An original approach to the virtual life of a soccer player ruined by completely arbitrary game mechanics and a constant increase of difficulty. Eventually you come to a point where the game is rendered unplayable if you hit a bad streak of games. And you WILL hit such a streak, the game makes sure of it.

I would be enjoying this game, if not for the adverts, which are genuinely the most obnoxious they could possibly be. I get it's free and the devs need revenue, but when a full screen ad pops up the instant before i tap the screen, and then it cannot be closed even after the ad is finished, that kills any interest I have in playing it. Fine if you don't mind it eventually becoming unplayable.

my best mobile soccer related game so far.I would give it a 6⛤ if possible. I'm seriously looking forward to an update. It is a great game all round with an award winning gameplay but some changes need to be made. The game shouldn't rely on just scoring and assist we should have positions like CB etc also it has been long since we've seen a major update to the game. We are literally begging for a major update c'mon😟

Decent game so far. Later edit Unstoppable 1 minute ads every 2 minutes. Basically 1/3 of the time you watch ads instead pf playing. It is better if you restart thr game instead of waiting for the ad to end. Also in season 2 the gameplay is forcibly made more difficult, the ball flies faster, team hates you manager hates you, you just cant play or gain money to advance further. Good ideas, but try to make it less difficult and stop the ads.

Great OFFLINE game to play. I highlight offline as that makes all the difference. You can play it without an Internet connection so you're not bombarded with adverts and you don't need to make any in game purchases unless you want to. Gameplay is decent. Obviously a few tweeks to the game engine and you've got a 5 star game but overall I'm very happy with it. Obsessed with playing it atm

"Your content will resume in 80 seconds..." Incredible. I must admit, I never at any point in my life actually imagined that I would install a game where one spends more time looking at ads than actually playing the game. To call this a game would be dishonest, it's more akin to a brochure for other games. At almost every turn you are bombarded with obnoxious, unskippable full screen video adverts.

I personally prefer the classic version of the game but I still recommend this game. The reason it didn't get the full five stars is because I feel there could be more added to it. like maybe more types of boots, more types of skills you can train and maybe even more items/properties you can get in the lifestyle section. still though, great game 👍

I've been playing this game since 2017, I loved it. I found that the modern mode added very little. I'm glad they didn't get rid of retro because I prefer it much more. I still think you can add so much more to this game, back when I was little I found the games challenging. I remember quitting the app so I could restart my bad games 🤣. But now it's too easy. After all these years (and accounts cause there's no cloud data) still haven't won that world cup. I'll get there soon.

It's great fun for any football fan. Yes there are ads but they don't take long, they don't trick you into 'accidently' clicking on them. If you want to progress a bit, yeah watch a 30 second video. If you want to progress quicker without ads, pay them some money. It's a system that works and I don't think some of the reviews are fair.

Such a simple but fun game. I do give this 5 starts but I think it would be cool if you could get energy some other way, so maybe it refills overtime or being able to do something with your team that instead gains 25% energy. Also I think practice sessions should consume less energy. Maybe like one quarter of the bar. Otherwise, it's a very good game!

Fun gameplay. Only annoying part are the super high expectations. You basically have to do everything perfectly before everyone is happy. Winning the Champions league with a small team with you as a mvp can still result in a bad reputation, which is a bit frustrating. This is to stimulate you buying all these extra coins of course so you won't have that problem and can bribe your way through it ;). That being said, still a fun (but challenging) game if you don't spend any money...

It's fantastic. But there are flaws I found so far: 1. I control my teammate to avoid offside position, then I take long shots, my teammate (who wasn't offside when I kicked, but in offside position when the ball bounced the goalkeeper) took the rebound, it's called offside! 2. in free mode practice, please let us kick from distance too. i want to try and get used with the swerve boot!

Very interesting app, exciting but it gets boring overtime if played everyday. Can you create a new story app similar to your new star soccer g-story? It's the best narrative based game I've played. Please create a sequel or another sports narrative just create more. It's so exciting I'm finding it hard to uninstall even after finishing the story with 4 different players. Thank you

Very good game, played it years ago when it was just a one time purchase. Gameplay is varied enough to be fun for many hours and the visuals are fantastic. My only two issues with the game are, I think energy needs to refill much quicker, I had to play the first 5 seasons on low work rate just so I had enough energy to play every game. And secondly I think the focus maybe needs to be less on the "happiness" aspect, it's a football game at its core, there's no need for it to be bogged down.

Overall good game, but a bit too easy. There are plenty features, which should make game more complex, like training, girlfriend or interviews, but with very little or none impact on gameplay or experience. You can win world cup and season after season in premier league withou second spent on training or interviews also don't do much and you can't skip them. Only feature wich is important, besides matches, is buying stuff and properties, because it helps you regenerate energy.

It's an enjoyable game, well thought out and very addictive! I feel as if it could be a little bit more challenging though. For example you play Barcelona in the champions league, they hardly have any shots and you thrash them. You win the league over and over. Even trying to figure out whether a player was offside or not was at least a bit of a judgement call to make, but now there is a line showing you those on and off. Good game, just is a bit too easy!

This game is giving me a lot of entertainment, challenging me for my best frequently, and this is good. But, also, there's some points that I feel that are missing in the game: the player should have the risk to getting injured or commiting fouls (based in his intensity of game), and could have more skills, like intelligence (to play without making fouls) and endurance (to minimize the risk of getting injured and also to decrease the physical waste while in the game).

Good game. Needs alot of tweeks though... I.e there should be an aim when powering your shots. The difficulty ramps up really quick, maybe have an easy, medium or hard setting? All skills should have affects... i.e technique could slow down time or somthing Finally when things start to go bad in the game its really hard to get back on track. Also the energy is just really annoying. You should be able to do three things off full energy
