Not good. App cuts my work out randomly. Must lose Bluetooth signal and just cuts the workout including treadmill. No issues with out app running.

Training doesn't get saved or there are options to review / upload to third party apps like Strava.. Map my run is such a nice feature but the app overall requires so much work..

Have a jet 100 with Bluetooth. App suddenly stops treadmill when using it. Treadmill works perfectly when I don't use app. This app is dangerous and needs fixed.

This app is bad , dont use it . When you do a 20min workout. It stop way to shot and stops the treadmill. Every exercise you try to input you have to always sync and rhat too sucks .

This app is really bad. I wish I could give it zero stars. It does not allow you to save new routes and it is difficult as hell to create a new route to begin with. You also can't search for a place, even though it has a search function.

DANGEROUS - DO NOT USE The app can cause the treadmill to stop instantly and without warning. It's done it to me twice and another user once also. It's only luck that avoided a serious injury. Reviews show I'm not alone - reporting to Google as this is potentially lethal. Uninstalled.

I just got my reebok jet 100 treadmill all pumped to try the app. The app Does not see that my phone is connected to the bluetooth, stays on the screen asking to connect to the treadmill. They should get rid of their research team, the app is useless just like their excuses I see posted on here. Reebok should be embarrassed for their brand being used in a horrible app. They're lucky one star is even available should be a broken star.

I'm used this app to connect to Reebok Zjet 460 Treadmill stops all of a sudden randomly between 2-3 mins. If the app is not connected, treadmill works perfectly alright. Quite dangerous app that way. I recommend not to use this

I got the Reebok SL 8.0 exercise bike its a good bike, but the app is very bad it keeps turning off the bike around 2mins into a program and the same thing when you use the map my route it just turns the bike off by itself,come on guys how many 1 stars do you have to get until you have to fix the app the new update didn't do anything at all,, we all paid alot of money for Reebok exercise equipment, at least give us a working app so we can use the equipment we paid a lot of money for pixel 6 pro

Crashes mid-way through exercise, losing all progress on current session. Also results in treadmill coming to a sudden halt when this happens, so this can be quite dangerous.

Ordinarily would rate this a 4 simply for the Map My Route option, which now reports No Route Found no matter what route you choose. Please investigate! App utterly useless without this, I use my tracker and the Reebok screen for everything else

For a company this size, & boundless resources, I find it very difficult to understand how you have managed to create such a really poor app?! I bought the Jet460, which is actually quite a good piece of kit but the app makes little to no sense. Being honest, I am yet to figure out how to use it in conjunction with my new CrossFit trainer. I say all this but I'm also assuming I'm using their official app, as there was no obvious download or link on their site, which is also poor. Plz sort!

The interval can't have different high effor and rest times. Cannot set speeds either, it's based on percent of the machine, so increments tend to be weird. More options are needed for the interval setting

Dangerous! I used the plan your route feature and it unexpectedly stops the treadmill on multiple occasions and points on the route. I can see a lawsuit in Reebok's future if this is not fixed. Someone's gonna get seriously hurt. Of course, based on other reviews, you can see Reebok isn't paying attention and fixing the app

Using this app with a treadmill can seriously injure you... Paid £569 for the jet+100 treadmill. I could've paid less for an equivalent model but the app, especially 'map my route' feature was the selling point. I'm a fell runner and run many marathons, fortunately my events are over for this year as when using this app, the treadmill stopped dead and I hit the console with my chest and turned my ankle putting me out of action for I don't know how long. This complaint is getting escalated.

This has never worked with street view and now no longer works with maps. Kinomap will no longer have a free section so the bluetooth Reebok zjet460 bike is now pointless, although a sturdy bike its no different than a bike half its price without a functioning app. Reebok push these features when selling the bike but then drop all support. I won't be buying any other Reebok equipment because of this.

The map route would be useful, but unfortunately it's too unreliable. The jet 200 treadmil randomly stops. Without using the app the treadmill is fine, so I believe this is some sort of Comms issue with the app.

Difficulty icons don't work at the end of the run and neither does the box below to comment on how you feel, just done a 10M run, clicked in the box and the app lost Bluetooth connection and lost all data from the run, poor app.
