Been playing for a few years now and love it. Wish we could reset and redistribute gear and gold, etc. Here lately the game has not been launching for me and I keep having to wait on raids due to uninstall and reinstall tactic to get game to load up. Help please I'm losing progression due to this....

Update2: A few days ago I purchased a promo package with 5 characters plus 1000 energy a day for 7 days. I received the 5 characters but not 1000 energy a day. The next day I received inbox msg admitted they had technical difficulties with one of their offers. But their top technician have identified and resolved the issue. They gave me 10k cat's head amulets, I'v no use. But the issue wasn't resolved. I still don't have 1000 energy a day. I don't trust with a purchase anymore. Never buy again.

Everyone keeps asking y'all to fix the crashes but you won't!Because they're intentionally done when you've spent resources that you lose or are about to earn.It's a shame cause it's a really good game but the overall experience is ruined by these bush league tactics!If I could give it a 0-☆ then i would.Until you correct these tactics you will continue getting negative reviews.

The game itself is great... the service from the developer is horrendous. Have had an issue for months, reached out multiple times for help and never received a response at all. They're worthless. If you're a fan of marvel, it's great. But, don't expect help on the back end. Don't spend any money on this game. No loyalty there. Still never heard a single word from these people. They'll take your money, but refuse to service any issues. Play for free for fun, it takes time - never buy.

It's a fun game for me, and ultimately, I do like it. However, I decided to put some money into it because they prompt you often. I feel like I was tricked to collect a lot of characters I never wanted and it's clogging up my roster. The app itself is already slow enough when first opening, the constant asking for money, and silly roster I can't delete smothers all the fun for me.

Great app. That being said bugs in app to be expected. But ive been having daily calendar reward log in issues for a month now. Tried contacting support many times. Basically getting ignored now. Have reinstalled, restarted, and tried ever solution suggested to me.

As a comic book fan first, I enjoy the graphics and animation. So far I have had lots of fun and haven't spent any money. Initially I didn't like the idea of having to recruit villains, but did so anyway. I think the stories are as good as the earlier Marvel Game I used to enjoy. I have lowered my rating due to poor Internet dropouts for bigger battles.

To start, I actually appreciate the effort put in to the animation of the abilities. I only downloaded this game because I miss marvel games. The best being ultimate alliance. Strike force does a good job bringing an abundance of marvel characters together and let the team choices matter, like in Ultimate alliance.. however I have been having issues where I need to uninstall and reinstall the game nearly everyday. Sometimes more than once. Otherwise the game won't open

Over 4 years playing and it just keeps getting soooo expensive. Free to play yes but don't expect much for that. Lol $100 character offers now is a joke.. and they basically state if you don't buy you can't play some content. Find a better game. Also tons of bugs they don't fix. The only thing they fix is more offers to sell you.! Thanks Scopely for destroying a game! You guys are the best at it !!

Terrible team behind this game. They could fix so many things, introduce game changing features, or even make the players life easier. But they do that once every 6 moths or so. Other then that they don't look at what they publish, so every update has a huge screw up. And if it's not an update screwing up it's some new feature that gives free rewards that only some people get them and then they pull it down. Worst of all every update the game slowes down even more.

It is kinda funny when a new toon is intro'd and its usually insanely hard to unlock... but when one with a clear agenda behind it is brought in, it takes mere minutes of gameplay to get comparatively. Im all for the "inclusive" char that have existed in the mythos, but I don't play games to have agendas pushed on me. My time playing/spending money on this is coming to a slow but steady end. If there was a way for me to "turn off" unlocking a character I would continue playing more than likely.

Accidentally releasing the Incursion Campaign and then pulling it down, while leaving the people who did manage to do it with the rewards from it and now with a huge advantage over those who did not manage to do it. It's an absolute trash move. Worst game company ever. This mistake completely skewed the balance of a lot of game modes in favour of those who exploited your mistake.

The biggest problem with the game is that they have completely stopped caring. They introduce new characters, but don't fix leveling issues. For example, I have about a million ultra shards. Ultimus... Why does he still have his own set of shards? Was he even a useful toon at any point? Oh, well you can trade those in for gear. Never mind you already have a billion of the gear you can get from the orbs. The developers respond to the reviews, but they are not listening.

Game is entertaining, but has definitely fallen off since the beginning of 2021. Worst part of the game is that there was an error in drop rate, and I wasted years of saved resources. Sent several tickets and have received no response.

Honestly a fun game despite all the menuing and predatory microtransactions. My biggest gripe is the raids and guilds in general. Some characters are seriously unbalanced in the competitive modes. Overall fun, but be ready to roll your eyes and hold on to your wallet. App currently doesn't load past 17% when initializing. Have tried restarting the app and my device, as well as an uninstall/reinstall of the app. Dev recommended clearing my cache which works, but I have to do it EVERY TIME.

Love the game but have been unable to load it for about 4 days. Ended up deleting the whole app and reinstalled. Fixed the issue thanks for the response. When the updates come up is there a fix for the sim in blitz where you don't have to exit and come back in in order to keep sim battling

I am thoroughly enjoying the game. The reason for the low score, the game has a tendency to freeze and kick you out of the app. Not to mention when you reboot, takes about 5-7 minutes to load up. I have a Samsung, not the greatest phone in the world but I don't have this many issues playing raid shadow legends on this phone....had to delete game. Kept crashing and kicking me off. I'm over it

I've been playing for a while now and I used to really enjoy the game. Unfortunately it's only gotten more frustrating as time has passed.I feel too invested to just quit but I am often tempted to just say f@*# it and delete the app. At this point the character shards you can actually play only drop about 15% of the time, and you're lucky to get 2 out of the 80+ you usually need. It's virtually impossible to get the materials you need to rank up your characters unless you want to spend $$.
