Before manual ordered list show on Marool is very good application. But know is not good because auto order not good My suggest is best back to manual list.

Your application is very bad. Reasons are below 1. No call centers. No call. No contact. If any problem with order or customer no one answered as same time. 2. Very delayed to respond on complain. 3. Very bad on GPS. in order shows pick up location only 2km but actually more than 8km. In order show dropped off location 10km bht actually 18km Every time same happened. 4. Less amout of delivery fee. Marsool eat more commission. Need to improve these issue otherwise your business will go zero

Marsool is hands down the best food delivery app out there! I've used many different services before but I keep coming back to Marsool because of the exceptional service they provide. The ordering process is super easy and efficient, and the selection of restaurants is outstanding. I love being able to browse through menus and read reviews from other customers before I make my decision. The delivery drivers are always friendly and professional, and my food always arrives hot and fresh.

Very helpful and such a saver! However the application itself has some problems as I can't search through it to find a location, I need to copy the location from Google maps. Also the ratings need to be better managed. A lot of areas are not covered so, if you're using it for nearby places within 5-10 km range it will work perfectly.

The worst application you can ever deal with. ZERO stars. I made two orders, and the couriers would ask me to cancel every time. The second courier actually called me and asked for extra money for no reason, and was asking where the location was, and what the order is even though all the details are there in my request. And after wasting 30 minutes of talking, he asked me to cancel. The application itself doesn't have a clear support or customer service.

Marsool is going down, although there is a light development in dealing with restaurants, but still need some advancements. I prefer to order from other applications rather than Marsool.

Very bad service. Waiting for hours to get a delivery driver, and at the end, they cancell the order. Just wasting time.

I can't open the app for a while now. Every time I open it crashes tries to restart, and so on, I tried updating, reinstalling with no use. Please fix it

Very bad app..im trying to refund the money i put in account balance as i am going final exit .i filed ticket and sent email to customer service ..the customer care representative ask me to send bank account details to where the amount will be deposited but next day the account balance empty but money never returned to my bank account until now already 3 days. Filed ticket closed and email no reply. So disappointing hope this will be fix and return my money.

I would like to suggest you that please back to the manual list selection of orders. Now all orders comes automatically which is very bad. Manual selection of orders was best.
