharp. And yeah, again minor scratches in the lenses. Need a lot of work in quality control. Better to go local vendor for quality product.
