I made a 48 dollar purchase for two dresses, and never received it, saying they couldn't find me. (even though I made two different orders with them before and they found me just fine) I tryed contacting customer support but they said they'd give me only 17 dollars! Back or they could reship for 38 dollars! They said it was my fault! Don't shop with these people, you'll regret it.

I ordered clothes more than a month ago. I should have received them in the first 2 weeks of November, but still waiting. I've been trying to get them to cancel and refund the amount on grounds that they have not delivered, but now they have asked for another 5-7 business days to look into it. It's RIDICULOUS! I have ordered from several online stores including shein and rosegal to name a few. Never had such poor reception and customer service. I would not recommend these guys- feels fraudulent

I LOVE Dresslily!! This is my new go to for dress shopping, they have the most gorgeous dresses!!! The quality is fantastic, they aren't ridiculously priced and Everything I've bought has been true to size. Oh and Ps.. they don't just have dresses!!;they have most everything! I just bought my new favorite bathing suit from them also!! You should really check it out ;)

This is beyond useless. I've made an order in early January, and it still has not arrived. When I check the tracking status, it still says that it's in an entirely different state. DO NOT PICK DRESSLILY. Their clothes may be cute, but you will never get your order and they give no refund options.

This app is good, as is the Dresslily site; shopping's great; most items are LOW price & high quality, & there's also member loyalty points (mostly rewarding upon installing app)... Apart from few glitches including difficulty resolving issues/customer service (ONLY on occasion), & areas needing improvement, mostly due to rare payment issues & slow responses, I rate this about 7/10 for user-friendliness :)

I absolutely love this app and their clothes. They have literally the best dresses. Theyre so comfortable. Dresslily is awesome with returns. They give several options in how you can recieve your refund. Best return policy ive experienced.. And the only reason i had to return a dress was cuz i didnt check the size chart before purchasing. And all their clothes are awesome prices and great quality!

I ordered over $150 USD in clothes 2 months ago and still haven't received a single item. NOTHING! If there were 0 stars, I would have clicked that. Many of the items I ordered were Halloween-themed to be worn in October... Now October passed & I still don't have the clothes. Even if they do arrive soon, it isn't like it's fitting to wear bats & witches now. What a waste of hard-earned money. Do your shopping elsewhere. This company is a scam.

Love this app for cheap clothing. I've bought alot from DressLilly and the quality has been pretty good. There's been the odd item that is printed fabric. The rest have been great, you just need to double check the material before you purchase. I love this app purely for the Halloween and pin up clothing. Clothing doesn't take long to arrive after ordering. The sizing of the clothes are good, and true to size. The quality is great. I've seen no wear and tear at all

I really like this app. The app I'd easy to navigate and the clothing is fantastic. Instead of standard clothing you can get anywhere, it offers different styles which I really like. The items are always posted out quickly too.

Has a couple kinks to iron out. Biggest issue I have so far is the login. It'll say that my email/pass combo is wrong, but I'll be signed in after restarting the app. Other than that, it feels largely the same as their website.

I think the app was easy to use. I liked the favorite list that you could add items to. I love that this app/store sells plus size. Sometimes it's hard buying online for bigger people but I took the plunge on this one and bought a bathing suit. It was the best decision ever, not only did I have a lot of options to choose from but it fit perfect and is now my favorite swimsuit I have ever owned.

Love the different styles and daily deals they have! Only thing I didn't care for are the mystery boxes.. (cringe) I bought 2 boxes on 2 different occasions and was not happy with the selection.. the pieces definitely looked like they are picked out from what is least popular. BUT they refunded me my money both times so I can't complain much. Their customer service is very helpful and respond pretty quickly.

This app is terrible for shipping. You cannot filter by size and even when you click on a category ie. plus size t shirts you get regular size options. It the xxxxL size is a size 14. Most of the sizes in everything come up as sold out too. While the clothes look cute and the prices seem decent, the shopping experience drove me to delete the app after struggling with it for nearly an hour.

Their support is honestly weak at best. If your package doesn't arrive GOOD LUCK. Consider your money spent a loss. They just tell you to send an email which is never responded to. Which is a shame. Aside from that the sizing is inconsistent? You'll order the same size in three dresses and one might work. I would give it more than one star because I have had a good experience with very cute outfits, but these last experiences soured it by MILES. Never ordering again.

I love shopping in this app! I love that they have so many plus-sized options. When I had an issue their customer service was very responsive, and it was resolved quickly. They refunded my money on the items that didn't fit, and instead of asking me for them to be shipped back they requested that I donated them to charity. Overall, this has been a great app to find clothing. 10/10 would recommend I give it five stars ⭐

I think this is one of the most reliable online clothing stores out there. I have always been sceptical about buying things online, but within this last year dresslily is the only online store I trust. Although some items aren't as described or too big, most of the time what I ordered is what I get. Great quality material and bright colours. And even if it isn't up to scratch, the customer service is so good, very quick response. Overall a great experience shopping here.

I received my order and am surprised at the quality of the dresses for a foreign clothing online only company. Definitely boosted my confidence a bit! I haven't dealt with customer service much because I recieved my products and was satisfied so I cant really say much about their customer service! But overall not bad and I'm looking to make another purchase soon. Also the app Is pretty easy to navigate However there are tons of push notifications but that can easily be taken care of in settings.
