Description of Galaxy Attack: Shooting Game

Earth's last hope is in your hands, take control of the lone spaceship and protect Earth from alien swarms attack. Your goal will be quite challenging as you will have to save the Universe from its evil enemies. This game has it all! Greedy devs! One shot deaths! One life per session! Supersonic enemy bullets! Enemy homing bullets! You shoot a million bullets that can't dent an empty pop can! Multiplayer hacks...I get the format. Pay to play/get an advantage/have some fun. So i paid. I watched ad after ad. I upgraded. I played a campaign level about 25-30 times today. Failed every attempt. Wheres the fun in that. I just want to save the galaxy. If i want to fail...i already do that every day.

I could get into the fact that the ads don't actually give you the reward about 80% of the time, and it has been that way for several days at least, so clearly they are not working on fixing it. Nor are they making players "whole" by giving us free coins or something else, like I have seen most mobile games do if there are issues with ads. But I am more interested in the stupid nature of the game itself. It is a grinding game that doesn't really allow you to grind. You will quickly hit a wall where you can't progress. This is common. However, most games allow you to grind away to gain the in game currency to upgrade so you can progress. But this game? Not really. If you fail at the current level, you get ZERO coins! None. And if you go back to a level you already beat, you get about 4% of what you got when you first beat it. Which is about 1% of what you need to upgrade. Yeah, uh, no. I'm not playing A HUNDRED TIMES just for one upgrade when I will likely need several to finally pass the level I am stuck on. Oh, and this also makes the ad rip off all the more worse. You can get double coins by watching an ad. Allegedly, anyway. So, if you finish a level and the ad glitch doesn't let you double your coins, you are screwed out of those coins forever. These are coins you DESPERATELY need to upgrade. For example, say you are on level 15 And you have played the Medium and Hard levels of each. that is 30 levels of full coins that you were unable to double. Putting you a good 8-10 upgrade levels behind where you should be just to have ANY shot of passing the next level. And as I said, going back and playing a previous level requires grinding close to 100 times just for coins for ONE level. So this ad glitch has screwed you to the tune of having to grind 1000 times more! All while you actually watched the ads in the first place. But again, this company doesn't care. They will not make us whole or fix the error. Why? Because it is not a glitch at all. It is a scam. They want you to watch ads. But they also want you to buy things. So by "breaking" the ad system, they hope to get both. Avoid at all costs. This game, and ALL their games. Report them as well.

In all honesty it is a fun game though there are some minor issues that kind of break it. For one I've experienced a large amount of lag once I got to the harder levels and especially in the boss mode. This cost me many attempts on otherwise standard levels. Then there's the heavy pay to play implications as u get to the harder levels. I don't mind those but I felt it important to bring up. Lastly the ads removing me from the game break the flow of a level streak and it's starting to bug me.

I would give this game a 5-star rating because its fun to play and I would love to play for hours, but for some reason it glitches and won't play level 15 on easy, the ship just flys for ever hitting somthing off screan every once in a while, It would never finish, the level played only one time for me, but of course I died, and when I try to play the level again, the same glitch . please fix so I can continue to play and give a 5-star rating.

Good game. It constantly challenges you: the further you get, the harder it gets. The controls are very simple and easy to use. The developer is really on the ball: updates are posted quickly and "somewhat regularly" in an effort to eliminate bugs and defects, instead of taking weeks or months to fix a reported problem. My only complaint would be the lack of an in-game help screen explaining the effects of each of the perks and upgrades.

At first the game was great. Was very fun to play. Then I found that the save game function was less than functional. It does save same of the game for you, but you lose most of your upgrades, drones and game boost cards. So you end up starting over. And now for the pass few weeks the game play SUCKs. Due to unkillable low level no name mobs. That you end up killing yourself to get out of the loop. So you are not able to advance in the game.

I'm only doing this for points. At best, the game is three stars. Why? Because everything comes at a $$$; instructions to get to pther level are vague; there are so many damn levels; and, my biggest pet peeve - "Attack-Mode" feature. "Attack-Mode" allows one player to send additional adversaries to the other player while they are in the throes of playing the game. No problem. But when the player with 2,000pts can use this feature against a player with 200pts; I think it is cheating. 😕

WASTE OF TIME! I played this game to gain points for a different game. Level 36 freezes or crashes the app 100% of the time!! Because I cannot get past level 36, I cannot get my points for the other game. Uninstaller / reinstalling only loses the point progress towards the other game because the other game only recognizes the initial installation. I have spent a lot of time playing this game that has confusing upgrades and takes a long time passing most levels. Don't waste your time!

I tried and uninstalled because of a couple reasons. The tutorial is horrible. It barely shows you what to do, barely explains how the process works, etc. It is advertised as a shooter type arcade game, but there is waaaaay more involved in that. Once playing, the levels get very difficult early on, and I'm sure here are power ups, but you have no idea. Also, it is very clear early on that to advance in any meaningful way you need to spend money and a lot of it. Better arcade style games around

Decent if they fix the cards/freezing issues, however, they REALLY push the pay aspect of the game. This is just a shiny version of asteroids from like the 70s, the shear odasity of trying to get people to pay hundreds of dollars to play something that is so absolutely basic, boggles my mind... Especially considering that some probably do. After playing for a while, I will update this. Not only is the game P2W, it's also absolutely choked with ads... For christ sake, chose one or the other.

Game is fun, I like the multiplayer options alot, BUT the game glitches and freezes CONSTANTLY. At first it was just a little, but now its every few seconds, for a few seconds. I couldn't even complete any levels today because the glitch got me killed. It's incredibly aggravating because it's just a waste of energy at that point.

A wesome graphics!!! Spectacular game for space fighting. I personally don't understand all the equipment needed for parts of the game but the game let's you know when you have everything you need for an upgrade to your ship or drone some things are hard to come by such as the crystals and other ships that are needed for some space battles. All in all kudos to the maker!!!!

Overall the game is fun and it's actually what is advertised, which nowadays that's a big surprise. The big issue is the ads. You usually have to watch them over and over and over before you get credit for anything. The only one that seems to not do this that often is the ad to double the gold after the level. Many times I've had to watch an ad 5 plus times to get credit for one viewing or even exit out of the game and reload.

Game continuously crashes. I haven't been able to play in 2 days because of the crashing. When it finally does work, as soon as I click to play PVP, it crashes again and takes away energy points. If this happens twice in a row you get an error message saying you have to wait 15 minutes to play again. So I am penalized for the system crashing. Fed up, I have deleted the game.

The definition of a pay to win is: players who have money to spend can get more advanced ships and upgrades faster than a person who doesn't pay. Thus, this game is a pay to win. Also, there are energy points used each time you play a level. This limits the number of times you can play in a day without paying real money to continue playing. These two items together are unacceptable. I reloaded the game and reevaluated the game. While it is fun it still has these two problems. Deleted!

it's fun there's no doubt about that, but it's also expensive if you want to get anywhere. But the biggest problem is the game does not save your progress properly and when that happens you lose it all! The money you spent will not be returned they say its your fault for not saving your progress even though it's on their end. I lost hundreds of dollars, tons of upgrades and time I spent playing only to be told, to bad not our problem. Find another game this one is bad news.

The variations in firepower make most ship designs specialty oriented (good in some situations but poor in others). This is a fundamental aspect that I hope they don't change. However, this makes the unpredictable environment very frustrating. Without warning it goes from asteroids to a field of small ships that dart towards you if they are hit. There should be some indication of the type of ship you'll need for the next wave. No way to know which ship to use equals frustration, not fun.

It's incredibly fun. But where it suffers is its need for microtransactions. You can't buy higher level ships with gold, you have to use the crystals, which you get not often, or you can pay a stupidly high amount of money. The highest level ship uses a currency that you can only get from loot boxes. Higher level bosses almost require these high level ships too. Despite all this, it's a great game to waste time with.
