I got this app 2 years ago and forgot about it.then today I installed it. After I put my information it put me on this ad that say to try a free trial and I didn't want to. there was no way to get out of the ad. 2 years ago it was working fine and now I feel like I have to pay to use the app! Epic please fix this.♥️

Epic is very good for my kids because there are a lot of books available but I just wish there would be more books for older kids.

It helps me when I am not good at reding and it has read to you books and normal books you can just read.

Books have no words on the pages most of the selections are in active. I think there are many issues with this app and needs to be fixed. All of the selections should all work then when I checked most do not work. Please make sure the whole entire app works.

The, Read to Me, function is great for my kiddo who is dyslexic. It allows them to follow along seeing and hearing the words.

I am giving it a 1 star review because I was double charged for an annual subscription, and I have yet to get a reply from Epic. I was actually charged $10 more the second time, which makes even less sense. Assuming they refund me for the second charge I will update my rating.

Unfortunately my kids have no way to utilize this app on they're own. I subscribed and paid for the use of the full library but they can't sign in on they're own devices unless I create they're own accounts and pay for them each separately. It was a waste of time and money. It really got they're hopes up. But how are they supposed to read when they want when it's on my phone with me? I am very disappointed, we were alm excited about this app initially

I paid for the subscription but it only lets me do the free preview mode. Says I have to wait for the company to acknowledge my payment.

When I had this app years ago you could choose 1 book a day however they have updated it now making you now have to play a monthly subscription which is ridiculous

App is great but I just wanted to test it out before I see if my kid likes it and BEWARE. I'm trying to cancel early and there is no way to do it on the app like it suggests in the help section. There is no contact number just email. Who knows when they will respond back. I hope I don't get charged 😩

The app is great for starters readers with read for you with voice acting, and the stories are amazing

It is a good app but I cannot fully use it for my kids even though I have a good internet connection. Wasted 2 months subs for this.

Epic has been fantastic for my 5 year old who wants to be read to 24/7. She is eager to learn to read and puts effort into learning from epic. Her favorite is the quiz at the end of the story. If she doesn't get 100%, she will keep trying until she does. Also, if it's a book without a quiz, she gets very disappointed ;) My daughter would like to add, " thanks for doing epic for me. I love you"

I like the app in general, but I am disappointed that there does not appear to be a way to send or assign books to your child from the app. In the help section, there was an article from 2017 that said at this time you can not do that from the app, but 6 years later, it seems it would be a very helpful option. We are using epic family as well, so if it works on the teacher addition, it would be nice for a parent to have the same ability.

It is a pretty good app for children but if you're the person that wants to know real history this isn't the place for you but it's a pretty good app for your Young the children so my opinion is it's a good place for children to learn and to read

Sign up loop. Can't get into app. Keeps telling me to sign up, but gives an error that I've already signed up

I paid a subscription fee of $99 that should cover till March 2024. Now the account just disappeared. Such a waste of money! Not sure if I should sign up again.
