Description of Livly Island

*New Owners Wanted!*

We're back! Livly Island⁠—home to those mysterious creatures known as livlies that eat bugs and poop jewels⁠—has been rebooted!


Located somewhere in Tokyo, the Livly Reboot Laboratory is searching for new owners to help conduct research on these mysterious beings born from the ancient art of alchemy.

Why not start a new and carefree life as a researcher, where you can raise livlies to your liking, style your homunculus avatar (hom) in fashionable outfits, and decorate your island with all kinds of exciting items


Look After Your Livlies

Livlies' bodies change color when they eat bugs. Feed your pets as part of your research and turn them into the colors of your choice. The best part is that livlies poop jewels which you can use to buy things at the shop!

Dress Up Your Hom

Pick a snappy outfit for your hom! Perhaps you'll want to coordinate your hom with your livly's appearance, or maybe even match the style of your island instead.

Decorate Your Island

Think of the island where your hom and your livlies reside in as a blank canvas. You can fill it with many items of your choice and decorate it in whatever style you please!

Grow Life-Changing Fruit

Water the island trees with a magical elixir and they will bear fruit that can be used to make a transformation compound called Neobelmin. Use this potion on your livlies to see how they transform!

Help Out at the Lab

You can get a part-time job at the lab and earn rewards that can be used to buy items. Turn your livly research hobby into a rewarding venture!

nowhere in the apps description does it mention the awful focus on gacha (lootbox) mechanic. i thought it would be focused on dressing up/decorating (which i love), but obtaining any item costs far too much currency. gameplay-wise, all there is to do besides decorating is visiting other people and watering their tree, which gets so tedious. the design and aesthetic is really nice though, if you don't mind the cashgrab nature then it's pretty cute i guess

Very VERY cute and all of the flavor text is funny and interesting, as well as lore. No forced ads, sounds are chill, gacha pulls are easy to earn, there's a 'secret' shop, even the menu has little Easter eggs and it's a game that makes you want to read and tap on everything. Top class tier for me. Only downside I've come across is that I crash often but my device is old so idk.

I like this game a lot, and I have kept it longer than most others. It's sweet enough that I feel like I'm satisfying my inner child, but mature enough that I'm not embarrassed to play it in public. Some have issues with spending money on the game, but it has no ads from what I've seen. I would really like to be able to trade potions, and interact more with the livlys. Maybe fetch and brushing their fur or something? Right now it feels like I'm farming them and that breaks my heart.

This app is litterally addicting! I spent 5 hours on it yesterday and opened it 22 times. This isnt like any other mobile game, this is like a legit video game that has frequently updating content and challenges. Its also multi-player and you can communicate with other users! Not to mention, its super super cute and very easy to learn while still having lots of options. It even gives you a 30ish minute tutorial in the beginning so they dont leave you stranded. 100/5 starts amazing!

The game is super cute and fun to play but I do wish there were some mini games or something and a more variety in skin colors for the Homs. I also think that the task should take you were you need to go to complete that task instead of just telling you with no explanation. Overall I really enjoy this game and it's pretty relaxing

This game is so cute and fun. I love all the different aesthetics and how adorable the Livlys are. The ONLY issue I have with Livly Island is not only is it hard to get coins to do Gacha pulls but the cost to purchase coins seems very unbalanced. There is not really any special deals. That just means that you have to constantly grind and be very patient. I would be willing to pay if the deals were better! :)

I stumbled upon this game by accident on my app store and thought it looked cute and unique and decided to give it a try! It's really simple and fun. Its more of a relaxing game to check in on every little bit, the pets you can create and the avatar options and gachas are extremely cute and there is a lot to choose from. There's also no annoying ads or anything like that. I really love it so far and hope the community continues to grow. ❤

Used to love this game. But the gacha quality is very bad and cocone doesn't care about player experience. They promise events like MyShop, which was very popular, but don't follow through and instead push new events that are clearly gimmicks to make quick money. Players are leaving one by one and it's frustrating to keep hoping a game will get better when it doesn't. I played this game for a year, was very active, and high level. But I don't even care to log in anymore. What a disappointment

Some things that I would like to be able to do is gift things to others that we only have one of. Some things just aren't my style, but I know others would like them/are on their wishlist. I would also like to be able to buy fruit, or maybe have a lotto-style mini game where the reward is fruit, instead of only being able to get it from other players. I really enjoy the game though, it is very relaxing and is absolutely adorable.

4 stars bc gacha updates weekly. Not enough time to save coins as f2p. There's trade options, however it only applies to duplicate items.

Can the game be programed to work with a stylus? My touch screen no longer works and now I can't play. Five stars when playing, no question! Just wish it was compatible/accessible for touch issues.

I guess I'm not the only one with account recovery issues. I've been contacting customer support like 4 times and I STILL get refused. If I knew it was going to be this much pain I would've never wasted my time on this game. It had so much potential, but if you lose your account and have to restart what's the point?

I really like the app. I enjoy earning Gp, dd, doing the tasks and taking care of the livly. I just wish it has something like a private chat or a private groupchat. I enjoy interacting with the other players but sometimes I just want to chat/talk with a few people, not the whole.

If you guys make it easier to recover accounts when people forget their passwords then I'll raise it back to 5 stars. I do love this game and play daily! I've spent money on this game because I love Japanese 日本語と日本！I want it to become a very popular game in America! I think if we could have clubs we could maybe do events with the clubs? I hope my ideas get through! 頑張りましょうみんなさん！

Im in lvl 30 and the data storage of this game goes up to 3gb+ so if the Ram of ur phone storage is lower than that, then dont bother playing. The lack of storage makes the game LAG and it STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF PLAYING.

I'm having trouble logging into an old account. I created a new one thinking my old one was lost but I found it and it's still up. I'd really love my old account back but do not remember the password. Also, I have logged out of my current account and KNOW the password but it tells me its incorrect. So now I can't access either account. I'd really appreciate help
