Description of MOI UAE

MOI UAE provides smart services to be used by individuals and companies as well. The application provides services that covers three main sectors of the Ministry of Interior of United Arab Emirates, which are the following:

1. Traffic and Licensing (Vehicles Licensing, Driver Licensing, Traffic Fines and Plates Services)

2. Civil Defense (Institutions Licensing, Trading Companies Licensing, Drawings Approvals, Prevention and Safety Procedures for Vehicles and Awareness and Training Services)

3. Police Headquarters (Criminal Status, E-Police in Your Mobile, Home Security and Prisoners Visit)

In addition to the smart services, the application provides many smart features such as the nearest service center location as well as a ticketing service to book your appointments before heading to service centers. It also provides news and information about the Ministry of Interior of United Arab Emirates.

The app is not useful to us. You have a complain for urgent issues, you are directed to download an app you can not open. You are asked to register. While doing so you will receive a otp code on mobile which is already registered with ur Emirates ID even if you dont have that number again. This is too bad. Pls the app is not helpful

The Application is not helpful at all. Worst one I've ever come across. First they ask me to create an ID when I create it. They ask me to create Smart Pass, when I did that, they ask me to upgrade it. After I do that it says Authentication FAILED??? PATHETIC SERIOUSLY !!

I was trying to get a police clearance certificate from MOI app. Unfortunately, it keeps showing "Something went wrong, please try again later" on the fees step. All details are accurate and updated the mobile app. Please fix it, asap.

I got scammed and submitted it in the app since January i didn't get any response. When i submitted the claim to dubai police smart services i received a call after 5 minutes but since i live in different Emirates they told me they can't do anything and told me to submit the claim in this app. So nothing happened not even a response, it's just not useful app.

Earlier it was working v good. But from last 2/3 weeks it always says, error check you internet connection, however my wifi is connected at best speed and internet is working fine with all other apps. Please do something for this.

It was working very good before the recent update. Now after the new update, i am not able to input the pin received by SMS. There seems to be double entry issue while typing the PIN.

The MOI app is very convenient and is something every country should have. However, I cannot login with this newer version. Says I need to connect to the internet despite being connected.

Cant open or view the traffic fines without log in through UAE pass. UAE pass app also not working always cant validate my device I cannot finish the process. Please kindly fix it for MOI service.

When i check the vehicle information, it show me that I don't have traffic number. I can't reach to my car information. I went there and they said it's from the application it self. Everything with us in system is good. Fix that please.

Doing online transactions through MOI application is absolutely easy. processing tasks like license, and registration renewal had never been so easy. I really enjoyed the ease of processing those tasks.

Once you open the app and sign in, the app continuously runs as if it's in the process of singing, but doesn't move any further. Unable to open the app at the moment.

I was trying to take police clearance certificate but showing need to upload picture but there is no option and I went FAICSC office & typist both place I didn’t able to upload my picture. So this app have good option but for worse service it’s useless for me. Please give option to upload picture is everyone can get this all service.

This is just a nice showcase, I had a bank Scammed, it's 20 days that the fraudScammer is calling me 3times per day, I have reported more than 6times to all ecrime sections but the police has either declined my request or out of specialization. I'm really sorry, this make the scammer to work easier.
