Fix this app, please. The app is trying to hide the top portion of the screen where the sponsored ad, and featured products are displayed, if you scroll down far enough, it auto hides and if you scroll back up far enough, it comes back. This is usually fine, but when you're trying to view the top two items at the same time on your screen, it's fighting itself go hide and show at the same time. Also, if youre using the filter and only showing two products and scroll down just a little it does it.

Frustrating app is unusable. I've been shopping here for over a decade and using this app gets to be totally impossible. If you have a search and filters on your screen, then you get a call or notification, the slightest hint of not giving this app sole focus, it resets and returns to the home page. It totally blows out your product lists, filters, and shopping list making the option of searching, resetting filters and reviewing your products all over again. Go to Best Buy or Newegg websites.

Still 3 stars due to shipping, my item is always getting late and the estimated time of arrival changes so many times. It's like torture! not being able to receive the item that you ordered on time. Dont expect fast shipping from newegg, but at least you'll always get good deals and be charged with higher tax that's totally changes the price 😑😑😑. I recommend ordering off of newegg for good deals first since they arrive late, then Amazon cuz they're always early, especially if ya got prime.

Layout is very nice. Only really one problem 1. When paying with PayPal if you have a 2 step authorization on it and haven't done it before placing your order. It forces you to another window and put the code in. Once you are sent back to newegg the order may give you and Error when trying to confirm it. You only have to reload the shopping cart to fix it. But it causes you to have to reenter all your promo codes which is very annoying. Otherwise I believe the app serves its purpose.

Freezes constantly when using the search bar. I must force close the app as the entire thing is locked up. I'll reopen and search will work for maybe 1-2 searches and then it'll lock up again. I'm not entirely sure that it's limited to just the search bar as I think it's locked up while browsing PC components. Pixel 5, stock. Update 1/27/21: I no longer have issues with this app. I think it was an update that needed to happen. Apologies for the low star review.

Pro: Pretty easy navigation around the store, simple to use filters to help find the item you want. Con: The app seems to freeze when it's in the background too long. When trying to come back to it, you get an unending loading screen. Closing and reopening the app fixes it, but it's a fairly common occurrence.

wishlist modification is very buggy... it wont hold the changes, then apply all my attempts hours later. I hit the plus button to add a second drive to the list and a second later would drop back to one. I tried several times before i gave up. then the next day i go on to find four drives. then it did the same thing as I tried to remove them... plz fix it!

I haven't bought anything on newegg in over two years. I haven't opened the app in over a year. And yet, every single day, without fail, I receive at least 2 "notifications" (read: ADS) from this app. The amount is stupidly excessive and unjustifiable. But go ahead, dev, and tell us about how you can turn off notifications, while pretending that it won't stop notifications people want to see, like delivery notifications, because you don't want to see the ads disguised as notifications.

Good deals. And a trusted merchant. I just wish a few small things were still in this app. Like the ability to filter by price category. And a few additional refinements to searches. That said, this is one of the first places I look for most of my technology purchases. Especially when I want a merchant who has affordable pricing, and will help me if something goes wrong.

Was fine until a recent update. Now it's basically unusable. Products have no information other than a picture until you tap on the specific item. Meaning you can't see anything about the product at a glance you have to click on each item one by one to even see the name of the product. Obviously a glitch. Reinstallation did nothing. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Every time I check out with a hot product it times out and I lose the order on the last step of submitting payment. Ridiculous. Give us a couple minute window in cart to at least have a chance to beat the bots. Never ever won anything on the shuffle either, but I give credit for this concept. The app is nice enough, but if you can't complete check out because it's full of scalpers and opportunists using programs to beat you to checkout, there's no point in downloading this app.

Everything is very easy to navigate. It's all clearly labeled and has very personalised filters to make searching for items a breeze. It's easy to find full computers or just finding specific parts. Each item also has a plethora of information for people looking to build their own computers which gives so much sense of security, that you know your components will work together before hand. Hands down recommend this to anyone who's looking for a new computer or gadget. Has incredible deals too!

I've used Newegg for my computer components for a long time. Search filters make finding specifics much easier. Gets a little wonky sometimes with remembering which filters it's supposed to present to me. The cart's checkout/order total bar take up nearly half my screen's real estate, making it difficult to see what's actually in the cart. Overall though, fairly positive experience and I will definitely use it again.

This app is almost as good as the desktop website. The website is slightly better and has a pc builder/parts picker. With the app you can monitor prices and pick up items on a wishlist(which you can have multiple for different purposes) once that item has a price drop or has became available. One improve, and maybe I just didn't see it, have an option to get a notification on price changes or availability of items in the wishlist. Still worth the fifth star though, for what it's meant for.

Slow unresponsive unintuitive. These are just a few of the words I could use to describe the abysmal experience had trying to use this app. I have never had so much dificulty with a shopping app. This app is optimized to part 80% of sheeple with their money quickly. Everyone else can f right off. Don't worry about it. I can find the same stuff at less parasitic retailers. 💰

Product presentation and discovery are fine. The issue with this app is it's text interaction behavior outside of the window shopping experience. The moment you have to fill out a form or reset a password, the site itself spams you with autofill text or ignores inputs because it decides it needs to change the current visual, as in the case of new password entry via a separate browser. Aside from those issues, newegg has always been a leader when it comes to shopping for the right product.

This feedback is for the notifications I get for contests and sometimes other things. When I click on the notifications, sometimes I'm taken to the app but see nothing having to do with the subject of the notification. Other times I am initially taken to a section in the app related to the purpose of the notification, but I find that it's too easy to accidentally lose the contest page, for example, and with no hint as to get back to it since the notification has disappeared. Very annoying.

The app is perfect for on-the-go tech shopping. Remembered something you need for your PC but don't wanna forget? Open that Newegg app and find what you need fast and simple. Can't afford it yet? Hit that "save for later" button. Don't know how many people want the same thing you want? This app tells you how many people have that exact item in their cart. Need some piece of tech so specific yet can't find it? Use those many sorting options at your disposal! I'd say more but I hit the word limit.
