I'll start by saying the game is amazing. However they are a few things that needs to be fix. For example, The quarters time in a game. It's only 2mins and 30 sec, it could alteast be 5 minutes. Another example is the players. Some of the players look like other players and some don't look like the player in reality. There's a lot need to be done and those are a few examples by me . For me this game is a solid 3/5.

It's been 2 days and the game on my device (Redmi Note 10) is still crashing. It didn't even let the "EA" logo appear. Instant crashing like this is frustrating. Especially for a long tenured players like me (I've been playing since season 1). The game is good but the crashes kills it badly. Please fix it. (For now I'll give 2 stars).

I LOVE THIS APP. Don't get me wrong, this is my favorite game to play across all platforms. The only problem is, it CONSTANTLY CRASHES. I would say probably 2 times a month there is a solid multi-day period where the app won't load at all. I've tried every possible fix on the planet(I have a computer degree) and nothing fixes it. Not only that, there isn't any real support for the game. This needs to be fixed asap. I've spent too much money for this to not be addressed and fixed.

This game has been great until I started experiencing a few issues: 1) My players just disappear and reappear from time to time 2) The virtual analog just stops responding sometimes during a game which is also very annoying 3) When you have a highly rated team and play against a low rated team, the low rated team will become more powerful and the game just gets difficult as if the want you to lose, please fix this issues.

This game is a banger as soon as I installed it u was playing 24/7. Some things that you could fix could be the prices it's very expensive it gets annoying at the point that u spent 200 dollars on this game and u get nothing good out of it. If you could also make it easier to get the monthly masters plz. Other than that the game is amazing and very addictive. 😍

When it works I liked it. But I invested money into this game several years ago and they cancelled my account, meaning all money invested was lost. Tried again a year or so later, I've been playing for several months, invested money. Currently invested money in several events that were going on about a week or so ago. Now game won't even load. Lost money and time again. No response from EA even though alot of people have same issue. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Not recommended

The game experience and is user friendly.. the animations and on point, one of the best mobile games no doubt.. I've been playing the game for the last 4 years now!! the graphic and everything was good! But the app keeps crashing and now It completely refuse to even launch don't know why!!

Pretty good. One addition would be choosing how long the quarters are for you. I'd suggest giving players the option from 1:30 per quarter to 5 minutes. Also you could make the graphics better. Most importantly - mechanics. When you hit a perfect shot it should go in if your player has good shooting. Sometimes I'm open and do a perfect shot and it misses even though i have 97 shooting on that player. Doesn't make sense. Overall decent game

It's funny that I'm back to edit my review from negative to positive because the freezes and sudden stoppages I complained about is when I attempt to do the training. The developers should work on this. Otherwise the gameplay is smooth and interesting and the graphics are decent. Although collecting the ball from the opponent is hard and should be worked on and of course officiating is live to check how the ball is collected. So finally I give 4 stars.

I was going to give it a 5 because of extremely high resolution graphics and amazing gameplay, but since a few days, the game just crashes instantly. Many other users have already experienced this, but the EA support doesn't give an answer. 1 star because of the support and the crashing; if it gets fixed, I'm back to 5 again.

I've been playing this game for a while and it was really a smooth and fun experience. As someone who watches nba, this game was like everything one can ask for. Smooth plays, transition, fun promos everything was good until it began to crash. Now this doesn't even open and it has been a week. Everytime i try to open the game it just closes. This is really a problem and many users are facing this worldwide. This really affects the reputation of the game as people can't play it anymore.

Great game with the graphics and players movements being really smooth. Dunks are awesome 👍😎! I would however like to see an update where you have the option to select and quick sell multiple items at once. The current way is very time consuming when you've got a lot of items you can't use, or auction off.

Wow. What a great game. this is actually the best basketball gameplay experience you will find on mobile, no joke. The gameplay is amazing. The sad part is that like all great thinfs, EA ruins it with absurd amounts of near-neccessary microtransactions. For example, they make some live events/campaigns ridiculously hard, to where you have to grind multiple days to finish a single challenge. Buuuuut, you can pay 2$ to "access a quicker path". Complete BS. Go play World of Tanks Blitz.

The worst part of this game is missing open shots and layups just to have the opposing team run down the court and throw up whatever garbage they want because my team refuses to play defense. Also there have been plenty of times where a player is standing completely out of bounds with the ball and nothing is called. I've seen balls pass through players, the backboard, and players also glitch through each other all the time. It really feels like the game forces you to lose.

The game was fine about like 2 weeks ago then whenever I'd try to log into it, it would log me out and I'd have to redownload it 3 times before I can actually get into the game. Then it would just close the app and I couldn't ever get into it. Please fix this glitch. It's annoying and I can't play the game. When I want to very badly. It's good quality and it's fun. Just fix it it's getting annoying to redownload it like 3 times. I just want to play the stupid game. Smh. Fix this already. Ty:)💕

The game is perfect. Yes it is someway pay to win but I have 107 overall lineup and didn't ever pay for anything. It takes time to get to a height level but it is not impossible. If u want to get to a high overall fast, then you would have to pay but with time you can get the best players. The graphics are amazing, no lag, and no glitches. GREAT game for free. Would recommend, you can play against others in real time, against bots, and fun to play.

It's alright. Decent graphics and interface. Defense is atrocious, doesn't feel like you have much control over how well you defend. The auto-switching is awfully timed and when you manually switch or autoplay your team just gives up bucket after bucket. Offense can be fun, but the moves don't vary much despite player specialty. The worst post is that it's hard to tell where you are on the floor because of the camera angle/lack of depth. It makes consistency impossible.

So far it's good, only thing is I can't get ads for stamina from EA when I literally have the setting on where I get ads. That's one problem I think EA needs to fix. Second problem is that when I shoot open shots, I miss almost half of them every game. They also need to fix where you can shoot more farther by a little more, just incase technically. That's most of it for me to be honest so far this game is great.
