Most 3rd class shopping app I've ever seen. Maximum products are damaged. The return policy is so tough and troubleshooting. Above all the delivery service is so pathetic. If someone order anything at young age, the package will deliver at old age.

Delivery is too slow. Its testing our patience level. Its been more then 10 days still my product is not delivered. Nd the point is there have no any cancellation option. Really unhappy with nyka . for some product they even don't return ur amount after returning the product, only option is to buy unwanted product undesirably.

Worst app I have seen....very poor low quality services..... Always deliver wrong and defected material and after that no one is available for customer service and delay return pickups and no delivery agent assigned till days.... Very very dissapointed

So i have placed an order on 16th and the delivery date was 20th and today is 26th not yet dispatched.I talked to customer care several times they say they raised a ticket which I didn't get any update of it !! after every call they want me to wait for 24 hrs and when I finally want to cancel my order which i was not able to cancel from my profile I called the customer care but even they were not able to cancel it and want me to wait for another 24 hrs !! I prepaid for my order as well !! 💩💩

bad service, they were not able to ship my order even after 15 days of placing it. And every time you try to contact the customer service, they end up giving you irrelevant answers they aren't able to expedite the shipping process. This was my first and last order, What a bad experience in this fast moving world!!

Very very cheapest app. My order was not shipped even after 11 days nor is the app showing any details of the order Nor am I able to cancel my order. This is my first order from nayka. Very poor experience with nayka.

I ordered first time and the very first experience was SO bad!! Like I ordered a bracelet worth rs 1150 which is not a small amount and the quality was like sooo bad it did not looked like worth smth this huge it was looking like a ₹300 product. I have requested a return and they are not responding with anything. Never ever in my whole life has this worst experience while online shopping. I hope I'll be just able to return it!!

The most pathetic vendor I have seen. I am waiting for my product for more than a month month. I have raised my concern 3times and everytime someone promises to get it expedited however still no progress. Everytime I opt chating with support I need to explain my concern once again as the history of the chat is deleted from the backend. No one is there to arrange a call back. Poorly pathetic

The worst experience one can get shopping I ordered two dresses for my gf gave her address and mobile number in the order, I told them to update the mobile number but they are not allowing to update it from the app pathetic tech pathetic service and fraud people. My order is in transit from 10days no action is being taken. Pathetic service

Very worst experience with this app Its waste off using these app for shopping The orders will not be delivered even after 15 days of placing the order for ex : I have placed a order on 29 September and today its 16 October but i haven't received my order still today even when u contact customer care they simply say sorry for the inconvenience ur order will be delivered by 24 hours but ntg will happen i have raised issue more than 3 times but no use literally nykaa is just for a name sake worst.

Half of the time the app does not load properly. Even though it does not have as much heavy traffic like other e-commerce site. Custmer care support is really poor and they don't seem to have any communication with their delivery partners

I had a very bad experience with nyka fashions. I have ordered a dress of around 5000rs and it was used product. When I raised return request they are rejecting it and telling lots of dramas. I will never ever place an order from nyka now.

A pleasurable shopping experience turned into a nightmare! I'm not someone who writes bad reviews but Nykaa customer service has left me no choice & this is my last hope to be heard! I'm struggling to get what I paid for and this is the second time it is happening. 1st time I ordered 4 Vareesha plates, 2 came broken. Struggled for a replacement but no one cared. I gave up and bought 2 more new plates, but I've received only one plate. As a loyal customer I feel cheated. I want what I paid for!
