Very poor service I paid 50 Cedis for an add to be published They didn't publish it and I didn't get any notification concerning it. I called their hot line several times and all what they say is the same yesterday's stories Till now add couldn't be publish and money wasn't refundable Note : Be vigilant when paying for adds to be publish if you're new to tonaton

I really love the app but I have a problem with the jobs in there, the jobs on tonaton are all fraud, they will tell you to pay money for forms and require certain things but when all is done they will take your money away without offering you any job, so I suspect that all the jobs on tonaton are fake

Nice and easy to use with loads of ads to choose from...but others disruptive ads shows up all the time which sometimes its very irritating.

wow, I just saw a review made in my name and I totally didn't do that review. I'm amiss, what's happening? tonaton was the best app for online selling in Ghana and I used it for more than 2 years if I remember correctly. tonaton needs to do little homework and they're back to their best

Why can't I post an ad for free. I have to pay certain amount before my ad will be posted unlike the other ones. You scammed me yesterday, I paid 5Gh to post my ad and the ad wasn't posted my money got wasted. I called your number and I called you and a certain lady told me to come to their office to very my account which is burdensome. I see this app a waste on my phone😡

Almost every advert in the motorcycle listings is a scam. Description is wrong and prices are 1/4 of retail prices. Usually just one poor photo or different adverts under different names using the same motorcycle shot from different angles. Made to look like seller is a genuine dealership. SCAM. Tonaton, you need to research prices and be aware of scammers on your app. All importers will give you the RRP on their motorcycles.

All the seller's on this site are fraudsters and scammers. The a app seems to be good but it's full of fraudsters so beware. And again, the report system is also bad you can't even report a problem on a scam. I have been a victim.

The app layout is perfect n very easy to use. Just that the items are not as much as of olx.So I think the management should do more advertisement.

Th App needs an upgrade to allow user's to add products to their "Favorite List" and also it should provide"Home button" to enable user's get back to start screen. Seller's should add more detailed photos to their platform to allow buyers to understand what they're buying

The user interface doesn't look good and it contains a lot of ads and rippers. You would have got one star but since you put in an effort to make an app, you get 2 stars.

The app is now useless fix it, just provide us with the old user interface. Having the choice to select verified member ads only not publics ads.... Because it is a waste of time scrolling through those fake advertisements ...

A great app, but people have turn it to a fraud platform. In my opinion, 98% of the sellers are fraudsters, most expecially those saying UK used with very little prices. How I wish the maintainers of Tonatone app could filter out the fraudsters....

The app was once good but now full of scammers, especially electronics. Guys bcareful , most of the items, instead of writing their real location, OTHER will be in place of the location.

I dont know whether its the app or the team.I seem to be getting misleading messages when placing an advert as a seller...Not convenient at all.Inconsistent feedback as compared to emailed support team messages.I hope something is done in regards to reviewing process and it feedback.

This app is full of fraudsters, and the annoying thing is the owners or staffs of this site are also the ones shielding them, they charge huge fees to join them to sell without considering the interest of the buyer or seller, I was dubbed on this same platform and all they can say is to sick advice from the police I have every evidence to show, I have been quite for personal reasons, but I don't think this platform has any protection for its clients, please flew from this platform. Thank you

It's so sad that one of the leading online market like tonaton has turn into a playground for scarmers and fraudster. All the goods seems way too cheaper for the prices they are being sold at... Specially at the Video games n console section. Not to talk about the laptops and phones categories.. I can see so many complaints have being dropped but nothing is been done to rectify this... Too bad!!

This app is now asking customers to come to their office to verify identity. Ridiculous in 2019 when there is email. How do you expect thousands of customers to come to your office? The phone number we use to sign up is registered and can immediately tell you if it corresponds, not to mention customers can scan documents and send them to you. Waste of time and there are better apps that offer these same services.

This app helps a lot. But my problem is that, there are many fraudsters on tonaton. This app needs to be update and take each person picture holding a Valid ID card. Also the app need to take the exact location where a person is signing up to tonaton...... That's all I have to say...
