So I have played this for a while. Early on I was disheartened that there was a lot of offers to spend money. I have since learned that I don't have to spend a lot to advance. Also one huge point of excellence for me is the cultural diversity. ALL of the characters are creatively and beautifully designed. I downloaded another game from a different creator and felt like I was back in the 1940s. The way you all are culturally inclusive is fantastic. The graphics and fun value are on point too!

Fun, nice graphics. It will get too hard without boosters, at least for me, but the different little in~game challanges like win three in a row gets one of the boosters until you lose a level, but then win three again to get it back. And the wins count even the extra shifts so that's kinda neat. I'm not opposed to spending a few bucks on a game if it entertains me. It's like tipping a server for good service!

I really enjoyed the game up until the 3rd level, where many of the games labeled 'hard' are nearly impossible to complete without using the serving aids. Those, of course, cost money. It's lacking a balance between being challenging enough to be enjoyable but not so challenging that it feels impossible to progress through the levels unless you want to pay to play.

It's a fun game at first, but as the levels progress they get a bit ridiculous. They throw so many people at you all at once that there is no way you will beat the level unless you use a boost. Boots should be options, not musts in games. I've played games like these before so I'm a pretty fast tapper, but this?! No way! Sorry, but I gotta uninstall. You may wanna scale back on time constraints and how many customers a player gets at a time.

Okay WOW. I downloaded this game while I was bored and downloading anything that popped up. I expected it to be clickbait, better in the ad than the game. But NO. it's true to the ad! At least the ad I saw! And on the topic of ads, I rarely get any while playing! Occasionally if I fail a level or restart one will pop up, but I think I've seen 10 in the months I've had this game!

Love this game the only reason i dont give a 5 star is some levels are extremely way too hard. To be timed 80 seconds to serve over 30 people is hard especially if u have to wait for the food to cook. I have every restraunt fully updated and still not enough time to even win. It starts to become frustrating and makes me not want to play. If the levels had maybe 20 or even 15 seconds more maybe u will be able to pass the level instead of trying over and over for a few days. Please fix

Advice: 1. Reduce amount of ads. Ridiculous making us watch 60sec ad at the end of each round. Makes me want to uninstall. 2. Why does the option to watch an ad to get +1 energy go away after is used a few times? Do you actually want me to not play the game for 30 minutes? Put the ads where they need to be. 3. A few levels are too hard to win. Every level, after you upgrade everything, should be winnable without a booster. Ridiculous that I run out of customers even with boosters.

This game started off great--levels were easy to beat and it was very addicting. Within 2 days the levels were impossible to beat without boosters, which are extremely difficult to come by unless you spend money on gems. The ads were out of control--really, one ad per level?! I played for 4 days and then deleted. If they were less money hungry I could see myself playing this for a long time.

I love the game but the ads are really annoying. There's one after every single level, whether you're playing a new one or replaying an old one. It would be much less annoying if the levels weren't so short, but they're like 2-3 minutes long so you are pretty much only getting half of the gameplay. There's also popup ads in between that. Seriously, please calm down with the ads, it's not like there aren't in-app purchases for you to make money off of too.

I personally love this game. Its very fun and keeps you busy but whatever you do dont start spending money on it because once they see you spend money on it , it wont let you beat the levels without spending more and more money on it. Even though i have everything as upgraded as possible and do everything im suppose to perfect they still tell me i need to purchase more customers in order to beat the levels to continue and its a rip off!!

I love this game as its very addictive and get excited when new restaurants open up. One big reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the constant ads after each level, which is very frustrating. Another thing is that at the end of a game when the message comes up to add new customers for 67 diamonds, it appears in the middle of the screen so it gets clicked sometimes by mistake as I am still playing when the time runs out. Please change these two things!

Fun but I don't appreciate how some of the levels are set up to be so difficult that even using boosters doesn't help...makes it feel like a scam. I get the need for challenge, but a few levels have made me want to stop playing. Making it impossible takes out the fun and just leads to frustration. I also don't like that accidental double-tapping leads to an item going into the trash.

I completed all levels, and had fun. Came back again to find more ads. I wanna play game, not watch ads. I will watch ads to earn rewards but that's it. Is it's going to be an ad in fine but it doesn't need to be more than 10 seconds. I could be doing so many other things than to watch ads in game play. Might as well watch TV. Had great review. Had to reduce. Uninstalled as of now.

Game is a good time waster. Some levels are impossible without boosters. However, there is an aspect that's highly irritating. If you're going back to old levels to gather more coins or keys, as soon as you finish the game takes you back to the newest level. It's super irritating to have to constantly scroll back to the level you were playing.

This is a really fun game, but I have noticed that as you gain levels, you are taken over by long and intrusive ads. Additionally, it is hard to beat levels without spending extra money in order to get power ups. Up to level 30 it is fun, but anything after is a pain. I have uninstalled it because I think the ads are overdone, and I do understand they exist to help developers turn a profit, but a banner ad that is less intrusive would have been a more user-friendly alternative.

The amount of popup ads are unreal-- literally one after each round. There's no way to buy an ad-free version or opt out of them either. Also, the timed levels are rigged. Even with boosts and full upgrades, you'll never serve enough people in time to win the level due to how slowly the customers walk across the screen. What a cheap way to get people to spend money on gems. The game itself is fun when it's playable. Devs, PLEASE make the customers walk faster.

This game is fun and can be challenging, but the amount of ads it plays is just upsetting. After completing each level, there's an ad. Keep in mind you can earn 3 stars per level, meaning 1 ad each star you complete. Another big issue is the balance of game difficulty. It ranges from being doable to impossible if you don't want to use items and in-game currency (gems). It feels like certain levels force you to use items. Sucks.

Fun game and cute art, but at some point some levels are just impossible to finish without spending money, so meh... 🙄 Edit - Actually, after spending more time playing, and now that I'm more familiar with the game mechanics, I'm really enjoying your game! I think I got really frustrated playing the Halloween bonus level that was out a few weeks ago. Looking forward to seeing the cool art in the next levels!
