Love the idea of offical BTS mech! BUT.. shipping cost way too much. Too bad I can't combine my items to ship together. It would be great if the shipping issue to be considered. Shipping cost more than some of the products which disappoints me. Hopefully this will be looked into and accommodate with us, international consumers. We work hard for our money and willing to purchase BTS mech but shipping cost is a little ridiculous. I would rather pay more for the product to get it on the spot instead

Is it just me or are other people having trouble finding where to purchase VODs on the app? I can't see a tab or sub-tab where the VODs are located. Also on a side note, shipping is still very expensive plus the taxes on top of that AND it can take SO LONG for the products to ship out (which is odd when I order from the USA shop...?) But honestly, the shop overall is pretty good and has gotten better about customer service.

They don't give us the choice of transporter and I ended up with $37 worth of custom for $29 of merch. They already made me pay $33 of shipping fees. The customer service answer is evasive without exact explanations. I really don't recommend you to buy from them. Another problem is that it's 1 shop= 1 order. So if I purchase from different artists, I have to pay shipping for each of them. If I'm not wrong, there is even a difference between albums and merch so double it up.

Shipping fee is more expensive than Amazon or eBay standard ground shipping, PayPal is the only option of pay on US store, and a lot of people are saying that there products are not coming in and that customer support is not good. I really want to support the groups I like, but with the way the app is right now, it is way more convenient to buy merchandise from other third-party outlets. I hope this changes soon.

It is a very smooth app and easy to use. However, I would like someone to explain why the shipping is more expensive than the actually product. I ordered a few albums from here and to my surprise, it was delivered a week after, which I like. But, that doesn't change the fact that I have to pay more for shipping. I feel like you guys are ripping me off. The albums arrive in very good quality but the price is too much.

Ordered the membership kit and the lamp was missing the light piece. I requested for just the piece and received a reply telling me to resend them the package (NOT specifying exactly). So I sent the kit back. I ended up only receiving the lamp. Talked to customer support and finally got a reply telling me it was my mistake for sending it over and that they could send a replacement as long as I pay the shipping fee. If I had just the light in the first place all this wouldn't have had to happen.

Good app but it's annoying how they have different products available for where you live such as only the US being able to buy BT21 plushies. However, the most annoying thing is how they don't ship to the UK and don't even allow you to use your coupons that you receive from the albums, it doesn't make sense why a business would sell their products across the entire world except the UK and a few other countries.

I can't order anything but digital content on this app. Nothing that needs to be shipped to me will work. When I try to put my address in, it finds my address just fine with the auto-search, but then gets an error ("Trust anchor for certification path not found") when I try to confirm my information and continue the ordering process. I can NEVER get past this step. / Do you want my money or not? The Google App Store says this app is compatible with my phone, so at the bare minimum, I should be able to order a product with it. The only thing I have been able to buy was a ticket for BangBangCon, which was digital and did not require an address. / As it is, this app is nearly useless to me. The thing is, this wouldn't be a problem if Weverse had a BROWSER VERSION OF ITS SHOP, but for some unknowable reason, we're forced to try and use this app. BTS merch sells out incredibly fast; if you don't order it immediately, you'll probably never get it. Thanks to no browser shop and an app with a devastating bug, I've missed out on many opportunities, likely including this year's fanclub membership, which no one else can order for me. / Fix this horrible bug. And while you're at it, code a damn browser shop, because there is literally no reason not to and I guarantee it will pay for itself in less than a week.

I love weverse shop and I just got my bts global official fan club army membership card on weverse shop. It was last week. I'm waiting for the membership kit to be shipped.

This is where my wallet goes to die. The app is very difficult to use. My biggest problem is that many items that I purchased months ago still haven't arrived, and it can sometimes be difficult to communicate with customer support. For this reason, I have chosen not to renew my Merch Pack Membership, and opt for basic membership instead. Also, there's no plus sized clothing available even though a large percentage of fans are over a size 16.

There is no way to provide feedback within the app itself which is disappointing. There should be - an option to search items - option to combine items from diff categories into a single shipment. - the shipping costs are unjustifiably high - no notifications when items are shipped. In fact the app shows status as "shipping soon" even after I get the delivery. - barely any tangible benefit of purchasing membership or loyalty program

Perfect until something goes wrong. Worst customer service experience ever. I pre-ordered goods in June. They were posted out in July. It's November and I'm still getting the run around from their customer service as to where my goods are. I can't get a refund until the goods are returned but the courier tracking indicates the parcel just got lost somewhere between Korea and the UK. I will never make a purchase of physical goods from this app again.

It's a wonderful way of ordering BTS merch for me but most of the things are always sold out. The sold out items should either be restocked or removed from the website. Also during the pandemic, as the shipping is restricted to many regions, all the new launches were missed out and are now sold out. Once things get back to normal, I'm positive these things will never be restocked and I lost my chance to buy them. It is annoying to see the items with SOLD OUT written there.

Shipping is WAY to much, there should be free shipping for weverse membership member because $22 dollars is insane.

The app itself is easy to use, but I see no point in having it as they do not ship to Australia! I tried to order something before the pandemic and found they didn't deliver here. To get the same album I have to go to places like Amazon where the same product can cost double sometimes triple the amount it is on weverse! Please ship to Australia or make the product accessible for similar prices on another platform.
