This is a frustrating app. I like the daily challenge and I like the tournaments that come up occasionally. It has become very glitchy lately--but the ads have no hang ups, of course. It was getting where you have to sit thru an ad before a game, sit thru an ad after the game before you could access the restart button and then the app would crash after you pressed restart (sometimes after another ad would play, sometimes before). As for the actual play, it was just ok.

I have been playing this game regularly since February 2021 and I loved it up to a point...and that point is when I figured out that the game gives random pieces that won't fit anywhere, virtually ending the game! Not cool my friends. If this is a true brain teaser game then there needs to be some to be account for skill and ability for the player. The randomness of chance is both frustrating and disappointing. Please fix this!!!! So not happy😠

I like this game, and when I first started using it was great. But now it freezes every two or three moves. It's unplayable now. You guys need to do an update or something to it period and it's not my phone, I have done all my updates, I've shut my phone down and restarted it, and I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app and it still freezes immediately.

The ad that led me to this game was misleading but I still gave it a try. It was fun but plagued with problems. They have ads after every level or when you start a new level. I understand it's free, but a new ad every time if a bit much. That and the blocks it gives you to work with to earn points start to appear more and more like they are intentionally the exact opposite one you need to prevent you from reaching a new high score. And sometimes it outright gives you pieces you cant fit!

The controls hesitate often so the pieces don't move with your finger. Sometimes they drop where you don't want them to. An UNDO feature would be helpful. Worst part of this game is that it drains my battery quickly; my phone has died twice while it's charging and I'm playing. Other games don't do that so a fix would be great. But as a strategy game it's fun to play.

The game is fun and a good way to pass time, but my largest quarrel with it is the random shape generation. It leaves no room for strategy. It's more gambling than strategy. I think if we could hold shapes or even see the next shape set it would make the game way more playable. The event hard levels are dang near impossible unless you have the luck of the random generator on your side. The amount of times I've been wrecked by random generation is why I can't quite give five stars.

This was my favorite go to game absolutely loved it and reccomended it to others. I'm about to uninstall it. The ads are absolutely ridiculous now. I know it's a free product and was ok with the ad after the game but no there's one after, one before the start of a new game, and it interrupts you in the middle of the game to play an ad. This game is no longer enjoyable. It's a shame you guys got greedy and are going to lose the user base you need.

It's entertaining! Barely any ads is awesome. However, I would like it to have some premade puzzles. Like in the original Sudoku, there can be 3 levels of difficulty where depending on the difficulty is the amount of white space and available pieces we get. This BlockuDoku we only get a white space, different pieces and the purpose is to beat our own score. I would like more challenge. Can get boring after a little while of playing it.

After playing for a little while, I was frustrated that it is all luck (as others have commented). The piece you want in the next round NEVER shows up, so each new set of three pieces is NOT random (or you would get lucky some of the time). But then I realized that each round of 3 pieces is a game within the game. There is an optimal order and position to place these 3 pieces, so you have the best chance to continue. Now I am doing better and enjoying the game more. Nicely done!

Except for the fact that you are relentlessly bombarded by ads that are really impossible to get out of and last for 20 to 30 seconds each this would be a good game. I get wanting to put ads on a free game but making them overwhelm the game ruins the game. I just uninstalled this *As per the developer's suggestions, and to give this a fair chance,I reloaded the game and played. Nope. there is ONLY a 30 second timer that you can see as it winds down. Not "5 seconds". No + or x to exit. I play other games. I know what to look for to exit ads. During that 30 seconds the only options are either to exit the game completely or get taken over to the game being advertised. If you exit and go to reload the game? It takes you back to the junk ad and also back to whatever amount of time you have left winding down from those 30 seconds of irritation. Playing on a note 9+. Uninstalled again

Puzzles are enjoyable to play and I was having fun for a couple of weeks but the ads are getting worse and worse. It has gotten to the point where the "X" to exit out of the ad is only partially visible in the top corner of the screen and even trying to tap it either does nothing or opens the ad but it won't close the ad. It's so bad that I have to close the entire game and open it again just to continue playing the area I'm in. I'm over it and uninstalling the game.

It's fun but events are overly difficult. I get repeated blocks right after each other, and the diagonal blocks are non-existent in the mix up for each event level. Also, when the board is nearly full, it gives me all three completely unusable blocks so the game ends. And often times, my second batch of blocks already has a sequence that is unusable after only scoring a handful of points, even with careful block placements.

Had this game for months and enjoyed the daily challenge. They wanted me to download the "new version" which was a completely different app, didn't like that one so I stuck with the original. Now they updated and there's too many ads, and it seems like you can't pass a game without getting rid of a piece by watching an ad. Ill be deleting soon:(

A fun game, ruined by the unbelievable amount of ads. I've spent more time watching ads than actually playing the game, ridiculous! The "Event" is laughable, since some of the puzzles are unsolvable & you watch an ad every time you fail, just to try again, but you get the exact same pieces as before and fail in 4 moves...aaannnddd watch an ad. Not worth my time any more. Uninstalling.

It was very fun and kept me engaged. I really enjoyed it and even recommended it to friends. Now the ads are unbearable. Seems every day they are worse and worse. In between each button click, another ad, click again, ad, hit the "x" to close the ad, it was part of the ad and now several pages open. It freezes on ads, close the game and reopen, ads. You get the idea. Once my favorite game on my phone, now it is uninstalled.

It's stupid, for one the false advertising isn't really false but still. The ad they use most of the time. The triangle puzzle ad is a side mode that you have to go into settings to find. And there's only the triangle. Nothing else. The main game is copy of the wood version or what ever. All around boring and un inspired game. Maybe add to the puzzles. For now. 2 stars

It's an addictive game and good for passing time but the block pattern choices aren't random and, as such, makes each game un-winnable. The programming decides when you lose by the choices it provides you to play the next turn. Its not necessarily why you choose a game like this, it is, nevertheless, aggravating. Update: The game's algorithm is designed for limited success. Proof? As you play, start designing your puzzle so that you need a particular piece. You'll never get that "random" choice

Getting more and more iritated by the ridiculous amount of ads. This game once was relaxing, now is just getting increasingly frustrating. No one should be to subjected to the amount of ads that pop up in rapid succession. Especially ones that are full blast on audio regardless of how many times I mute it/them etc. And I should not have to watch the same ad 5x in a row, albeit one that can not be skipped in any way and is over 1 min long. Makes one lose interest in the game very quickly.
