Pretty good, but the app's main language is in Korean and there's no way you can change it to English. Not recommended for super beginners or learners looking for grammar-friendly English words in Korean.

With recent updates this app has gotten significantly worse for native English speakers looking to learn Korean. It now opens up into an English only dictionary and it takes 4 clicks and is extremely unintuitive to navigate to the Korean English dictionary. you now have to click on the menu, click on bilingual dictionaries, then English Korean dictionary (still not the one we want though), and once you get to that there is a little button to click on the Korean English dictionary. Why????

Brain Nam of Dive Studios and on the Daebak KPop show recommended it. It's easy. Way better than Google. I love, love the clips of video. As I'm continually trying to increase my language ability, I love that I hear the word or phrase in use and then it pops out everywhere in what I hear on KDramas and KPop songs. Thanks for app!

A lot of the app's interface is in Korean making it difficult to use it at times. I have no clue where my saved words are. No dark mode. Laggy - takes a while for things to load after tapping on something.

" invalid certificate. Please check the date and time setting on your device...." no matter what method I try to log in, it's always the same. Is this app not supported in India? Initially, I tried to sign up but failed. So I tried to download this in another phone and log in using Fb. But Play Store wouldn't allow this app to be downloaded on the 2nd phone, though every other naver app can be downloaded on all the devices. Why is this app available on selected devices? Why can I never log in?

The app is relentlessly pushing accentia notifications for English and there's no way to turn them off. As a native English speaker learning Korean, I have no need of this useless feature, but it seems to be impossible to get rid of.

It's been incredibly useful and i appreciate the example sentences when they are given. However, sometimes the example sentences are only in Korean and I'm struggling a bit to understand the usage of the word I looked up, but that's rather rare.

This app is best for me ever. Especially, Thesaurus dictionary which was recently updated is perfect for anyone who want to study and train english. Many different dictionaries can be found simultaneously. For english learner, this app is essential i think.

So hard to navigate ... I can't find my K-E wordbook. E-K dictionary has a link up top easily visible. Not K-E dictionary, which links to Papago (which I have yet to need or use). Also more difficult to use the hanja-K dict here than simply going to the website. Could be so much better. I just want to have my wordbook anywhere easily accessible. Update: reported issue, no response. Daum has a very intuitive interface for access to vocab list.

This app is very convenient and very easy and useful. I don't have any problem with this app except the naver sign up problem...no matter how many times I try to signup i couldn't get the signup page...how many ways i search in internet and all ..i couldn't signup to naver account!!!

This app was amazing before changing to an English dictionary. I used it for my Korean studies but now, there's no option to use it as a Korean dict. It was way better as a korean dictionary and I think if the company wants to have an English dictionary, please give us an option to choose what we're learning. This was a really nice app, I'm disappointed:(

Needs dark mode, should run faster. I don't mind the new update, but I keep getting an error message whenever I leave the app and go back again. Happens all the time and... If you could fix it, it would be great! EDIT: Still haven't fixed the bug.

This app is the result of Naver changing from the original that I was using. Its content is far worse than the original one. It promote konglish even more than the original does and genuinely reflects the growth of a new and distorted language that is neither Korean or English. I recommend returning to previous version.

If you're serious about learning Korean, this is the one app you absolutely need installed on your phone. The app isn't perfect (like the loading time is a little slow) but it's by far the most informative one and has plenty of in built-in learning tools to keep you engaged with the language on a daily basis

Very helpful for beginners who are learning korean. Great results from the app and really appreciate the pronunciation and features. The pronunciations are not romanized and are native which is an excellent choice for a beginner. Definitely recommend it to others who wanna learn korean. Truly amazing!!

I had this app to study Korean and now I'll have to switch to the 다음 dictionary. I have no idea why Naver changed to EN-EN when a large number of users needed and wanted to use it for EN-한/한-EN. Even if I uninstall and reinstall and select 한 it still only allows me to use EN-EN which is really frustrating. Please change back. There are enough EN dictionaries.

It really is a good app but after months of the same bugs I'm starting to get frustrated. It often (nearly always) requires me to open, close then reopen the app again just to get it to load properly - otherwise it appears with an error message. I was hoping the more recent updates would have fixed it.

Great resource for learning Korean. However the settings in continuous play in the TOPIK Workbooks don't work. It always display the words, definitions and examples. Even if selecting just words it still shows the whole card. The number of times to repeat and the seconds to wait until next card work though.
