I felt like a voyeur. The musicians l followed were clearly having chat conversations with someone specific (and not me, unfortunately). I could only see their side of the conversations, so nothing made sense. Very awkward.

This app really fun cuz we can talked with our bias but please fix the translation . Update!! Why when I already send the text right after the artist send, it's will appear on the bottom back?! Now I can't send back when the fact it's already send and they already read but when I opened the app back, it's appear on the bottom and I can't delete again!!

Even though when you first start out the character limit is low I think that is a good safeguard. You get rewarded with extra characters the longer you have a ticket with the idol. If translations are a bit confusing I use a translation app to help me out. I am also learning Korean so that I can converse easier. I love this app!

Why is my bubble not showing any notification anymore? Not on subscribed artist, not on community group chat. What happened? It's been a month

5* related to the members (I'm a stay) but I give 3 in relation of the app. It's been weeks since I've been having the same problem where the messages won't get sent even when I'm on the best spot for connection and in general. I hope you guys fix that as soon as possible. I'm barely able to text my fav artists.

I've never been so furious. The app forced me to update, but the update option wasn't available and I couldn't log in. When it finally let me update, I lost everything the artists shared with me (pictures, audio recordings, videos, and text). An auto save option should be added to protect content during an update.

Extremely limited. I paid for a ticket that would have given me chat Interaction for a month. I got very little chat And media interaction Or replies. What I received times out in a short period. If you do not get to see it. You will never see it after the timeout. I realize the artist may be busy. However, it's been days since my last 3 chats post. Still no reply. I get a whole lot more from other chat room media's for free. If this had worked out, I would have continued to buy more tickets.

I was so happy to have the app. I was chatting with I.N from skz. He was always so sweet and kind. But it didn't last long. The app made a payment error and it doesn't allow me to keep using the app. I payed the bill but the error is still going. I feel sad now because I can no longer see I.N's sweet messages.

It's a nice app. Nice talking to the idols. But yes I agree that the translations don't make sense at times. I know that the limited characters is for the idols to not get spammed, but 30 character limit is too inadequate. Can't even form a good sentence. I think asking for better translation AI or increasing 30 chars to 50-60 wouldn't hurt too much for the betterment of this app. You make millions after all and the fans are very loyal to their idol group.

The idea is great and I enjoy receiving messages. One thing that really bothers me is when you send 3 messages in an order and they don't actually send so then you have to resend them but they send in a different order or after they've sent more messages and it no longer makes any sense,. It is stressful to me and confuses the artist, he thought I was ignoring his messages! Please fix this because it shouldn't be stressful yet it makes it very stressful

I love it but after my Samsung Galaxy updated, it is now giving me an error saying my phone is jailbroken or rooted and I was using the app just fine until I updated it a few days ago.

Its an amazing app to use. I really enjoy talking to the artist and it makes my day with artist I have chosen but the only problem is, that I don't receive some messages from the artist. Please fix it and sometimes it glitches when it shows the message is clearly read but later on its not and it shows unread. The other problem is the texts I've sent show up more then once.I really want to receive all messages and not just some. Please Fix.

Personally, I love the app. I know its a bit unrealistic for the idols to respond to the thousands of messages received and its hard to understand the context of the conversation without knowing what they're responding to. Obviously many of them do not understand English so I can only imagine the translations have to be a pain and if English to Korean is as bad as Korean to English...yikes! It might not be perfect, but a better translator algorithm is well needed. Other than that, love this app

pretty good app! i like being able to talk to the idols, but its a bit dissapointing when you realise that their messages are sent to everyone who subscribed and chose them as their idol to talk to. that makes it basically impossible to have conversations with them. id also like the screenshot function back, becuase i really wish i could look back on my msgs if i ever have to delete the app! but overall its a pretty cool app.

Great app i just love receiving messages from the members. But if i could have one suggestion it would be that the app needs to have auto-translation, because i cannot be bothered pressing every single message from the artist individually as it takes a few seconds to appear sometimes and when i face 200+ unread messages it would be nice to just scroll through it and read😅, rather than translate everything manually. 🙏 please make it possible

This app is great but there's a few things that hold it back for me personally. I realise it's difficult to fix, but the translations are quite bad. Secondly I wish there was a way to tell when an artist is actually replying to your message. What an artist said made sense after what I said but I have no idea if it was addressed to me. I understand why the character limit is low so the artist don't get spammed, but sometimes I can't even form a basic sentence and it's underwhelming.

I love being able to message my favourite idol, but I'm kinda disappointed about the screenshot function being taken away. I only Screenshot to save my messages and look back on them. The app is also malfunctioning a lot. It sometimes doesn't give me a notification for messages, and also says my messages have been sent but then my messages appear after the members. The translations can be so weird and incorrect. It's difficult to enjoy the experience when the app is so problematic. Pls fix this.
