I understand as help provide free content. It wasn't always like this. I used to finish the free 5 puzzles for leveling up. Now to "complete" the little set, I would have to subscribe. Ads/ card games randomly pop up while doing puzzles. I guess I should be glad at least ads are coming up & there are actually ads there. Before it would say "please watch 5his ad to continue" & then say there are no ads available. Very very frustrating to play to say as opposed to the way it was before.

Just downloaded this app and barely finished the tutorial puzzle before getting bombarded by ads for "bonus prizes." After watching what seemed like an endless supply of ads (20? 30? I lost count) I decided it wasn't for me and uninstalled. I don't mind watching ONE ad when a puzzle is finished to get some rewards. But 10+ ads? That's too many per puzzle. I didn't love the interface either. I'd like to select groups of pieces and freely place them wherever, but can only move one at a time.

This app is absolutely amazing!! Challenging or easy whichever you choose. Plenty of free puzzles and coins every time you finish a puzzle which gives you the ability to buy VIP puzzles, beautiful pictures from other countries. Cute animal pictures and lots of flowers and fun pics. I've been doing these for years and I'm still addicted. I love this app!! I've looked at other puzzle apps and none of them are as good!!

Excellent selection of images. You can pay a reasonable amount to get rid of ads. Plenty of free puzzles, with lots of replayability, and you can earn points to buy more easily. They also have regular sales where you can pick up big picture sets cheaply. Adding your own images is easy and fun. I do think the subscription fee is WAY too high, but I'm having plenty of fun without it. A nice way to wind down before bed or pass time waiting in lines.

awful selection of puzzles, locked in landscape mode, and the "365" feature keeps moving on the side of the screen to get your attention. when you click on it to show that you saw it, it just.. keeps moving anyways. as far as i could tell the only way to make a puzzle of your own image is by taking the photo through the app. ew.

I loved this game until everything changed. I had paid for no ads but when I got a new phone and transferred to app from the old phone to the new phone the ads starting appearing again. There are too many ads especially in the middle of a puzzle. Why do I have to pay yearly to have no ads. I think a one time reasonable fee is appropriate. Disappointed with the ads. Still love the puzzles.

This app was a great way to relax, until the last update. Ever since the "watch an ad" pop-up was added, ads load less than 25% of the time. This is problematic when an ad must be watched to load a new puzzle. Also the 2nd daily puzzle will revert back to "pay 100 coins to unlock" after it's been started. These were NEVER issues prior to the latest update. The "watch an ad" pop-up is purely aesthetic and unnecessary. It impedes game play and defeats the purpose of a relaxing and fun app. Pls fix

I really do love this game. But I listen to my music when I play (Pandora) and it literally STOPS my music when an ad starts up. When the ad ends I have to leave the app, open Pandora, and press play again EVERY TIME. Not to mention that sometimes just doing that when I return to the game, it makes another ad play, and I have to do it all over. Can't it just play in the background? I'd rather suffer through that. Or at least pause music and let it resume. Fix please.

The best puzzle app out there. Smooth fit of the pieces, and there is a satisfying little snap sound when each piece fits. As a girl who loves her jigsaws, I have tried many puzzling apps. This is hands down the best one because the images are truly beautiful and high quality. My only 2 complaints are the following. First, the app drains my battery, so I don't get to puzzle for long without a charger. Second, I was disappointed to find there is no affordable 1000 piece option. THANKS :)

The app has a ton of adds and and to remove them you have to spend $14.99 a month to put puzzles together. That's absolutely rediculas! Yes, you get unlimited puzzles and etc as well. However, they do have a good way to put digital puzzles together and you do get puzzles that you don't have to pay for. Just have to watch a ton of videos. I still use the app but refuse to pay their HIGH prices.

I downloaded this on a whim after seeing an ad and this has quickly become one of the games I go to most. It is extremely relaxing and as someone who loves puzzles and has done many, it replicates the experience of physically putting together a jigsaw puzzle perfectly. It also has very relaxing music. If you need to wind down or shed some stress, this is your game. Love this game!

I play for hours on end until I fall asleep and drop my phone. Maybe this new update will clear my only problem of being off by one month. Everytime I load a new monthly packet it is off by one month . It seems like I lost a whole month of my puzzles. It doesn't stop me from playing the game, though . It works very well and the commercials are set up fairly which is s nice. If the commercials cause too much frustration I just delete the app but so far it's been good. Love it!!

I love working puzzles, and there are some beautiful puzzles on this app. My only complaint is that after working 2/3 of a 680 piece puzzle, usually the more difficult ones, the app will completely shut down deleting 2/3 of what I just worked. Rather than relaxing, I get really frustrated and ticked of. I've reported it several times, and finally stopped playing for 5 months. Hoping that the problem had been fixed, I just started playing again. At least I was able to work 6 puzzles before it happened again. I had worked half of a 680 piece puzzle when it shut down. When I reopened it, only 1/10 of the puzzle was left. I'm out of here, yet again. It's too frustrating for me.

I love the puzzles.... they're beautiful and fun to complete. I don't mind an ad or two, I do understand the developers deserve the income, but the amount of ads is absolutely insane. I now remember why I had stopped playing months ago. Just restarted yesterday. Won't play again until there's an option to buy the game for a reasonable price so I can get rid of the ads permanently, because there's other fun puzzle games I like better that don't have that issue. OBVIOUSLY YOU DIDN'T READ THIS.

Absolutely adore this app. I love working puzzles. My only complaint and the reason for the 2 star rate is the price. I would love to pay for it to do away with the ads and have access to the extra features, but 7.99 a WEEK is ridiculous. The monthly price is equally steep all things considered. I understand they they have to pay for rights to use the photos for the puzzles and stuff, but for a mother of three it just isn't feasible.

It's a digital jigsaw puzzle. Lots of ads, fairly smooth game play, though I did have it glitch and freeze on me pretty bad during the third puzzle Inplayed with. Graphics are nice, clean and clear which makes putting pieces together much easier than guessing because ofnfuzzy imagrs. It does have different levels of difficulty, so this is one of those time killers that I can see older kids through adults playing (not a game for your average 3 year old, without a lot of frustration and help!) Overall a decent game. ***The only reason I'm not giving it more stars is because of the major glitch so early in play (not even 10 minutes) and the seemingly over the top number of ads. But, in their defense, most are, more or less, voluntary (for more coins, which I always figure are going to be necessary later for continued game play). Only 1 actually popped up without me clicking on it during 6 puzzles, and it was between sections, so may be possible to play through and only get an ad every 4 or 5 rounds of play.

Constant commercials are extremely irritating. Still irritating and repetitive. Why would I want to watch them over and over again. I must say though that it is much better when you do the puzzles in the sets. Today I happened onto what is a new feature (?). All the puzzles had weird jagged pieces. It was awful. As a widowed senior, I have health and other issues. I have Optic nerve damage in one eye caused by the artery rubbing on it. My eye has peripheral vision but nothing forward. Next

I love this game. There are different ways to play (size of puzzle, rotation), the interface is easy, and there are optional challenges and quite lot of free gameplay. The ads aren't too intrusive and you can move out of them fairly quickly. There are many types of puzzles, but I prefer the two daily puzzles because you don't know the picture before you start. I would like an option to hide the completed puzzles and just know the category before starting.
